03/06/2026: Great place to stay, not too grand or pretentious, more of a relaxed luxury. Great breakfast also. Would not mind a more knowledgeable staff

02/06/2026: Fabulous! We had our wedding here and it couldn't have gone better. Every single member of staff was exceptional from Laura who coordinated the event to the bar staff, reception, the cleaning staff who gave my little nephew cookies on the house and Pierre who gave my partner a shirt coz he forgot his 🤦🏼‍♀️ Just an overall lovely experience, we were made feel so special. Would highly recommend The Dylan for a wedding x

13/09/2026: One of the worst services in Dublin. A place that cheats and the staff argued with me for their mistake and they state that this is how they work. The lady who is in the bar counter and a male literally pushed me out stating that I am at fault coming here. They even stated that the FortyFoot pub under the weatherspoon banner is not the same place. BEWARE THIS IS A PLACE TO VISIT IN CASE IF YOU WISH TO BE CHEATED AND ROBBED FOR YOUR MONEY. MY TABLE NUMBER WAS 40 : DATE 13 SEPT : TIME 8.10 PM.... They literally cleared my table without my consent and then both these staffs argued with me and forced me to leave the place. The food was not even consumed to a level of 50%

21/06/2026: They have the most inept staff in Dublin and that's saying something. Their iced drinks are tasteless and room temperature. On top of that, I asked the guy behind the counter to wash his hands after changing the garbage before he made my drink and he yelled at me "no!" and got into a verbal altercation about it. Management backed him up. ???

22/04/2026: A small, 3-star hotel in an excellent location. It has been renovated and offers reasonable rates. Bus, tram, and train stops are just steps away. Temple Bar is about a 15-minute walk. The room was fine, clean, and the staff was very attentive, bilingual, and helpful. They provide a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, sweetener, and biscuits, which are replenished as needed. The bathroom has soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. The towels are good quality. There's a hairdryer, a small but functional wardrobe, and a safe. The only downside is that the bus station is directly across the street, and you can sometimes hear noise. It might also give the impression of being a somewhat unsafe area because there's a homeless shelter nearby; people wander around but don't bother anyone. To get to and from the airport, you can use the Dublin Express, the Xpress, or bus 41, all of which stop a short walk from the hotel.

01/09/2026: Disappointing experience for our group of 8 by celebrating a surprise birthday for my friend. We were repeatedly rushed throughout the meal and made to feel unwelcome. Despite the poor service, we were charged a €27 service fee and €15 for bringing a birthday cake, which staff neither removed from its box nor cut — they only provided plates. We were not even made aware of the service fee and were rushed to pay the bill. Given how much we spent, we expected far better hospitality. We would like a refund of the €27 service charge as the level of service did not justify it.

23/08/2026: Everytime I crave for authentic thai food, this is my number choice. From their signature thai curry dishes, steamed sea bass, and their amazing mouth watering mango sticky rice, just reminds me of when I first visited thailand many ages ago. You dont need to spend thousands of € to fly over to 🇰🇭, just to have authentic thai cuisine. Plus, if you crave for that spicy and firey flavour on your dish, just ask and it shall be given.😉

02/08/2026: Meh. Not very flavoursome food but ok. Donburi unagi (eel): Decent teriyaki style sauce on the eel and the fish was nice but overall it was so bland. Small bit of wakame which was tasteless and then cubes of yellow something which was even more tasteless. Rice was also somehow not good. Fast service, haven’t tried the rest but wouldn’t be rushing back at those prices and lack of flavour.

28/06/2026: I visited this restaurant recently and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The food arrived cold. The duck dish was not good, although the kimchi was acceptable. I also ordered takoyaki, but I was not confident that the octopus was fresh. For drinks, I specifically requested a cold drink with ice because of the hot weather. However, the drink was served warm and only had a small amount of ice. I don't mind paying extra if additional ice costs more, because I wanted a properly cold drink. Oh yeah, i did request additional ice. The service was also not very friendly. I understand the staff may have been tired because I placed my order around 9pm, close to closing time maybe. However, if the restaurant prefers to stop serving customers earlier, it would be better to clearly communicate that rather than making customers feel unwelcome through facial expressions or attitude. Overall, I did not enjoy my experience and would not return based on this visit.

04/08/2026: I ordered a Southern Style Chicken Box and it was incredible. Plus, they were incredibly punctual; it was ready in no time. I'll definitely be back to try other things. Highly recommended!

21/08/2026: I really love the bbq chicken wings if you think you will get saucey hands there is wipes it’s super good and the chicken tenders are great too but the bad thing is? …. nothing I think everybody should be like this place oh yeah I am a kid ☺️🍗

09/08/2026: Went here the night of football All-Ireland. Supervisor changed channel on all TV's when Sunday Game came on because Mayo fans were too loud. Doubt that ever happened when Dublin won!! All GAA fans should stay away from here!!! KOH.

29/07/2026: Security didn’t allow some patrons to enter because they were the wrong “skin colour”, beyond appalling. When questioned, they said they didn’t need to provide any explanation. I left the pub and needless to say we don’t be going back.
