26/10/2026: Great pizza staff also very helpful food on time

29/09/2026: I placed an order online for collection, and the app showed that the order was ready to collect. However, when I arrived at the shop, I was asked to wait further as the order wasn’t actually ready. Also, I ordered the Half & Half Sizzler pizza, but I found it quite disappointing. It was more or less the same as a cheese pizza, with just a few additional toppings added. I expected more from a pizza described as a Sizzler. Overall, the experience could definitely be improved, especially with the accuracy of the collection status and the quality of the pizza.

18/09/2026: This gem is a very short walk from the Hilton Dublin Airport Hotel. The staff is so friendly and the food was amazing. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. Everyone loved what they had so much that we'll be back again before we head home.

08/10/2026: Ordered for takeaway after 1 hour of no show, they said that they never seen the order come in, nearly waited 2 hours for delivery which in itself is shocking. Once it arrived, forgot part of the order. A fast food takeaway, can go to Spain nearly quicker 😂 I wouldn’t recommend.

21/09/2026: Scoop has a good selection of Gelato and varieties of how you would like your Gelato! With a Crepe? A Waffle? A brownie? As a sundae or a milkshake? Would definitely recommend!

19/09/2026: The ice cream is good, but I thought that the pistachio was very salty. There is also only a small range if flavours (maybe only twelve I think). The staff were very helpful. There is limited indoor seating, but there is a wall outside to sit on in the summer.

14/08/2026: Went in whilst over watching Leeds at Croke. Great people, great atmosphere,great beer and food. Lass who does the coffee was fantastic, appears frosty but that’s just the outside, is fab. Chef is very very helpful and friendly with kids. Boss man is loud and proud but a good craic. Loved it. Thanks to all of you.

09/07/2026: Worst experience possible at this place. We came here on an open day and ordered 2 pizzas,chips and a drink. After waiting 45 minutes for our pizzas, the waiter just placed them at the table and never asked if there was anything else we needed, which there was. My drink that he had forgotten! I followed him up to the bar to try and ask for my drink but once again I was waiting about 30 minutes to get his attention. When I finally got the drink, I came back down very eager to eat my food after waiting too long for it… and what did I find but a hair in my food! Turned me off completely didn’t take one more bite. Terrible service terrible food.

07/10/2026: Completely unacceptable. I ordered a goat cheese salad because I am vegetarian — and I found pieces chicken in the salead. I became physically sick after eating it. A vegetarian dish should not contain any meat, full stop. This is not a minor mistake and raises serious concerns about food preparation and potential cross-contamination.

04/10/2026: Absolute rip off €9.25 for a kids roll with ham cheese and lettuce and then €2.95 for a fruit shoot !

03/10/2026: ⭐️ Extremely disappointing experience. The lack of organisation at this McDonald’s is unacceptable. I ordered food through Uber after finishing work at 1:30 AM because I just wanted to get home and eat. It is now almost 4:00 AM and I am still waiting for my order. The estimated preparation and delivery times kept changing, and the pickup information was changed multiple times as well. It seems like there is a serious lack of organisation between the restaurant and the delivery process. I understand that it can be busy, especially late at night, but keeping customers waiting for hours without clear information is not acceptable. Very frustrating experience. I definitely expected better organisation from McDonald’s.

07/10/2026: The coffee I received was just mediocre and made in a rushed, casual way. €4.75 for this, while the previous customer’s drink had proper latte art topped with chocolate sprinkles. Disappointing.

27/09/2026: A perfect afternoon lunch for 10 of us - the staff were super friendly and the food was very good. They even let us bring in our own cake which was much appreciated!

18/10/2026: Lovely Starbucks with a cosy atmosphere. Ethan was extremely friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service. When asked, he even went the extra mile by recommending some great local food spots. This is beyond normal customer service. A wonderful experience and highly recommended! He did a design and here a pic ! Cheers !

20/06/2026: I've been in Dublin for a while now and I really miss the food from Hong Kong. A friend recommended this place, and the egg tarts were €2 each, which was a reasonable price, and they really tasted just like the ones I ate when I was little 😭 But when I talked to the owner, I found out they're closing down on the 30th of this month. I was so shocked and didn't know what to say... 😮‍💨 It's a pity I met them so late. I wish you all the best in the future, and may you have peace and joy.

21/04/2026: Regular customer, but never again. Terrible attitude.@Bilian Chen I’ve been coming here twice a week recently for their egg tarts, but the male staff member is consistently rude and dismissive. Today was the last straw. When I asked if they had more tarts, he gave a sarcastic non-answer. Then, I clearly ordered "two boxes" (6 per box), but he only handed me two individual tarts. He then started a ridiculous argument, claiming a box could hold 12 and kept questioning me condescendingly about "how many I actually wanted." It was only when I finally snapped and asked if he was treating me this way because of my Mandarin that he offered a half-hearted apology. The food is fine, but the blatant bias and lack of respect are unacceptable. Ms. @Bilian Chen Visit often but never again. Extremely bad attitude. I came here twice recently to buy egg tarts, but the male clerk's attitude was always very arrogant. Today I finally reached my breaking point: the first time I asked him if he had any egg tarts, he gave a sarcastic and noncommittal answer; the second time today, I clearly stated I wanted "two boxes," and he said nothing, only giving me two. When I noticed, he started spouting nonsense about how a box can hold 12, condescendingly asking me "how many do you want?" Then I repeated that I wanted two boxes, six in each, and only after I finally snapped and asked if he was treating me this way because I spoke Mandarin did he reluctantly apologize. The food itself is fine, but this blatant prejudice and disrespect is unacceptable.

23/07/2026: What a treat this whisky shop is! Put it on your must see list if you are visiting Dublin, especially if you or someone you love is a whisky drinker(or cigar smoker)! My husband enjoys a good whisky , so I stopped in to talk to the experts and find some perfect products for his future gifts! I would have loved a way to ship it to him, but I’ll order on line what they recommended based on my knowledge of what his whisky preferences and what he’s had so far. They offer whiskeys you can’t get in America, so that is a huge bonus! Also, I found out that you can take up to 2 liters on the plane! Good to know for next time. Gaia and her managers were all lovely! Gaia took her time with me while also tending to the others in the busy shop! So knowledgeable, kind and helpful! Thank you for a great experience! I can’t wait to visit again with my husband-he will absolutely love it!!!
