The best restaurants in Dublin

31/08/2025: Standards have dropped lack of curry sauce on chips. Chips not cooked very well. Not the worst but used be alot nicer.

25/01/2026: Wow what an amazing takeaway! Beautifully cooked food, delivered fast and well packaged. My girlfriend and I got the curry trigons, duck satay with fried rice, spice bag and chicken balls and we were both surprised with not only how quick the food arrived, but how nicely packaged everything was. Kambo obviously go the extra mile by paying extra for branding all of their takeaway containers and bags and it ensures that everything arrives safely and is still hot unlike other Chinese takeaways where the sauces and food tend to leak out of the containers and the plastic bags aren’t safe to hold all of the food. Everything was cooked perfectly, my girlfriend even ordered off them again tonight! 5/5 will definitely be ordering off them again, they really stand out compared to other Chinese takeaways.

12/10/2025: Didn’t get a chance to try food but the cocktails were very yummy. The atmosphere was really good vibes. Walked in and somber was playing, ones of my favourite singers. The music is kinda loud but not too loud that you can’t talk. Good deals on cocktails 2 for 15 is good especially for actually good cocktails!! Had my birthday drinks here :)

16/07/2025: Ordered a acai bowl which had mould fruits. When we complained the server just removed the mouldy fruit and said it is fine to eat now. Not sure if they practise any hygiene in there. If you don’t want to get food poisoning than avoid this place.

05/11/2025: I went there last Sunday. Everything would have been perfect, but the manager was really disappointing. He was very aggressive and spoke rudely. Honestly, he seemed to be 100% under the influence of alcohol. An older man, with completely inappropriate behavior for a public place.

06/06/2025: First i stepped on dog poo out side her shop i asked her for water to clean it of but when i had tisue and got it off by stepping on puddles i was just trying to tell its ok and I got it off bit she started acting cheeky wont even let me speak saying it not my problem and leave my store now and sighed steppingcon some dog poo and asking free water bare in mind if she would asked me it cost money i would pay because i dont have a problem with it cause she wants to bisness and she was very cheeky and I went there before and the Coffee was so bitter and disgusting i would not recommend it for anyone.

03/06/2025: Cute and traditional café located in the center of Dublin. Here you can get a traditional Irish breakfast among other options like bagels, sandwiches and wraps. The staff was very friendly and even brought the food to our table. The food was sensational and gave us a sense of tradition inside of a modern city like Dublin. We would recommend this place to have breakfast or coffee any day!

20/02/2026: I recently visited The Silver Penny by J D Wetherspoon and had a really pleasant experience. The place has a lively atmosphere, friendly staff, and great value for money. Food and drinks were served quickly, and everything was fresh and satisfying. It’s a convenient spot to relax with friends or grab a casual meal in the city. I’d definitely visit again!

19/02/2026: This is a lovely building just off O Connell st. It can be busy at the weekends with a very young crowd. But at other times it's a nice easy atmosphere. Also, it's a pub. Don't be expecting Michelin star food.

13/01/2026: Best coffee shop in town. You can choose your espresso from various beans.

03/01/2026: This coffee shop offers a wide selection, from coffee to matcha, complemented by excellent pastries. Highly recommended! I thoroughly enjoyed their brewed Ethiopian coffee.

08/09/2025: Went to this place yesterday. Seems like a family-run restaurant, run by an old man and his wife. The old man was very polite and also served us very well. He was also super considerate by mentioning about the ingredients in a certain dish weren't suitable for vegans. The food tasted amazing, seemed authentic, and was quite-filling too. The restaurant gave a very homely vibe, which I liked quite a bit. Would definitely visit the restaurant again if I have the opportunity to.

23/02/2026: Ordered for pick up and arrived 20 minutes early. The food was already bagged which meant it was all cold already and it was freezing by the time I got home. But the staff were lovely

22/01/2026: Got the chicken biryani delivered. It was cold and very overpowered flavour of star aniseed. The chicken was good quality though.
