An improvement on this front would help further enhance an already excellent gastronomic offering. I keep returning without hesitation: for me, it remains the best burger in Dublin, even if few are ready to acknowledge that. 🍔

16/08/2025: Dumplings were rubbish, chewy slimy casing and very expensive for what they are. Never had dumplings as bad as this. Rest of the food was like that of a poor takeaway, but just a lot more expensive. Don’t make the mistake we did and go somewhere else instead.

11/04/2026: Place - check Vibe - check Food - double check Everything was great, u all should try but only one thing which i did not like was staff There is a girl on first floor who was making rush to order something and felt racism and very disrespectful. We asked for her suggestions in ordering something and she was least interested to help us. It was my first date with my boyfriend where we planned for a romantic date and she spoilt our mood due to which we left the place and went somewhere else for dinner.

05/11/2025: I went there last Sunday. Everything would have been perfect, but the manager was really disappointing. He was very aggressive and spoke rudely. Honestly, he seemed to be 100% under the influence of alcohol. An older man, with completely inappropriate behavior for a public place.

Tried to charge me €2 for the crispy rice noodles for yuk sung, on a €55 order.. I actually hung up on them. always the same, charging mad prices for a tiny pot of sauces and ‘extras’ I wondered why I hadn’t ordered from them in a year and totally remember why…

16/04/2026: Have to say Hats off to the owner. Exactly what drumcondra needed. A real focal point and social hub in which to meet , enjoy and be proud of one of the best pubs on the Northside hands down. From the 1st steps in you are consumed by the intense amber decor and lighting and the further you go in the better it gets. A sublime, almost hypnotic atmosphere just slaps you and you cannot help but be impressed. The staff compliment it beautifully, looking after every detail as if you are the most important person in there. Five out of five?? I think ten out of ten would be a better rating . Food bot available currently but when it is I look forward to another review of this Northside gem.

08/04/2026: Went there in a Wednesday afternoon. The place is nice. Everyone was very friendly and polite including other customers. I really enjoyed the comfortable seats. I had a ginger beer with bitter lemon and ice that I like and the pasta of the day that was really really good. Big full plate. My partner ordered a pint and some meat and he was really surprised with the size of the portion. The meals were great. I would recommend the place. The only negative aspect I've found was that I could perceive in the place a smoke smell that I didn't understand if it was from cigarettes or something else. So, if you're sensitive to that could be something to be noted. I had to be honest. But I would definitely come back for drinks and food.
