10/06/2025: 3 of us went for a quick dinner. The service was fantastic - quick and attentive. The food was amazing - filled with perfectly balanced spices, portions sizes were very decent with adequate amount of meat. Would definitely go back again and recommend to anyone who likes authentic Indian food.

27/07/2025: This restaurant serves both meat and fish dishes (especially lobster, octopus, and calamari). I had the duck with cheese sauce, and I have to say that, while I'm not a fan of sweet and sour sauce, I enjoyed it quite a bit. The eggs and fries were also good, as was the burger. As for the steak, however, we were very disappointed. Despite being medium-rare, the meat was tough and stringy, at times difficult to chew! And when I say difficult, I mean REALLY difficult to chew: all four of us tried it and all agreed it was truly tough! Average prices, fast service.

Most delicious, original and healthy food, best scones I ever head, and nice vibes with super friendly owner - coming from Trinity College or National Gallery visit, Tiller + Grain is the place to go to eat, drink a coffee or chat and chill afterwards, and the amazing thing on top is that it's sunny inside with a yellow design, even when it rains outside 😀!
01/07/2025: This is a special gem. As a foreigner, I was greeted kindly, everyone was helpful and the food and coffee were excellent.
This small shop is a real stand out among many tourist traps in this area. They are serving delicious fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches and it appears to be the place locals come for lunch (a good sign).
I had my best oat latte in Dublin here, no fuss, and no one hurrying me away. I was able to sit in peace and enjoy a good book. The owner is lovely and so were the staff. Thanks for making me feel welcome!!

12/07/2025: I recommend a visit, which is also free. Illustrative brochures in various languages cost €2 at the entrance.
There are works by Velázquez, Impressionist painters, and the Caravaggio school. Recommended.

23/07/2025: Attente longue pour 2 cafés et 3 pâtisseries. Je mets 2/5 pour la qualité des aliments mais le service est médiocre. 20 min pour 2 cafés, tous les clients a emporter sont prioritaires. Une des couques a meme été vendue entre notre commande et le service a table, on a pas eu la commande escomptée. Ils sont dépassés, on ne recommande absolument pas !

Breakfast was great - the granola and shakshuka were delish.
Dinner was also great. The mushroom dish was fantastic and none of the plates disappointed.

The Brazen Head

29/06/2025: June 2025. OK, this is a tourist place, but it's historic with nice atmosphere. We came for pints only. The cavernous inside is for dinner patrons. We sat in the forecourt and enjoyed our pints.
29/06/2025: Located about a 10-15 minute walk from Temple Bar, the Brazen Head is one of Dublin's oldest pubs (founded in the 12th century in 1198).
A pleasant pub to sit down and enjoy a good Guinness or Smithwick's, the establishment has a small outdoor courtyard, which is a plus!
Responsive service and friendly staff.

18/07/2025: I bought chicken fried rice from your shop yesterday and was extremely disappointed. The rice had a strong fishy smell, making it completely unappetizing. It felt like fish had been cooked in the same pan before making the fried rice, and the pan wasn’t properly cleaned.
For a chicken dish, this kind of cross-contamination is unacceptable — especially for those who don’t eat fish. I couldn’t eat it at all, and it was a complete waste of money.
It’s not worth buying from here, and I do not recommend this place based on my experience. Please take better care with hygiene and food preparation in the future.
