16/01/2025: Lovely restaurant, very relaxed and friendly service. Great food, absolutely excellent for coeliacs, I had gorgeous crepes.
08/12/2024: It was my first time trying this place a while ago, nothing bad to say about the food in fact quite delicious but unfortunately i had an awful encounter with one of your members of staff she mentioned her name is Buhle when i asked she had a disgusting attitude and a negative atmosphere about her, she practically threw a menu at me and then proceeded to roll her eyes at me whilst i was having difficulties trying to put together my order when my food arrived she absolutely slammed my food on the table and never said a word not a friendly person at all and clearly does not have the social ability if this job.

Breda's Café

22/11/2024: I'm a regular visitor to Breda's and have been for many years. If you're in the local area it's well worth a visit. The service is excellent, all the staff are so friendly.
I have no idea how they get the orders out so quick. You're never waiting more than a few minutes even at the busiest times.
The food is tasty and well priced.

Plenty of sandwiches and wraps also
Quick and friendly staff
Could do without the wine bar music and listen to the river/nature (or kids as beside play area)
Recommended as there is plenty of seating outside or in the park itself, typical prices
Talking to someone who was eating a sandwich and said he never had a bad one

22/04/2025: This is mostly a taste matter, the coffee is way too acidic for me. You can tell it has richness but this was very out of balance for me and given the price I would not come back. The espresso cup itself also had some coffee splashes that harmed the experience.
The place seems very nice from the outside and it's cozy but too busy. It's small and you order over the coffee machine which especially if you're shorter is very awkward and uncomfortable.

The food was quite possible the worst thing I have ever eaten. I got a chicken burger and I think it was burnt and then left to sit for 1-2 weeks to be honest. It was drier than dry and burnt beyond approach. The chips were meh. Besides the flavour of burn there was no flavour at all.
Husband got a Korean chicken burger and if you bought it from a burger van after a night o. The drink you still wouldn't rate it.
Love wetherspoons
This is a sad copy of bad food
Don't waste your time.

09/04/2025: I got a takw away from here and for a burrito crisps and an unmixed milkshake for €29 is unbelivable, the food was nice besides the crisps and milkshake it tasted like the milk or ice cream in it was out of date but I've had better experiences in here when I was younger
04/04/2025: It’s across from my college and theirs is a great student deals, the portions are perfect and they always give a good bit of guacamole. The guy that works there is always so nice.

Came home from work and picked up my preordered regular veggie toasted burrito—only to find it was way smaller than usual. I pointed it out and asked if they could add more filling. The store was empty, but the two new employees there didn’t speak English and were completely overwhelmed. Then, they brought out a visibly annoyed colleague from the back, who just snapped that the veggie version is smaller. I asked three times how that could be when it’s normally bigger, and that I wasn’t willing to pay 12 euros for a mini burrito.
Ciao! One customer less… it’s a joke. And 95% rice ☹️😩
