26/04/2026: Delicious turkey carvery, and very friendly staff. Make your way through the options at the counters and pay at the till, so bit of a buffet not just cafe. I was able to bring my small dog in, though it would not stop licking crumbs off the floor. Spacious toilets too.

It felt like our friend was unfairly singled out and treated differently, which was frustrating and uncomfortable. The whole situation left a bad impression, and it completely ruined our plans for the evening. Based on this experience, I definitely won’t be coming back. Really unfortunate, because we were looking forward to it.

03/06/2026: Supernova burger was ok. Reminded me of a Big Mac. Lacked variety, but one dimensional and a little heavy, but you look for that a bit in a burger. Milkshake was good. Could even be colder. Jalapeño Popper burger was very good. Staff were friendly, but place seemed down.Going through the motions. Music was good, but with the place at the late midweek night we went, just a bit drab.

27/04/2026: Went with my niece for a bite. I’m still in shock over the thawed out frozen chicken salad that they charged me 18.75 for. It was APALLING. Limp dry lettuce. 2 pieces of anchovies. Absolutely gross. And the tiniest smidgeon of Caesar dressing, a tablespoon, in a small little cup thing. Honestly. It was so bad. I’d object to paying 10 euro. The staff in there were doing their best but this pathetic salad and a small Marguerita pizza for 17 euro were sitting in the counter for 8 minutes, we timed it. So I went and collected them and served myself. 2 staff covering the whole restaurant is shocking. They have no chance. I had been in the Hudson 2 weeks previous and it was excellent. Service, value. Everything. So there’s no excuse. Shame on Milano for serving up that muck to me. The calamari was good. But that’s the only positive here. And the 2 waiters serving were friendly, like is said they’re willing with the situation they’re in. I noticed two-non waiting staff standing around chatting at the entrance while I waited 15 minutes for someone to take my order. Clueless.

27/04/2026: The food was amazing! I've never had such a good Margherita in my life (complements to the chef - Ali and Anna). The experience, which by itself was amazing, became even more meaningful to me after the amazing service of Damiano and Eabha working that day. Thank you all verh much❤️

19/03/2026: The rudest girl server I ever met. Asked me if I wanted room for milk - I said yes. Then when she served the coffee - it was filled to the top. I asked her could I trow a little bit out in their sink and add some milk and she sighed and looked at me as if I had just killed her family. Horrible.
