The best restaurants in Dublin

19/05/2026: To begin with, I recommend making a reservation if you choose this restaurant. We waited 45 minutes for dinner: the restaurant seems to be well-regarded and very popular. It's true that they offer Irish dishes at reasonable prices. To put it simply, you could call it an Irish Bouillon. The dining room is very small and the tables are very close together. The service is (excessively) fast...we were invited to choose our dishes almost as soon as we sat down: the waitress's patience seemed limited; she wanted things to move quickly! The portions are generous and the food is good. It's still a bit of a tourist trap, very touristy, and that somewhat spoils the experience.

12/05/2026: We wanted to grab a bite and stumbled upon this place. We had a Baileys coffee, an Irish coffee, and an apple pie—everything was delicious. The total came to €27; I'm not sure what the prices are like, but for us, it was worth it. I highly recommend it, and we'll definitely be back.

18/04/2026: Ordered from Summer Inn Artane for the first time, fillet beef in black bean sauce, wrapos, salt & Chilli chicken balls, chips and curry sauce. Beef was not fillet, very fatty it was inedible, wrapos looked and tasted like boiled rice no sauce or flavour and very little chicken. Called the takeaway to tell them and was told thats the way the beef is, and the wrapos have curry rice and chicken Wont be ordering from here again

31/12/2025: It was our first time at six by nico and it didn't disappoint. The food was very flavorsome and the cocktails were delicious. But what stood out for me was the waiting staff particularly Douglas. Very friendly and helpful, we never had to wait for a plate or drink and the menu was explained to us perfectly. I'd imagine it's a big task coordinating that many courses along with drinks so I appulad all the chefs and staff for a job well done.

30/12/2025: Delicious food, creatively presented and served by knowledgeable and friendly staff. The wine pairing was an additional plus. All in all, a throughly enjoyable evening. We will return.

15/04/2026: Perfect sweet treat for a night out in Temple Bar! The staff was really kind and let us try a few flavors. Plenty of seating which was great!

02/05/2026: Food and service was good but they do not include potential allergens on the menu. This could've easily caused a bad situation for one of my friends when he realised there was ingredients in the pasta he couldn't have (which at no point were mentioned on the menu.)

06/03/2026: Before and after a soccer match in the Aviva both times the experience was very enjoyable.Proper old style bar staff even though the pub was bouncing and they were busy not afraid to make eve contact so you new you were next to be served.

28/02/2026: Ive visited twice now and each time has been a Friday evening after 8. -The atmosphere is great for conversation and not too crowded. -The staff were friendly and attentive. -The pints of Guiness were wonderfully creamy -AND THE BRISKET ROLL IS THE BEST SANDWICH IVE HAD IN DUBLIN Ive had a dream about that sandwich after each time I've eaten one. Proper crust from the rub, not overly smokey and the roll is a perfect match for holding up under the juices of the brisket without falling to bits and being too firm to bite or chew. It's a place that will be in the rotation of where I'll visit when I go into town. If that sandwich leaves the menu I'll never be able to return for the heartache that will come with its memory will be too painful to bear.

03/10/2025: I've given up ordering for delivery. Every second time I get a delivery there's no dressing. Not much of a salad without the dressing.

02/06/2026: A very nice hotel in a very central location! Friendly staff and the bed was very comfortable! It had everything you need, including a refrigerator! Very clean!

29/05/2026: Great location. 1 km from Temple Bar (14-minute walk). Ideal for Spanish tourists. Most of the staff are Spanish (reception, waiters, etc.). Everyone was very friendly. Good breakfast; I didn't try the lunch (we were always out exploring). The room was huge. With a table and two armchairs. Coffee maker and all the capsules you could want. Tea, hot chocolate... and all free. Highly recommended.

18/04/2026: Used to be good but their new price of 13.50 for an aperol spritz is really excessive. Basta.

06/04/2026: hi ive been here a few times. the bruschetta is very good and the portion size is great. the pastries are really lovely and there was a certain staff member who was very helpful with the customers and very nice who was called lucille i think, blonde and beautiful. the coffee is also good. the pasta portion sizes are on the smaller side for sure but they taste good.
