23/06/2025: This place is very in very lovely and cozy neighbourhood! We had a wonderful server who was so attentive, nice and fast! I picked their special sushi plate and it was amazing! Everything was fresh and delicious! Also the place was clean which was very important. It is very much suitable for any occasion, highly recommend it. Prices are average compared to any sushi restaurant.

16/07/2025: We ordered a medium-well done burger and this is what we got. We asked the server a few times and we were told this is how it is supposed to be like. However, we’ve been to other Bunsen places and medium-well as actual medium well, unlike here. Really disappointed

27/07/2025: The night before, a Japanese waiter working at a nearby Asian restaurant recommended this restaurant as a place to have breakfast. I dropped by without having breakfast at the hotel, and when I saw the mountain of delicious-looking scones, I was reminded of my time living in London, so I had scones for breakfast. I ordered a blueberry one and a raspberry one for my wife, along with a cafe au lait. I took a bite of a fairly large scone (not British style) and said, "This might be the best scone I've ever eaten in my life." The outside was crispy and the inside was fluffy, and there was none of the heavy flour taste that you sometimes get with British style scones. I was really surprised and delighted. I hadn't eaten a scone for years, or even decades, so maybe they've developed into this kind of scone in the UK recently, but at least my image of a scone has changed dramatically. The cafe au lait and the strength of the coffee were just right for me. We liked it so much that we went back for lunch the next day. My wife ordered the scones that she loved so much, and I ordered the special beef hamburger because I was hungry. The beef hamburger was very filling (two hamburger steaks stacked on top of each other) and tasted great, so we were very satisfied. There were other delicious dishes on the menu, such as beef stew. I highly recommend it. It's not too expensive either. However, the cafe au lait (flat white) that we ordered with the hamburger on the second day was less full-bodied (coffee strength) than the first day, which was disappointing. The woman who made the coffee was different from the day before, so it might depend on the person. If you want strong coffee, it's better to make sure you ask for strong coffee when ordering. PS In fact, we went back for breakfast the day after writing this review, on our last day in Dublin. My wife and I each had delicious scones and cafe latte for breakfast. When I ordered the cafe latte I asked for it to be strong, and the coffee was as delicious as I expected. Thank you, Catherine. I ended up going there every day during my stay in Dublin. This shop also had delicious menu items such as beef stew made with Guinness and club sandwiches. Trinity College is nearby, so it's the perfect place to stop by after a tour.

12/07/2025: Everything is nice, but place is small, so can get crowded at pwak times. We visited late in the afternoon, so place empty as it was neither lunch nor dinner time, otherwise there can be a wait and limited time to eat

10/06/2025: We got the Coconut & Raspberry Entremet for a birthday at short notice and not knowing much about the company. The result was delicious. The cake itself looked great and the flavours of the different layers ended up being a talking point at the party. The only problem is we ate it all before we had a chance to take a photo!

03/06/2025: 5/5 best cake I've ever had! A bit expensive but the design was immaculate and the taste was just as good. Perfectly balanced between flavors and textures. The chocolate was perfectly temperate and the consistency was consistent throughout the whole cake! I got the cake for 15 people despite us being only 9 people and I think it was the right call, the portions for for 15 people would have been quite small (especially for such a delicious cake)! The service was also great! Staff is resposive and quick to answer any questions or requests!

05/07/2025: Lemon crepe is a go to for me in Dublin for a quick and delicious breakfast or lunch. Plus, they have a gluten free galette crepe, and cater to coeliacs. The service is always friendly and the food is always great!

14/06/2025: It used to be a great place, but it has changed over time. The service is nice, but the food is definitely not what it used to be. I ordered the chicken Benedict and basically got chicken with boiled eggs 🤭 To be honest size of the portions is good and coffee is great ! Atmosphere- good, but Radio is not adding much charm.
