29/11/2025: Paid for fast priority delivery came in over a hour? Missing pineapple and kiwi in açai bowl that I paid for just said on receipt no pineapple sorry witch does not make sense because I paid for it I didn’t get anything for my money and missing drink delivery driver couldn’t speak the best of English and said he did not have a number for the coffee drop I paid €32 euro for 2 açai bowls with wrong toppings and a drink horrible service 👍

26/01/2026: Not as hip as it once was, but still a cool bar. A little cold in the winter as the rooms are so large especially when their is not a lot of people in.

26/01/2026: I did not enjoy my experience here at all. For starters, it looks very grimy/dingy as you go up the stairs. Not clean, with chipboard shoddily nailed to the banister. The DIY looks very haphazard. I could have done a better job myself. This spot itself is certainly very popular, we went in and it was absolutely mobbed…. with children. I can only liken it to a crèche! The age demographic appeared to be 17-20, and potentially below 17. I saw an inebriated girl in there and in my opinion she definitely looked 15. Queued for ages for a drink as my other half wanted to have one there, I’d have happily left. No way were there enough staff to serve all of those customers. Also, while queuing, several very insecure little girls with fake everything; personality, hair, eyelashes, tan, Chanel bags etc, thinking they are Fergie from the black eyed peas, cut into the queue because they feel super entitled and superior to everyone else, causing even more delays to get a drink. Couldn’t get a seat then for love or money. Not for me. They do a very nice cocktail though! One star for the drinks!! ⭐ (Not worth the 30+ minute queue for them though!)

06/06/2025: First i stepped on dog poo out side her shop i asked her for water to clean it of but when i had tisue and got it off by stepping on puddles i was just trying to tell its ok and I got it off bit she started acting cheeky wont even let me speak saying it not my problem and leave my store now and sighed steppingcon some dog poo and asking free water bare in mind if she would asked me it cost money i would pay because i dont have a problem with it cause she wants to bisness and she was very cheeky and I went there before and the Coffee was so bitter and disgusting i would not recommend it for anyone.

03/06/2025: Cute and traditional café located in the center of Dublin. Here you can get a traditional Irish breakfast among other options like bagels, sandwiches and wraps. The staff was very friendly and even brought the food to our table. The food was sensational and gave us a sense of tradition inside of a modern city like Dublin. We would recommend this place to have breakfast or coffee any day!

28/12/2025: This restaurant is my new favourite dinner spot. I have only been once and everything about the experience was lovely. The waitress was extremely kind, the atmosphere was calm and the food was focused on fresh ingredients with amazing taste. I can’t wait to come back here again ♡

14/12/2025: I have been here about 4 times now and food has always been great but unfortunately the service lets this place down. The last time I thought it was just an off night by the staff but last night confirmed that they are not interested in their customers. We felt like we were an inconvenience. I felt they wanted us out from the moment we sat down. Very rushed . Terrible service. We won’t be going back which is a shame as the food is very good.

06/01/2026: Unfortunately, this restaurant has closed permanently. It will be sadly missed by regular happy customers. See my review below: The best breakfast / lunch restaurant in Monkstown bar none. Everything on the menu is delicious it’s so hard to choose. Super service too! I’m a regular and always will be. Highly recommend an early G&T.

06/12/2025: 3 stars max because the place is cosy and the coffee is good, but I wouldn’t return there for the brunch menu…branch menu is just average and not a good value for money.

01/11/2025: Nice food and coffee but the service and clearing of tables leaves a lot to be desired. So many occupied tables with clearly empty plates and cups were not removed. I even saw come customers clear a table themselves before sitting down. Also, the waitress delivered a coffee to my friend and spilled it all over the saucer. Didn't even apologise nor offer to clear it up. Very disappointing.

20/11/2025: Delicious food and great service! This was our last restaurant after traveling around Ireland for 12 days and it was a perfect final dinner!

14/11/2025: After my graduation ceremony, we went to the Liberties Gate Bar, and it was such a lovely experience. I didn’t pay much attention to the interior, but the service and cocktails were genuinely excellent. Our bartender Muhammed Enes Orel made fantastic drinks. I had a Pornstar Martini, which was delicious, and after asking he even explained why it’s served with a prosecco shot on the side. My brother and my boyfriend ordered whiskey-based cocktails (not usually my taste), but they were both absolutely thrilled with theirs. Super friendly service, great drinks, and the perfect place to celebrate a special day.

23/03/2026: Spacious and inexpensive An English chain known for its affordable drinks and food. All in a large, historic establishment. They even have their own app for ordering and paying without leaving your table. Their prices make them very popular. The service is good and the menu is extensive, suitable for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It's good.

22/03/2026: The place is good, a lot of places to seat in, bar in the first and ground floor, staff friendly, very busy so takes time to get your drink and food. But all good.

30/10/2025: I ordered the biscoff brownie and biscoff cookie sandwhich, the brownie tasted stale like it had been sitting out for a good while, the cookie sandwich was nice but didnt taste like biscoff at all, very little biscoff inside cookie, mostly just this cream filling.

06/10/2025: We bought a cake for my sons first birthday and I couldn’t of been happier how it turned out the size of the cake the price of the cake and how nice it was could not argue about anything we will defiantly be ordering here again

08/10/2025: “Relaxed, welcoming and delicious — everything you want in a park café!” ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An absolute gem in Herbert Park! I have been coming to Lolly and Cooks for years for their amazing coffee and sweet treats — but lunch here is next-level delicious. The fresh salads made by Christina were bursting with flavour, and I even bought extra for home! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. My toddler loves their cosy kids’ corner with books and toys — it’s the perfect family-friendly café to relax after a play in the park. Beautiful food, great coffee, and such a lovely atmosphere every time. 🌿☕🥗

31/08/2025: Standards have dropped lack of curry sauce on chips. Chips not cooked very well. Not the worst but used be alot nicer.
