06/05/2026: Yeah, Momos is back! Food is back, taste is back! I am there regular since it opens, but I have to say I have never been so disappointed for the past few months, which I have learnt after that they changed owner! Now everything is back to it used to be !

07/05/2026: I've been to Peter's Pub quite a few times now, and every time it feels like every other pub in Dublin is completely packed, I always end up there again, either at the beginning or end of my trip. And the crazy thing is: I've ALWAYS been able to get a seat there. No matter what time it is. I don't know if it's Irish magic or just divine timing. Plus, they serve a really delicious Guinness and the atmosphere is relaxed, without all the tourist chaos. But the best thing is sitting outside by the barrels. You can sit there, relax, drink your Guinness, and watch the lost souls who've had 14 pints too many and are now trying to argue with a trash can. A truly quintessential Dublin experience. For me, it's definitely the number one pub in Dublin.

03/05/2026: Classic cuisine solidly prepared and presented. There is a chef in the kitchen! I enjoyed two meals; The shrimp and avocado salad, simple and fresh. The seabass special had two fresh filets with skin on. Very nice. French onion soup and roast rump of lamb excellent. You can’t go wrong here that’s why I retuned for a second meal. Staff very attentive.

31/03/2026: Highly recommend visiting Toddy’s in the Gresham Hotel on O’Connell Street. We went as a large family group for food and drinks and it was amazing. Our waiter Lucas was fantastic, a great professional and so friendly. The food and drink were really good. I went for the vegan pasta and it was delicious. Go check it out if you are in the area. Great for large groups!

I used to order a lot here and there have been times when thy messed up,but this last order… horrible,the chicken breast fillet were black burned and the fish was also burned and full of disgusting oil,seemed like car engine oil,I called to let them know and the person on the phone was like’yeah… yeah’ Couldn t care less! Never again ordering here or reccomending to anyone.

28/03/2026: Nice location, great, fast and gentle service. Why the score? Well, you are supposed to eat in there, I heard positive and negative opinions about the food, it seems like the latest were the correct ones. Simply a pizza and fries. Fries were good, but they are fries/chips, it's a serious issue if you miss them, but I must admit that they are slightly above the average. But the pizza... Woah, I tried so many doughs and toppings of pizza in my life, but it is definitely one of the worst. The dough had an instant impact on my stomach, obviously due to the incorrect/incomplete leavening process and, somehow, it was also soggy. Why somehow? Because I can't understand how could be soggy with not generous at all ingredients, toppings were barely enough, had a pretty bland taste and they looked honestly disgusting. I'm not exaggerating when I say that if you manage to somehow find a 50 cents frozen pizza, it will somehow remind you of Romayo's pizza, but it will look way better, dough would be better (since yes, it's worst than the dough in any frozen pizza I ever tried) and it's even possible that toppings will have a stronger taste. Absolutely disappointed, I was looking forward to this dinner and I hoped it would be great, since I could have become an usual, living very close to the place. Well, it is what it is. Free to go of course, if you enjoy it, but I would never suggest it to anyone. Next time I wanted to try the burger, but after this meal I will never go back in there. They do only the pizza badly and everything else is amazing? No clue and I will never discover it, what I know is that if you are unable to do something, you should not do it.

03/11/2025: I was in need of a cozy place and i hit the perfect spot. I got the duck ramen and was delicious. The lady attending me was very gentle. I’ll go again!! Thank you so much!

22/10/2025: The food was okay — the ramen tasted fine, but the restaurant was really dirty. The tables were sticky, the floor wasn’t clean, and the overall hygiene just made it hard to enjoy the meal. It’s a pity because the food itself isn’t bad, but the place really needs to pay more attention to cleanliness.

01/01/2026: Great expresso coffee. Appreciated the fairness of the price of a single shot expresso. Its was perfect served in a porcelan cup and very good quality. The croissants where very good, fresh and crunchy. The ambiance is relaxed and cosy and enjoyed the decor with paintings on the wall and a map of the Suppliers in an outstanding frame. It has our reccomendation. Well done to the owners and Er Buchetto team.

01/01/2026: I used to go here regularly after work or sometimes with my friend on a Saturday afternoon when I lived nearby. I always had the toasted panino with roasted aubergine, roasted pepper, melted mozzarella and pesto, my dream food. If I had only one meal in life I think I’d seriously consider this. The coffee was top class. I’m the hardest person to please when it comes to coffee so this is saying something. The lady who owns the caffe I remember was such a hard working lady, so passionate and down to earth. I’m going to make the trip this week to pop in. I can’t wait. Great to see small local cafe’s come out tops 👍

17/04/2026: My go-to Indian takeaway in Lucan but lately their lack of consistency is very frustrating. You can order the same dish 6 times and get 6 completely different curries.

22/11/2025: My girlfriend bought me some sfogliatelle with hazelnut cream. They taste like plastic, stay away from it. The brand's name is Fimardolci.

31/01/2026: Very disappointing experience. I placed an online order and waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for it, even though the app initially estimated a maximum preparation time of 35 minutes. The restaurant kept delaying the order without any clear explanation. This was extremely frustrating and shows a lack of organization and respect for customers’ time.

29/03/2026: This place has just progressively gotten worse. I ordered a chicken kebab, although many might like a breaded Lidl burger chopped up on a pitta, with iceberg lettuce and a tiny bit of sauce, I can say I didn't care for it at all. No red cabbage no onions. Hardly a kebab. Garlic cheese chips. Had a good amount of sauce on it but easy to do when there is only 15 chips in the foil tray. How you managed to serve it cold is a talent, I live beside macaris and It was like it had been in the fridge. Horrible, went in the bin. Better places to go in the mun in all fairness.

04/02/2026: The delivery lady is a diamond 💎. Food always there to Santry Cross to my wife and I in 'no time at all'. Compared to all chipper and take outs in the area - there is no comparison. All the people are always helpful and the place is spotless . My first job was in a Abra-Kebara so I know ,"clean and well run take-outs and restaurants", when I see them.

You come here for a proper smash burger, probably the best in Dublin—even if no one will ever say it out loud. The sandwiches are opulent and uncompromising: juicy meat, perfect crust, generously oozing cheese. Burgers that get your hands dirty and leave a lasting impression. The fries, thin and crispy, are impeccable for those who love this style. They don't use pork, but what they do with beef and poultry is top-notch. There's real substance, not just aesthetics. Unlike other city chains that invest heavily in branding, storytelling, and stage presence, here the focus is entirely on the dish. And it's a choice that pays off, for those who recognize quality. The place has a rugged and authentic soul, but there's a practical aspect that deserves attention: the smell of fried food is very persistent and risks ruining the experience. An improvement on this front would help further enhance an already excellent gastronomic offering. I keep returning without hesitation: for me, it remains the best burger in Dublin, even if few are ready to acknowledge that. 🍔

Tried to charge me €2 for the crispy rice noodles for yuk sung, on a €55 order.. I actually hung up on them. always the same, charging mad prices for a tiny pot of sauces and ‘extras’ I wondered why I hadn’t ordered from them in a year and totally remember why…
