Coffee on the Go 2

Dublin
19/10/2025: Nice coffee but are we really only offering takeaway cups in 2025?
07/10/2025: Easily the best scones in Dublin. The Parlour in Blackrock is a little gem — great coffee, friendly chat, and a perfect spot to sit back and enjoy by the sea. The scones are traditional and done right, served with the all-important Dairygold (one for each side, as it should be) and proper jam. One of my wife and my favourite spots to wind down — simple, classic, unbeatable.

Frehill Tavern

Dublin
11/10/2025: Great Pub. A smashing local pub in Crumlin. Good pint . Live music and a choice of lounge or bar .
25/08/2025: Brilliant local family pub, great atmosphere, especially when the butler family put on a show, although it is somewhat diminished by a certain member of staff, we wont mention any names, but he has red curly hair. 😂

Dash Burger

Dublin
04/10/2025: I used to have a 5 star review on this place, however yesterday they completely ignored my dietary requirements and put mayo on my burguer. This is serious because i can’t eat egg. They refused to refund.
29/09/2025: I had this recommended by someone I usually trust on Instagram but was thoroughly disappointed. The buns are dry and quite hard, the pattys lack a proper Maillard crust while having several tendons in them. The burger tasted of something I can best describe as fish sauce (?). The staff was friendly though but I can't recommend a visit here, unfortunately.

Green Beards

Dublin
02/07/2025: Dahlia is amazing here at the beechwood location! She’s so friendly and easy going every time I come in! Makes my day! The smoothies are so good here and I have to say she makes them better than the other branches I’ve been to!
21/06/2025: DO NOT try Turmeric Sunrise! The packaging is deceptive! It's disgusting and unacceptable. Disgusting.

BlackBerry Cafe

Dublin
08/09/2025: The café is well-furnished, but lacks a pleasant ambiance. You're partly seated in the building's through traffic area.
04/09/2025: Great service in a cosy environment

Hong Kee

Dublin
19/03/2026: Best Chinese takeaway without a doubt. Great portion and tasty food always.
16/02/2026: Been ordering from them for years now and I have always had a good experience with them 😃. I’d ignore the previous bad ratings. They have always been very generous with their food and especially their munchy boxes! They’ve got a wide variety of options. Highly recommend.

Romayo

Dublin
28/03/2026: Nice location, great, fast and gentle service. Why the score? Well, you are supposed to eat in there, I heard positive and negative opinions about the food, it seems like the latest were the correct ones. Simply a pizza and fries. Fries were good, but they are fries/chips, it's a serious issue if you miss them, but I must admit that they are slightly above the average. But the pizza... Woah, I tried so many doughs and toppings of pizza in my life, but it is definitely one of the worst. The dough had an instant impact on my stomach, obviously due to the incorrect/incomplete leavening process and, somehow, it was also soggy. Why somehow? Because I can't understand how could be soggy with not generous at all ingredients, toppings were barely enough, had a pretty bland taste and they looked honestly disgusting. I'm not exaggerating when I say that if you manage to somehow find a 50 cents frozen pizza, it will somehow remind you of Romayo's pizza, but it will look way better, dough would be better (since yes, it's worst than the dough in any frozen pizza I ever tried) and it's even possible that toppings will have a stronger taste. Absolutely disappointed, I was looking forward to this dinner and I hoped it would be great, since I could have become an usual, living very close to the place. Well, it is what it is. Free to go of course, if you enjoy it, but I would never suggest it to anyone. Next time I wanted to try the burger, but after this meal I will never go back in there. They do only the pizza badly and everything else is amazing? No clue and I will never discover it, what I know is that if you are unable to do something, you should not do it.
24/03/2026: This is the second time I've tried to go to this place and bring friends, but unfortunately the customer service is the worst.

Starbucks

Dublin
23/03/2026: A big mug of coffee. And a seat that's not precariously minimalist but confidently, comfortably sittable in. From Pearse Station to College Green, tho coffee shops be two a penny, you'll find these two of life's comforts nowhere but Starbucks. All other contenders on the block are small, with a sprinkling of tiny stools. The few with actual chairs are full and the chairs don't look very comfortable anyway. And it helps that in Starbucks both the service and the tunes are smooth 👌
08/02/2026: Staff where so nice and friendly would make u want to go back all the time

The Address Connolly

Dublin
08/04/2026: Absolutely horrendous service experience. One out of my room I asked the gormless receptionist if they could check the room for my AirPods. It took him 10 minutes of clicking through his computer just to then ask me “what room I was staying in”. He got someone to check the room for me, where I was then assured that they had “searched everywhere” and my AirPods weren’t there. I then got a call at the airport two hours later to say that actually, they hadn’t looked and my AirPods were there however I would now have to pay a €15 delivery fee. I paid this delivery fee and was told the AirPods would be sent the next day and that I would be provided with the tracking number. Since I’ve paid it’s been radio silence, despite two chases. I’ve been to Dublin many times but I can quite confidently say that I will never stay at this hotel again, and you shouldn’t either if you want to deal with competent individuals rather than this group of clowns.
02/04/2026: The rooms are good and the best things about is location is that it's across the street from Connolly train station. The area is sort of far from the main area of central Dublin and the surrounding sidewalks are full of trash and vomit. The hotel itself was great but would not stay again due to the location

Born for Burgers

Dublin
30/12/2025: A place that doesn't demand attention, and perhaps that's why it deserves it all. You come here for a proper smash burger, probably the best in Dublin—even if no one will ever say it out loud. The sandwiches are opulent and uncompromising: juicy meat, perfect crust, generously oozing cheese. Burgers that get your hands dirty and leave a lasting impression. The fries, thin and crispy, are impeccable for those who love this style. They don't use pork, but what they do with beef and poultry is top-notch. There's real substance, not just aesthetics. Unlike other city chains that invest heavily in branding, storytelling, and stage presence, here the focus is entirely on the dish. And it's a choice that pays off, for those who recognize quality. The place has a rugged and authentic soul, but there's a practical aspect that deserves attention: the smell of fried food is very persistent and risks ruining the experience. An improvement on this front would help further enhance an already excellent gastronomic offering. I keep returning without hesitation: for me, it remains the best burger in Dublin, even if few are ready to acknowledge that. 🍔
30/12/2025: Best burger place in town. Burgers were made with juicy and tender meat.
