31/08/2026: Staff don't seem to listen to the customers twice now my order has been wrong. And then won't answer the phone !!! I'll never eat out of this place again .

26/06/2026: Insomnia Coffee is a great spot for a variety of food, breakfast or lunch. We ended up eating there twice in 2 different locations. Pastries, hot food, made to order and allergy friendly. It was a pleasant surprise. GF, DF options.

05/06/2026: D'olier street at O'connell bridge- Please train your staff properly on how to make coffee and provide good customer service. Today I ordered a soya matcha with one shot of coffee, and unfortunately the drink was made incorrectly from start to finish. Before steaming the milk, the staff member did not purge the steam wand. She also appeared unfamiliar with basic milk-texturing technique and how to handle the milk jug correctly. I specifically requested the drink extra hot, but it was served cold. The drink was then assembled incorrectly, with the milk poured into the cup first, followed by the coffee and the matcha on top. As a paying customer, I expect a well-made drink and efficient service before heading to work. Instead, I received a disappointing coffee and very slow service, which completely ruined my morning. I would appreciate it if you could provide better training for your staff, both in barista skills and in listening carefully to customer requests. Attention to detail and good service make a huge difference to the customer experience.

01/09/2026: So on entry there is a man sleeping on the ground directly outside the window. The coffee was dreadful.The waiter who served me was ignorant and rude. Avoid this place like you'd avoid the plague.

01/10/2026: This is the 2nd time there was a product that was ordered and never arrived with the delivery. After calling we were told the amount would be returned to our card. Great. But the food was not remotely hot and to have the missing item resent it would have taken 30 minutes. Pretty poor service. This is an edited review. Never again will I have it delivered

06/08/2026: I always have a great experience every time I visit this coffee shop. The staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and highly attentive, making every visit enjoyable. They offer an excellent selection of coffees, teas, and snacks, with plenty of sweet, savoury, and healthier options to choose from. The seating area is also very spacious, making it a comfortable place to relax or catch up with friends. The prices are a little on the higher side, but they’re in line with the location and comparable to other cafés in the area. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it and will continue coming back.

21/10/2026: Ah we were hungry, we had breakfast, 2 adults and 2 kids, I loved it but herself wasn't thrilled. Kids had pancakes and the adults had a fry. The kids got 4 big fluffy pancakes with strawberries and chocolate, no complaints from them either. The one thing I will say is that there should have been tea or coffee with it for the price. BUT, I love the food there and it's very clean.

07/10/2026: Completely unacceptable. I ordered a goat cheese salad because I am vegetarian — and I found pieces chicken in the salead. I became physically sick after eating it. A vegetarian dish should not contain any meat, full stop. This is not a minor mistake and raises serious concerns about food preparation and potential cross-contamination.

15/09/2026: I had the vegan pulled pork and it was disgusting. The coconut cheese, which was not advertised to be on there, was the most disgusting aspect. Waste of money. Ate a few bites and threw the whole thing away.

04/10/2026: Worst service. The people working there don't understand any English. Cost 12 Euros but the food was not based on the menu. After I pointed out she said I can make another one but why to waste time and money on this? Not sure who the owner is but for cheap labour if you hire these kind of workers then the business won't survive long.

17/01/2026: Absolutely awful experience. Service was diabolical the place was extremely loud and expensive. I paid €8.79 for 4 mozzarella sticks with a bland sauce and neary 30 euro for a bacon and cheese burger with a small portion of chips. Waiting 20 minutes for someone to take away my starter after I had finished and was not even given a knife or fork for my main course. Avoid this place at all costs, you will pay nearly half the price for better food and service in Eddie Rockets across the road.

02/10/2026: Delightful large adult playground. Fabulous landscaped outdoor seating with harbour views. Lovely hard working staff. (Please be kind and respectful to them).
