28/01/2026: What a pub!! Brilliant place, fantastic pints, great people!!

26/01/2026: First time in here and I finished off the last week's working week with a well-deserved pint. Couldn’t have picked a better spot. Handy to get to, good buzz about the place, && the staff were sound as a bell. Guinness was creamy and well kept, exactly what you want on a Friday evening. I’ll definitely be back.

16/12/2025: Foods ok. Not fab but its not terrible. They stopped doing the taco potato an that was prob 1 of the nicest things on thier menu!

15/12/2025: Great takeaway, very reasonable price and always exceptional quality. Deliveryis very quick too. Strongly recommend.

31/12/2025: Got the shovelhead (swapped Salame for Italian sausage), the parma, the vegan garden with buffalo mozzarella, and the Salame. They were all amazing. Really really enjoyed, will definitely be ordering from here again :))

29/11/2025: Paid for fast priority delivery came in over a hour? Missing pineapple and kiwi in açai bowl that I paid for just said on receipt no pineapple sorry witch does not make sense because I paid for it I didn’t get anything for my money and missing drink delivery driver couldn’t speak the best of English and said he did not have a number for the coffee drop I paid €32 euro for 2 açai bowls with wrong toppings and a drink horrible service 👍

26/08/2025: had the best takeaway I’ve had in a long time from Saaep Thai! We ordered the beef black bean stir fry with chips and rice, and it was absolutely delicious. The portion sizes were really generous, the beef was cooked perfectly tender, and the vegetables were fresh and full of flavour. Everything was well balanced, not too heavy, and really satisfying. I’ll definitely be ordering again – highly recommend!

30/10/2025: Put my order on the self serving machine and selected pay with cash. Standing waiting on my order to find out 20 mins later it didn't even go through. Then when they did make my order it wasn't even the correct order. Waste of a lunch break.

11/09/2025: The toasties are amazing, full of flavour, you can ordered the signatures or create one with their ingredients. You can eat there or take away. Definitely you should go and try for yourself

You come here for a proper smash burger, probably the best in Dublin—even if no one will ever say it out loud. The sandwiches are opulent and uncompromising: juicy meat, perfect crust, generously oozing cheese. Burgers that get your hands dirty and leave a lasting impression. The fries, thin and crispy, are impeccable for those who love this style. They don't use pork, but what they do with beef and poultry is top-notch. There's real substance, not just aesthetics. Unlike other city chains that invest heavily in branding, storytelling, and stage presence, here the focus is entirely on the dish. And it's a choice that pays off, for those who recognize quality. The place has a rugged and authentic soul, but there's a practical aspect that deserves attention: the smell of fried food is very persistent and risks ruining the experience. An improvement on this front would help further enhance an already excellent gastronomic offering. I keep returning without hesitation: for me, it remains the best burger in Dublin, even if few are ready to acknowledge that. 🍔

31/08/2025: Standards have dropped lack of curry sauce on chips. Chips not cooked very well. Not the worst but used be alot nicer.

25/01/2026: Wow what an amazing takeaway! Beautifully cooked food, delivered fast and well packaged. My girlfriend and I got the curry trigons, duck satay with fried rice, spice bag and chicken balls and we were both surprised with not only how quick the food arrived, but how nicely packaged everything was. Kambo obviously go the extra mile by paying extra for branding all of their takeaway containers and bags and it ensures that everything arrives safely and is still hot unlike other Chinese takeaways where the sauces and food tend to leak out of the containers and the plastic bags aren’t safe to hold all of the food. Everything was cooked perfectly, my girlfriend even ordered off them again tonight! 5/5 will definitely be ordering off them again, they really stand out compared to other Chinese takeaways.

12/10/2025: Didn’t get a chance to try food but the cocktails were very yummy. The atmosphere was really good vibes. Walked in and somber was playing, ones of my favourite singers. The music is kinda loud but not too loud that you can’t talk. Good deals on cocktails 2 for 15 is good especially for actually good cocktails!! Had my birthday drinks here :)

16/12/2025: Food is very good and the place has a nice atmosphere. However, paying 7 euros for a pint of Guinness, you would at least expect it to be a decent pour. I would excuse one bad pint, but I ordered 3 pints in a row, from three different bar staff and each pour was progressively worse than the previous. Guinness is one of the most popular, if not most popular drink orders. The place is lovely, but at least get the basics right and teach staff how to pour a pint of Guinness properly.

10/12/2025: Walked in on a Wednesday night, place wasn’t busy at all but the bartender was so slow to serve us, mainly because he was to busy trying to be cool for his mates. We order 3 whiskey sours that tasted so bad. We just left without finishing our drinks. Don’t recommend it!!
