Disgusted to find that we were refused using a fifty euro note at this Costa simply because management has decided to dictate policies to its customers. Certainly not interested in coming back here again.

05/06/2024: It's very sad to see this place closing down. I came here a few times with my late nan and her family when I used to visit Dublin, and the food was delicious, both dinner and deserts.

06/12/2024: Went in for a few drinks before a show in the Bord Gais. It's spoons so you know what to expect - the app is excellent and good range of incredibly priced drinks. Very welcome change from being ripped off paying 7e a pint everywhere else. However the place itself was pretty dirty, tables covered in finished plates and glasses. We were there for around an hour and didn't see anyone clean a table in that time. If that's a typical experience (was my first time there) would put me off going back.

27/12/2024: Terrible service ruined everything! At 27/12/2024 19:21 the stuff service was terrible and with attitude. We order 2 Burritos and 4 Tacos. All of the food was messed up! Of course overcharge for the price! Hard to believe people whoever work here are well trained. If being rude to customer is the concept of Zambrero, please be prepared no one will come back to suffer again.
23/12/2024: The servers forgot what we ordered and I was up there for ages, but worth it as the food is delicious

20/12/2024: Some good drink offers however after a certain time their door is no longer allowed as an entrance because the pub is enveloped by Flannerys. It had a very young crowd on a Wednesday night. They serve drinks in plastic cups after a certain time so it loses a lot of charm when that happens, as well as staff taking all candles off tables.
27/10/2024: I had the opportunity to enjoy Argentine Independence Day in this place in Dublin, and although I arrived a little late for the meal, a most fun and pleasant party was set up in the interior patio.
Highly recommended if you go with friends to enjoy the party that is being held.

22/12/2024: The food felt rushed and lacked care in preparation, resembling mass production. Slapped together sandwiches. Unfortunately, it didn’t match the appetizing presentation shown on the menu screens. The chicken was dry, and the chips had a noticeable taste of old oil, which impacted the overall experience. I was hoping for better quality and attention to detail.
21/12/2024: Supermacs lag way behind most food establishments for the quality of fries. They're absolute gonk. Not just this location. It's a problem with Supersmacs in general. Chips taste like they're microwaved. Soft, no crunch or crisp. They're just dire. Awful sad, pathetic excuses for fries. The rest of the food is very decent. But if you can't cook a good chip then what do we have to talk about?
That's twice I ordered and got the same bad fries. I will not order from here again unless they prove they've updated their method of making chips.
The execs need to work it out, then train their franchisees how to cook get going.
Edit: I've since ordered again from them and the fries had improved

22/12/2024: Place is a kip giving me a dozen of hard musty day old doughnuts for 20€ aswell, had to get a diet coke to help wash them down and they rode me with the price of it
08/12/2024: Would have been helpful if there was a sign on the door saying they don't take cash only card payments. Doughnuts were OK but more sweet than actual flavour. Prefer tim hortons doughnuts
