27/11/2025: We got takeaway there, it was delicious, and the service was very friendly. You can order online. Update: dining in is just as good! The place is pleasant, service is great, and the food is excellent. It's usually busy, make sure you book ahead. The whole menu is good, not just the sushi and ramen!

14/04/2026: We went in for a lunch. Brilliant carvery here. Really good food, great choice & very reasonably priced. Highly recommended. Staff are lovely & really helpful & friendly. I'd highly recommend it.

26/03/2026: Was there on a Sunday for carvery,food was diabolical for the price,my partner got the beef and portion was okay not great,then myself and my sons came along and we were disgusted for what we paid,child's portion handed to us,we had to ask for stuffing and gravy,and when asked the chef,the attitude on him as if it was nuisance for him. Will never be back.

The Auld Dubliner captivated us from the moment we arrived – a cozy ambiance, great music, and just the right mix of lively and relaxed. Especially in the evenings, the atmosphere is superb, making every visit a special occasion. The drinks selection is excellent, the Guinness was perfectly poured, and the food was delicious and fresh. Add to that the friendly, attentive service, and you'll feel instantly welcome. Anyone looking for an authentic Irish pub experience in Dublin should definitely stop by. We'll be back!

11/05/2026: The food was delicious and excellent! We requested two Benedict eggs but only received one,I simply ordered a pan cake thing(forgot the name) and departed

29/04/2026: We were regular customers because of the burgers and chips, unfortunately on our last visit a couple of nights ago we found that the burgers and truffle chips have changed. We ordered 2 Massey Fergusons and a Po Boy, the Masseys were overcooked and charred around the edges and the burger overall has less flavor. The Po Boy is now spicy and with different dressings than before, not the same burger, we checked older photos we took of the food, and it's not same. Finally, the truffle fries are also served differently, they have a lot more paprika on them and they are not crispy. It seems our favorite burgers have been ruined.

09/04/2026: The National Museum of Ireland on Kildare Street is a must-see for anyone interested in history. The prehistoric gold collection is breathtaking, and seeing the bog bodies up close is an incredible, albeit slightly eerie, experience. The building itself is a Victorian masterpiece, and since admission is free, it’s an easy addition to any Dublin itinerary. It's well-organized and perfect for a quiet hour or two of exploring Ireland's ancient past.

08/04/2026: It's one of the few free museums in Dublin, with many pieces from the protohistoric period. A more didactic explanation of the collections would be welcome. There are some particularly interesting pieces, such as two Iron Age "mummies"—corpses preserved thanks to their location in oxygen-deprived marshy areas. There are also many Celtic artifacts, a significant collection of goldwork, and Viking artifacts.

11/11/2025: Terrible management and poor organization overall. They don’t care about staff or proper training. Be careful with the food sometimes it’s old and not stored correctly. Definitely wouldn’t recommend working or eating here.

11/04/2026: Very nice restaurant in the heart of Dublin. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ordered the Carbonara and the Amatriciana. There was a problem with the Carbonara and the staff was quick to offer another plate or to remove it from the bill. The Amatriciana was delicious with a great sauce and perfectly cooked pasta. We will definitely give them another try. 👍

07/10/2025: The food is tasty and exactly what you would expect when you come in here. The staff was super friendly and service is quick, you don’t have to wait long even if it is busy. 10/10 would recommend if you’re looking for a cozy breakfast place.
