The best restaurants in Dublin

31/01/2026: Very disappointing experience. I placed an online order and waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for it, even though the app initially estimated a maximum preparation time of 35 minutes. The restaurant kept delaying the order without any clear explanation. This was extremely frustrating and shows a lack of organization and respect for customers’ time.

24/01/2026: We always eat at Sashimir, but this time it was a disappointment: the salmon was white with fat, as you can see in the photo, it had bits of skin, and it tasted like nothing (which shows the poor quality of the fish). The tuna joe had a horrible, extremely strong taste. The temaki was just rice.

03/01/2026: Terrible service. Staff were unhelpful and uninterested, and the waiting time was ridiculous. Definitely not worth the hassle.

12/11/2025: Food was very yummy. It is refreshing to find vegeterian options where the tofu actually tastes like it was cooked with care. Price was also reasonable. Looking forward to ordering again in the future

22/03/2026: I’ve been a regular customer of the place and I wa surprised to see the behaviour of the staff. I was denied service and 20.10 while the closing time was 20.30. I requested just a dessert take away which was right in front of me. But the lady said we are closed (in a rude way) while we still had 20 mins left. I can’t believe one of the best dessert places would turn this bitter all of a sudden.

27/11/2025: Always a varying experience here. Sometimes staff are amazing, next time they are quite rude. They never come over to ask about desserts and are very slow to clear the table. One thing that remains consistent is the food which I suppose is the most important part.

19/01/2026: I've ordered peppercorn chicken for €15, the chicken was large, two breasts, but it was extremely dry, I couldn't finish it. The rest is good, but the chicken is a disappointment

04/12/2025: Gotta be honest I’ve gotten from here a few times now and they not once gave me what I actually ordered, they always get my order wrong and give me something else, the saving grace is that the food is very nice. the service is very fast which is great and convenient but if getting the correct order once in a while meant waiting a little longer I wouldn’t mind haha take your time lads!

20/11/2025: Delicious food and great service! This was our last restaurant after traveling around Ireland for 12 days and it was a perfect final dinner!

14/11/2025: After my graduation ceremony, we went to the Liberties Gate Bar, and it was such a lovely experience. I didn’t pay much attention to the interior, but the service and cocktails were genuinely excellent. Our bartender Muhammed Enes Orel made fantastic drinks. I had a Pornstar Martini, which was delicious, and after asking he even explained why it’s served with a prosecco shot on the side. My brother and my boyfriend ordered whiskey-based cocktails (not usually my taste), but they were both absolutely thrilled with theirs. Super friendly service, great drinks, and the perfect place to celebrate a special day.

29/12/2025: The delivery guy showed up 2 hours later. We tried to call the restaurant but they never picked up the phone or called us back. Absolutely disgraceful. Worst service ever

01/11/2025: Usually butlers is top quality but for the last 4 months I’ve been getting our coffees here and the quality is so poor. Lattes and cappuccinos are being served piping hot, as if it’s being made at the wrong temperature. This makes the coffee go flat quickly so there’s no foam it just has the appearance of an instant coffee. The iced drinks are also coming 3/4 of the way full and taste watered, every time I’ve gotten one it’s either had no syrup, or they made me the wrong version of what I asked. I know some would say it’s not that deep, but for almost €6 a pop I would expect high quality considering other butler cafes never deliver this low of quality I know it’s not the brand however it’s definitely this particular branch or team.

16/08/2025: Dumplings were rubbish, chewy slimy casing and very expensive for what they are. Never had dumplings as bad as this. Rest of the food was like that of a poor takeaway, but just a lot more expensive. Don’t make the mistake we did and go somewhere else instead.

14/08/2025: Al mirar el menú se veía impresionante. Pedí nuestra comida. Estaba deseando gambas agridulces. Las gambas no eran comestibles. La sopa Tom Yum no tiene absolutamente ningún sabor. El personal no está capacitado para estar atento. Pero me sentí mal por ellos ya que una chica no parecía entendernos. Malgasto de dinero.
