07/08/2026: What a terrible pub. No words about the way it is managed as it isn’t. What I will talk about is the lovely staff they have to offer that pour their heart and soul into their shifts, whether you see them once or you see them all week they are lovely. Bar staff excellent. Very friendly. Floor staff high top quality. Very high standard of customer service. Two of staff I’d like to point out Jody being the first AMAZING. Really high standard, she knows what she’s doing 0 flaws. Might be treated badly and absolutly ran off her toes but she still shows up and puts her best foot forward. Soraya whom I was served by a month ago exceptional waitress, you need her she’s there, no questions asked. She comes in and really gets the job done, a polite and funny little girl. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for staff, no stars for the pub itself.

19/10/2026: Terrible service and very poor organisation. I arrived just after opening time, but the restaurant was still closed. When I finally placed my order, I was told it would take 5 to 10 minutes. After waiting 25 minutes, I asked what was going on and was simply told they needed more time. Half an hour later, my food still wasn’t ready, so I had to ask for a refund. I was on a tight lunch break and ended up wasting my time and going without lunch. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced delays with an order here. A complete lack of respect for customers’ time. If you can’t deliver what you promise, at least be upfront about it. Won’t be coming back.

11/10/2026: The best spice bag I've ever had in Camile last night, been going there many years. Great staff in Shankill. Generous portions. Still offer value in the ever-inflating takeaway market. What's not to love :-)

16/08/2026: Lovely food and never takes too long to arrive.

25/04/2026: Avoid these people, they deliberately ripped me off twice in a week. The first time I put it down to error, they overcharged me for a meal when it wasn't one. But today I asked for a half pounder with egg, they gave me a quarter pounder with no sign of any egg. I know cultural sensibility is a thorny subject, but these people should be very grateful they are here. If they don't like it they can go home. Avoid.

15/10/2026: €24.75 - for pizza takeout . onion, courgette, red pepper, aubergine and artichoke. I would consider this extremely pricy. Hard to justify returning at this cost. .

15/08/2026: Great tasting but totally overpriced. Nearly 18€ for a pizza so tiny for take out? You’ve priced me off for good. Banana and fork in photo for scale.

18/06/2026: The sandwiches I ordered were prepared swiftly and professionally, by a nice worker who calmly told me when some ingredients were out. The sandwiches were delicious and warm, and I ate them in the seating available in-store. I also got some nice cookies and a fanta, all excellent. The music playing in store is good too! There is charging available at the seating with USB and wall plugs.

20/04/2026: Always closed, I don't understand

20/09/2026: Went here for some dinner with my partner, there was a very long wait to get served. After our order was taken, it took half an hour for just our drinks to come out. I saw my beer sitting on the countertop for about 20 minutes before being brought to us, at which point it had gone flat and lost the foam, and I saw the barman just stir it with a spoon to make the illusion of foam on top before it was brought to us. After a further 45 minutes waiting for our food, mine came out stone cold. I mentioned this to a waiter, and he apologised and said the chef would remake it. After yet another half an hour wait, the same salmon was returned to me, it had just been microwaved, and the sauce was coagulated and lumpy. At this point we were very frustrated and said that the food was just microwaved and not remade, at which point the waiter gave us a complimentary drink voucher for the bar, but considering the earlier drinks experience I just gave it away to another customer in case they could use it instead. I would not recommend it here in the slightest.

26/07/2026: A disaster! No leadership, thus such average reviews.

18/09/2026: Everyone working here was so sweet, and treated my kids so well! My toddler got a little tour of behind the counter and was allowed to press some buttons on the coffee maker :) They even gave him some juice and chocolate. We shared a full Irish breakfast with tea, and it was delicious and hardy. Some of the best sausage I've had. What's more, there was wifi for customers! I highly recommend.

14/10/2026: Over half an hour to get food. Had to ask 4 times for tomato ketchup. My big mac was missing big mac sauce. Absolute shambles. Not fast food just naff food.

13/10/2026: Rude staff, if you will pay with cash always trying to leave you short at least 1-2 euro, everything much more overpriced than other McDonald's and its not few cents. Quality of food much lower than other places. Never again!

26/09/2026: First time at Annadale Cottage, with Fantastic Food and Friendly Staff who always check their customers are OK, I promise I will return. I highly recommend this place for dine in.

28/10/2026: Your staff member who's name begins with A and ends with A has a terrible attitude. Zero manners or friendliness. Just dismissively pushes the cup into your hands at the drive through without even saying please or thanks. Barely makes eye contact and walks off without even finishing the transaction. She is the opposite of the customer service Starbucks is known for.

09/10/2026: There's on and off days in here. Some staff spend their time gossiping rather taking orders. Or they can really take their time at times. Some days they laugh and point saying something about other customers, it is normal to have fun but just maybe don't make it obvious. Alina for example today, just handed over the coffee barely looking or saying thanks or aknowledging the thanks because she was too busy chatting with her colleagues and pointing people out to her colleague. There was a south asian lady who took our order. She was very lovely. Hit and miss at times. You get the good staff in other days.

14/08/2026: We ate at the sit down restaurant as the food truck wasn’t running the day we visited. Enjoyed delicious chips with our cajun calamari, scampi prawns, and haddock. Everything was tasty and fresh and would happily dine with them again.

03/08/2026: Lovely bunch of lads working here. The order (which was big enough) was made fresh in about 15 minutes, very quick for the amount of food we ordered! Food tastes delicious as per usual, but the service here is so nice. The workers are very kind and hospitable, giving us some extra sauces for free. Thank you so much, will definitely continue to order from here 😁😁

03/07/2026: No seats, just a counter, so not a great place as a destination, but the food is fantastic. Probably my favourite pizza place in Dublin. Decent value for money, but absolutely fantastic pizza. I usually get the pepperoni dough balls, too. They're absolute class. The ham and cheese dough balls are also fine, but the pepperoni ones are way better. I typically get the Meat Central or a Hot Passion. Had it for lunch today and I'll finish it for breakfast tomorrow. Happy belly for sure!
