19/01/2025: Dear Management, it is to help to improve service at this quite a nice looking place. Ordered coconut matcha. Got it on normal milk but only found out because my partner asked again if definitely on coconut milk as I have cows milk intolerance. When asked to change it, got iced pistachio latte. Also my partner was asked to calm down while asking nicely to change the drink. So from simple coconut matcha ordered, got iced pistachio latte on almond milk??? What went wrong??? Definitely staff should always confirm order before it's completed if not sure. Customer not always need to tell life story of allergies. And magical word Sorry would help. I was disappointed and really frustrated when girl tried to convince me that it was what I ordered first place. We visit East Wall Starbucks quite often and this situation was not pleasant at all and absolutely unnecessary. Staff approach was not the best which shows lack of professionalism, perhaps experience. So if you have intolerance, please say it straight as staff may ignore your order or make it wrong thinking it doesn't matter. It DOes matter. Customers order no diary milk for a reason sometimes. 29/05/2025: We decided to try Ristorante Romano. It's located on Caple street. The staff were friendly. I got a prawn Cocktail to start. It was very nice. My son had meatballs and spaghetti. But he didn't think they were cooked enough. He wanted more spaghetti too. My uncle had the Bruschetta for starters. He was surprised it was toasted. He also got spaghetti with pesto. But he didn't think there was enough pesto. For dessert we had a Banana Split. I thought it was refreshing. I also got a Cappuccino too. I thought the staff didn't take our orders properly. They seemed more preoccupied with the cleaning of the restaurant then the people in it. Overall the service wasn't great. I thought they could have been more attentive to their customers. Then they don't serve alcohol either. We asked for Liquors. But they don't have licence to serve alcohol.

10/06/2025: My most favorite bistro in the whole world. Always INCREDIBLE food. Always OUSTANDING customer service. Always IMMACULATELY clean. I just absolutely love this place, and the atmosphere is like nothing I've seen before; Chefs are always on highest levels of delivering mouth drooling dishes, Bartenders and Barmaids are always spot on, and Waiting Staff customer service levels are just sky rocket high and yet so down to Earth, so kind and so friendly! Simply AMAZING place ran by AMAZING people! Well done to you all, and thank you all for simply being you and working so hard - it's definitely noticeable and VERY appreciated! 🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️

01/06/2025: Ordered a drink each the price was ridiculous especially when my rum and coke was flat and my partners pint was flat and warm. Absolutely rediculous can’t believe people still come here . We stopped coming here over a year and a half ago because of this and it seems it’s only gotten worse

It's exactly the kind of friendly spot where the staff always remembering a local face and make you feel right at home. The pints? Hands down the best in Clondalkin, if you ask me. Honestly, I can’t fault the place. If you want good company, a great pint, and an atmosphere that feels like you’ve walked into your favorite neighbor's living room, The Swallows is the place to be. Ignore the naysayers – this pub’s a top spot for sure!

12/06/2025: I was there Saturday with my boyfriend and mother. I was appalled with what I seen, in the ladies bathroom there was a girl going to the toilet in the bin. The staff were rude and wouldn't make certain drinks because it was "too busy". There was a band on which were very good but they finished at 12am and the pub went silent. They didn't put any music on afterwards which made alot of the people leave the pub including myself, we went over to the vinyl. I don't think I will be back to that pub.
