28/01/2026: Best fried chicken I've had in my life, it's amazing!

19/01/2026: Mix and chicken kebab from Max Takeaway is unreal — massive portion, loads of flavour, and perfectly cooked meat fresh salad and plenty of sauce. The staff were really friendly and welcoming too. Great value for the size, Me and my girlfriend order one or two every week xD can't go wrong

01/11/2025: Nice food and coffee but the service and clearing of tables leaves a lot to be desired. So many occupied tables with clearly empty plates and cups were not removed. I even saw come customers clear a table themselves before sitting down. Also, the waitress delivered a coffee to my friend and spilled it all over the saucer. Didn't even apologise nor offer to clear it up. Very disappointing.

02/04/2025: Great neighborhood pub. Food was tasty, staff were friendly and nothing was a problem.

01/04/2025: Sadly, closed its doors for the last time on the 31st of March 2025. Will be demolished from the 13th of April. Hopefully a pub will return to the iconic location in the summer of 2027 🙏

08/08/2025: Food was horrendous and expensive 17:50 for a collection for one. Dry chips, cheap small cheap sausages, lumpy microwave curry sauce.

19/01/2026: I've ordered peppercorn chicken for €15, the chicken was large, two breasts, but it was extremely dry, I couldn't finish it. The rest is good, but the chicken is a disappointment

25/11/2025: I was here few times: always as drop in when hectic traffic- to wait for better way- with my grandson. Such warm atmosphere, smiling and friendly staff - I am very happy here when spending few hours.. and.. a beef! .. just melting in the mouth.. quiet music…. What else one would dream when outside windy and traffic jam for hours? BIG THANK YOU!!!

23/11/2025: Good hotel. Very friendly staff (in Ireland, so what do you expect), good room size, quiet, and good location if you are visiting Park West. Quite a distance from the centre of Dublin, although there is a bus that is inexpensive.

12/02/2026: Nice and quiet place, the food is really good and portions are huge. Waitresses are very thoughtful and smiling.

23/11/2025: Lovely restaurant and bar area but really bad food. Completely empty on what should be a busy Sunday afternoon. Tasteless desserts, fatty beef roast. A pity as venue looks great and staff lovely. Fitzpatricks is patchy to say the least - from some angles hotel looks incredible, from others it is semi-derelict, covered in moss and damp.

19/09/2025: Normal coffee. Unfortunately Starbucks made a ceptable to burn coffee so nobody is actually noticing how horrible it is and so everybody is doing the same. Not a good thing.

10/02/2026: The first time I came here I was blessed with the most delicious Mexican experience on my tastebuds. It was truly beautiful The second time I came here I embodied the Mexican meal adventure in another direction, instead ruining the toilet in minus one in the TBSI. It did not taste good enough for the constipation to be worth it This place is also extortionate and when I offered to pay in pesos the lady looked at me funny. Por qué?

26/02/2026: This business keeps putting its menus in my mailbox, despite my sticker very easily seen on the mailbox specifically requesting no junk mail. It has been happening for years and I have called them to complain, which didn't help. I will never order anything from this place.

07/10/2025: I loved coming here they were the only place I've found that made real home made pancakes went in not long ago, and they removed the homemade pancakes and replaced them with the cheap American style nasty pancakes.... EDIT 6 months later I go in with my partner to check in an see if its the same l... its actually even worse since my first review they have changed the menu again to state home made pancakes but yet still serve American nasty style as home made false advertising in there menu now at least whe I first found out they weren't the same it said listed American style now it lists homemade but yet they are not home made 07/10/2025

14/11/2025: Breakfast was great but £7.50 on the bill for 2 tea's is a bit 2 much and extras £4 for 2 slices of toast!

09/11/2025: The best cafe in Dun Laoghaire and the fact that it is always busy is testament to this. Very good coffee and a wide selection of breakfast/brunch/lunch dishes to suit all diets.

18/05/2025: Great Mexican Food and Really well priced. The setting is great in Humphreys and the table service is excellent. I love coming back here.

18/02/2026: Attended on a Tuesday with large work group Was a reduced menu that offered little in terms of authentic Italian dishes. One pasta dish on menu. Regular menu looks much better and I will return to try it.

21/12/2025: We visited this restaurant for a Christmas party about two weeks ago. We booked a table for 10 people and were clearly told at the time of booking that it would not be a problem if fewer people turned up. We paid a €100 deposit. On the night, 7 people attended. We ordered the 3-course set menu for everyone, plus a lot of additional drinks and desserts, so the final spend was well above the set menu price (around €45 pp). Unfortunately, the experience was very poor: • Instead of prosecco, we were served a still wine with no bubbles, in a wine glass. When we asked to change it, staff insisted it was prosecco. • Medium-rare steaks arrived well done. • Coffee ordered with desserts was forgotten and never brought. • When the bill arrived, only €70 of the €100 deposit was deducted, with the explanation that fewer people attended. We explained again that it was agreed in advance that fewer people might come, and that we had ordered plenty of extra food and drinks anyway. Staff claimed this policy was written on their website. When I politely asked them to show where this was stated, they could not. At that point, the waitress became aggressive and accused me of being rude, despite my calm tone. Eventually, they came back with a reduced bill. To top it off, another waiter approached our table and told me: “You are not welcome in our restaurant anymore.” Completely unprofessional behaviour, poor service, and unacceptable customer treatment. I would not return and would not recommend this place.

09/11/2025: Absolutely wonderful place. Friendly staff and delicious coffee. If you want to get your dose of endorphins - I definitely recommend coming here for a croissant with a migdal. Unsurpassed creamy taste. I am completely satisfied with my visit.
