The best restaurants in Dublin

28/09/2025: Very pleasant atmosphere, great service, and good food. For such an iconic place, it's not overly expensive compared to other places in Dublin.

23/07/2026: Hands down the best place in the borough for a gelato 🍨. Boris’ is a true gentleman and it’s clear from the quality of his product and the service that he offers that he’s very passionate about what he does! Thanks as always.

01/08/2026: Great spot for a quick and fresh meal. The salad ingredients are high quality, and there’s a good variety of toppings and proteins to choose from. The portions are generous, although I think the protein portion could be a little more substantial. The staff were friendly and efficient. Perfect for a healthy, clean bowl or wrap on the go.

15/07/2026: I really like Zambrero but until they stop ripping people off with charging €2 for a teaspoon of guacamole, I’ll continue to give low star ratings. I’d happily even pay more for a reasonable size but the bag of chips need 3-4x this much

05/08/2026: It was a very nice experience. Cinnamon bun was good. If you’re looking for size - go to Morilles. If you’re looking for price - go to UCD Poolside cafe. If you’re looking for a the best cinnamon bun ever - go to caffeine coffee shop in Tallinn Old Town. But for a good cinnamon bun go no further. And there was a cornucopia of alternatives if you aren’t going first a cinnamon bun. The coconut matcha was good but for five stars they could knock a euro off the €6.50 price.

05/08/2026: I was in Dublin for a couple of days and Cornucopia stuck out as one of the surprisingly few decent options for vegan food. It didn't disappoint. The breakfast tortilla was an unusual offer for that time of day, but I thoroughly enjoyed it and it was good value for money. My only criticism is that there seems to be mixed messaging as to whether this place is vegan or vegetarian/vegan. I'm still not 100% sure that my cinnamon roll had no dairy in it?

14/08/2026: A must-see if you're visiting Dublin. This pub has been frequented by great Irish writers like Wilde, Joyce, and the great Samuel Beckett, and it maintains the old-fashioned, welcoming atmosphere of its era, dating back to 1840. They say it's the home of Irish coffee, and I can attest to that—we had an unforgettable Irish coffee. All the staff are friendly and helpful, but we especially want to highlight Julian, who, in addition to serving us in Spanish, was particularly pleasant and efficient. A perfect ten!

31/07/2026: Amazing staff so friendly and polite, service was super quick waiting no longer then 10 mins. Although €18 for a starter of prawns and calamari with only 2 prawns on the plate is daylight robbery. Pasta was super fresh and tasty as was desert. Definitely a bit over priced in general though.

18/07/2026: An absolute highlight in Howth! The food was excellent – ​​fresh, perfectly prepared, and bursting with flavor. The quality of the ingredients was particularly impressive. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the visit a truly wonderful experience. Anyone visiting Howth should definitely eat here. I will certainly be back!
