The best restaurants in Dublin

06/09/2025: We had such a great time visiting Stillgarden. The staff was so accommodating and the gin tasting experience was great! Would highly recommend as a stop in Dublin.

03/08/2025: Myself and my friend had the best time ever here! A hidden gem, perfect to do after a sauna! Glen made the experience very special for us, he is so knowledgeable and sound!! Would highly recommend

14/12/2025: One of the worst meals I’ve had out. Service was rushed & was asked to pay our bill before we had finished our meal! 13th of December and asked to leave early. €75 pp - NO Christmas atmosphere! Spend your money elsewhere!

13/12/2025: Saw the reviews and was in the neighborhood so gave it a shot. Friday at 630 and the place was heaving. Wasn't sure I would get a table but was sorted out and a short window of an hour to eat but that works out grand. Service was top notch. All the food was good. The papadam, veg pakora, and the Madras which was perfectly hot. Worth a visit

16/12/2025: Efficient and friendly service with helpful menu advice. We were a group of 8 and everyone enjoyed the experience. The antipasti platter was particularly good.

16/12/2025: DON'T BOTHER!! I went in and asked for a table for one around 4:30 pm. The hostess asked me how many of us there were, then started looking at her screen. The other host walked back and they began speaking to each other in another language. She then looked at me, smiled, and said they didn't have anything available at the moment. There was no option to wait a few minutes or anything. All the other 1-star reviews had a similar or worse experience with rude service. DON'T BOTHER! I went in and asked for a table for one around 4:30 pm. The hostess asked me how many of us there were and then started looking at her screen. The other host came over and they started speaking to each other in another language. Then she looked at me, smiled, and said they didn't have anything available at the moment. They didn't offer me the option to wait a few minutes or anything like that.

03/12/2025: Was one of my favorite local places. But was ruinned by giving me the stale leftovers as a take away. Still paid 25e for x2 burritos. Beans where stale or just uncooked like pebbles. See video. Chicken was cold and tasteless. Honestly had good experiences before here but seems they are too busy and popular to care They dont seem to care. Gone downhill.

31/10/2025: Brass Onion has really upped there game! Last few visits have been lovely! We visited last night - the steak and spring rolls were really nice! We also got lovely sangria here during the summer.

29/10/2025: Had a wonderful dining experience with my family at Ananda, Dundrum. The food was absolutely delicious — we kept ordering more and more! 😊 Our waitress, Rashmi, was outstanding — patient, professional, and always served with a smile. It was also lovely speaking with Mr. Anand, who made us feel truly welcome. A memorable evening all around — we’ll definitely be back soon!

08/10/2025: Ordering from them for the second time already! Today I decided to try their prawns noodles too,but they mixed up my order a bit😅 we called the restaurant to let them know, and they instantly sent me a new noodles for free, which was super nice of them! The sushi taste just like back home🥹 I’ve been looking for ones like these for ages and finally found them! definitely will order again :)

04/10/2025: We ordered three types of rolls, two were delicious, but the tempura was terrible, they didn't add soy sauce, all the sushi fell apart, we often order this, but this time we were unhappy

19/11/2025: Order last night didn’t even bother cut my garlic bread and Nachos where a bit Burt on the edges and the festive pizza cranberry sauces was not even just looked like it was throwing on you could obviously tell it was rushed paid in cash but order also still showing as being made a day later

18/09/2025: Lately they've downgraded in terms of customer experience. This has been my local since they open. Staff was always really sound and would make classic cocktails outside the menu or accommodate certain details, last two times I went there, they were rude and seemed like they were rushing everything and couldn't be bothered even when it wasnt a busy evening. Would hate to see them going down that path.

11/12/2025: Great location in the city centre. Attended a corporate Christmas party. Good for a few drinks, wasn't impressed with the food though apart from the canapés which were lovely. Dry turkey and ham without gravy. It wasn't possible to order any gravy or anything else either.

11/12/2025: My partner and I had our wedding party here last month and we had such a a great night. The staff, food and DJ made the night all that more enjoyable. Thanks guys ☺️

13/12/2025: The eggs benedict was beautifully presented and tasted great but was cold as was the Mexican eggs. Been twice and both times the young staff were aloof and surly. No table ordering, as we found out only once we had been sat down a few minutes. However, the coffee (lattes in our case) were fantastic.

09/12/2025: The best breakfast we've had in Dublin; if you're in the area, I highly recommend it. It's a bit pricey compared to prices in Spain, but keep in mind that it's more of a brunch than a traditional breakfast... Oh, and the coffee is fantastic!
