18/01/2026: Extremely disappointing experience. As soon as we arrived at the restaurant, there was a very unpleasant smell at the entrance, which already raised concerns about cleanliness, especially the bathrooms. We had a reservation for 1:00 PM, but once upstairs we were told the restaurant only opened at 1:30 PM, which made no sense. To make things worse, when we tried to order drinks, we were informed that drinks would only be available at 3:30 PM. This was not communicated anywhere in advance. This visit was meant to celebrate a special occasion — a birthday — and the lack of organization, poor communication, and overall unprofessionalism completely ruined the experience. Very frustrating, and unfortunately not a place we would recommend.

18/01/2026: Had one of the best experiences of desi cuisine in Dublin. Thanks to Sowra who helped me have the dishes to suit the weather and keep me relaxed at the same time. The dahi samosa chat is a must try and the daal tadka too! Shoutout to the team for hosting us. Keep it up guys!

19/10/2025: Unfortunately, it didn't live up to the "Italian coffee" expectations the logo suggests. The coffee has a bitter, acidic aftertaste, and the desserts are a bit dry.

12/10/2025: On Sundays at 8 a.m., there aren't many options for a small vegan meal. I'm not a fan of coffee, but the other options were superb: friendly, ambiance, food, and open on Sundays. The vegan options are clearly listed on the website. The apple crumble was our highlight 👍👍👍

23/05/2026: I've ordered from here twice in the last week, and it was delicious both times. Beef was great, chicken was great, rice was great and the salt and chilli chips which are proper chipper chips seasoned with salt and chilli were amazing! I ordered extra hot and spicy and both times my request was recognised and didn't disappoint. Thanks for the great food!

10/04/2026: I ordered some spice box, chicken cheese rolls , fried crispy wontons and vegetable rolls for my daughter's birthday party. They all loved the food . Especially the chicken balls in the spice box. I would highly recommend them. Their food is a great choice for a birthday party.

03/11/2025: Excellent food. Great coffee. Excellent service. Large breakfast was enough for 2. Kids pancakes very good. Not the cheapest but everything is fresh and very tasty. Good products. Good suppliers. Some delays in service noticeable from time to time and kitchen gets slammed. Suggest hiring kp. Chefs too busy.

19/12/2025: I order boojum wayyy more than I should and it’s honestly my favourite but I’m literally begging you guys to stop watering down the sour cream😢 Back in the og boojum days you got the spoonfuls of sour cream, now it’s super watery:( I always ask for both regular and vegan sour cream to make up for it but today the vegan sour cream came out of the bottle like water, and there was a little pool of water in my bowl :( please guys I beg you to just say your all out❤️

12/06/2026: My partner and child were at kylemore mcdonalds yesterday evening for a bite, halfway through their food they were approached by the security guard who demanded that they move to another seating area,my partner said they would be finished shortly and would be leaving, his tone and demeanour got aggressive, my partner asked to to speak with a manager at this point, the security guard walked away, shame on the security guard and shame on kylemore McDonald's for allowing this to happen, a mother and daughter going for something to eat and being subjected to this.

01/05/2026: Shockingly bad customer service. They all seem like they don't want to be there. Feels like you're putting them out if you ask for help. I've also witnessed a "supervisor" arguing with a customer, which was very uncomfortable.

11/04/2026: I regularly order groceries online from this supermarket, but unfortunately items are almost always missing from my orders. It’s really frustrating to have to check everything and then follow up for refunds or replacements each time. Almost every single order arrives with missing items, which is completely unacceptable. It feels like there’s no proper quality check before orders are sent out. Customers shouldn’t have to double-check every delivery and chase refunds every time. It’s a waste of time and shows a lack of basic accountability.

14/04/2026: This new 04 lysters food is just awful compared to the old pub grub here the place was pratically empty and we waited 50 minutes for two pizzas and when we asked the server how long it would be she shrugged her shoulders and food is so much worse than before, really disappointing.

18/05/2026: I am currently doing a level 8 here. Lecturers are fantastic, easy to get to by luas and car. There is a car park which is located behind the college and is very cheap for the day

23/04/2026: I’m not an Irish student, but I feel justified in saying this: the delivery of the data science course has been very disappointing. Many of the lectures are difficult to follow due to poor English, which makes the material harder to understand. On top of that, assignment grading takes months, and when results finally arrive, there is no feedback or explanation provided. In one case, a lecturer responsible for grading our presentations struggled to deliver his own lectures clearly, frequently overusing filler words like “like” in nearly every sentence. This raises concerns about the overall quality and consistency of the teaching.
