Barista Course by Bartira

Dublin
18/05/2025: Amazing teacher, really fun and helpful experience. Would highly recommend for barista experience :)
07/04/2025: I had an amazing experience at the Barista Course by Bartira. In just 4 hours I learned about how to make various types of coffee, hot chocolate and matcha beverages. The workshops was not only engaging but extremely practical. Bartira shared her optimism, passion and insight into the history of coffee, the best storage techniques for keeping the coffee fresh and the safe and hygienic handling of the coffee machine. Bartira offered encouragment throughout the workshop and injected the learning material with her signature style of humour. The whole group was laughing while learning through hands-on making of the different drinks. The workshop also comes with individual learning materials, employment resources that help you find a job as a barista in Dublin, and a certificate that you can add to LinkedIn. The workshop is also perfect for those who are coffee enthusiasts and want to spend an afternoon deepdiving into coffee as a hobby. There are plenty of opportunities to drink delicious coffee and improve your latte art skills. I highly recommend the workshop for solo jobseekers or even a cute date activity for two coffee lovers 💗 ☕️

M O'Brien

Dublin
30/05/2025: Couldn't be faulted on our visit, service was prompt and friendly despite it being very busy. The toilets were clean.
29/03/2025: Stumbled upon this gem of a pub few weeks ago. Was treated to an amazing pint of Guinness. Just to be sure that wasn't a one off thing, I decided to go back and check again. Ladies and gents, I can honestly say that this is the notes, creamiest pint of Guinness you will have in Dublin. I have tried all the obvious points of interest in Dublin, and M. O'Brien's consistently delivers, in comparison to all other places. On top of that, place has a great atmosphere and even better, staff is friendly, and absolute delight to talk to. I think I've found my forever pub. Don't sleep on this one. No food, but that's not really an issue, since you have a few restaurants literally across the road.

19/01/2025: Always a great night here. Lovely atmosphere, not rushed. Gina is a wonderful host….feels just like being at a friends.

Ginger Cafe

Dublin
01/08/2025: Off the beaten tourist path, little cafe. Workers are beyond friendly. Place is filled with locals (good sign) and wondering tourists. Solid scone and coffee for me. My son’s breakfast sandwich was solid as well. Compared to the crazy prices around the area, this was a 5 star stop for a no frills friendly breakfast. If you’re expecting something really fancy, this ain’t the place for you.
21/07/2025: Just left, good place. Outdated menu prices. Small breakfast 10 euros.

Woww foods

Dublin
21/06/2025: I had their new paneer shawarma wrap! It was fantastic and the chefs are really nice and customised it for me as well! (I asked for extra spicy!)
16/06/2025: We have always done delivery, today we were very very disappointed with our order. We had ordered vadapav, masala puri and paneer paratha. Paratha was not worth it at all. Not At All. It was extremely salty, filling was missing and no flavor at all. Masala puri were like something they mixed and sent it, Looks like they were too busy and did not cared for order. Next I will be careful what to order with them

YOI Ramen

Dublin
28/07/2025: It’s hard to understand why this place is popular unless there are very few Japanese restaurants in Dublin. If the food isn’t great, at least the service should be—but it’s not. Especially during dinner time, the woman with glasses who handles seating and serving is extremely rude. She told us we couldn’t dine without a reservation, then seated three of us at a small outdoor table meant for two, and brought out a shabby chair from the storage for the third person. This place is clearly not prepared to properly welcome customers.
25/07/2025: Small but very nice place, very tasty, nice service, thanks

Central Brew Coffee

Dublin
13/05/2025: Yesterday we stopped by, we got coffee and pastries which was ok, but the staff was terrible and the facial expressions of the lady who took our order really ruined our day. What a disappointment.
07/05/2025: Nice coffee on the go. Great and fast service by the kind Mongolian girls working here. New favourite spot in busy street.

Gursha

Dublin
19/07/2025: This is now one of my favourite restaurants in Dublin. For anyone with gluten intolerance or coeliac disease Gursha is an absolute must! Everything on the menu is delicious and will delight vegans and meat eaters alike. The atmosphere is cosy and calm and it is a real treat to be able to taste authentic injera, honey wine and even Ethiopian beer here in Ireland.
19/07/2025: Love it. Service, food and atmosphere > top tier. Nearly there once a month

Brindle Coffee & Wine

Dublin
29/06/2025: I looove Brindle. Its one of my favourite coffee and wine shops in town, which I always tell everyone. I just have one small comment, which is why do they close their coffee machine off a half hour before they close, if they primarily sell coffee? I never understand why coffee shops in Ireland do this, when it takes about ten minutes to clean a coffee machine.. Gorgeous selection of wine, really friendly staff, great vibes, but its just a bit dissappointing walking out of your way for a coffee and arriving at 7.30pm on the button, but not getting served a coffee (please note she was super friendly about it, but its just dissappointing..). Anyways just food for thought
28/06/2025: Lovely shop, great wine and super sandwich from the frig!
