The best restaurants in Dublin

04/04/2025: Great spot for food and a few drinks. Very reasonable priced too. Well worth a visit!

18/02/2025: Mediocre food (besides the ribs). About 5-10 minutes after our starter mains were brought out, it was far too quick. Good place for a few drinks but nothing special food wise. The servers were very friendly. Chowder was nice but I've had better.

14/04/2025: To be honest, I expected more from the kitchen, but neither the soup for 13 €, nor the most expensive dish of three types of fish for 38 € impressed me, ordinary potatoes with fish in sauce and a lot of pepper. Oysters were not on the menu, which was a pity! 😞 I didn't like the food even though the service was good! It's time to change chefs!

13/04/2025: This is THE seafood place to go. Excellent in every respect. Not my first visit and certainly not my last!

15/03/2025: Food is good and delivery is excellent. When you add a tip when ordering online on their own site the manager just told me it goes to the "business account", and not to the delivery driver. Not sure why I'd tip the place I just paid and not the driver. Very poor form and really misleading.

09/03/2025: Great pub, great food. However, one of the bartenders has to be one of the most miserable people I’ve ever met—extremely rude and quite aggressive. It’s really unfortunate for such a nice pub. I visited in December, and he gave me the middle finger after I ordered. At the time, I wasn’t sure if he was joking, but after dealing with him again last night, it’s clear he’s just a negative, angry little man. Give the job to someone who actually enjoys dealing with people. - the rest of the staff were delightful

09/04/2025: Nice spot but the seafood chowder was not available. The coffee can’t be taken with toppings and the soup was basic

31/12/2024: We’ve been in here a few days when rugby matches have been on at the Aviva. It’s handy to the stadium. Great pints of Guinness. Dog friendly. Brilliant staff. Unfortunately the toilets are downstairs and I use a wheelchair

27/03/2025: Came for the birthday deal we're being brought down to be seated and another woman came over and said we can't eat here because it's too busy she was very rude the way she approached the situation

22/03/2025: I have gone to Milano‘s for several years. This time was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. We asked to sit in a quiet area and we were put right next to the kitchen which was very loud. First off, they forgot about our order. We did not receive any food for an hour. Despite the fact the restaurant was practically empty. The lasagne was inedible as it was microwaved rubbish. The pizza had spinach on it was cold and wet. We also did not receive our starter. When we told the staff about these issues, they were very dismissive. As we were telling them of the issues one of the staff member was on her Phone. They also insisted that we return again and we’re very dismissive of our issues honestly the McDonald’s that I got afterwards (due to not being able to eat any of my dinner) tasted much better. I hate McDonald’s. I will never return to this restaurant and I would recommend that nobody else bother going.

05/03/2025: Best coffee I’ve had and I’ve worked as a barista for almost 3 years before. Amazing Cappuccino! The vibe is brilliant too. Great coffee shop.

31/03/2025: Staff were very welcoming and we were seated quickly despite it being busy. Food and drinks took a while but considering how full it was we can't complain. My wife had the shrimp as a starter and they were gorgeous. She also had a strawberry flavoured cocktail. It tasted great but was so small!! She felt a little ripped off to be honest. The main courses were nice. I had the pasta and my wife had the fish. Overall we had a pleasant lunch.

24/03/2025: The staff is awesome and always heartfelt. Coffee is delicious, as always, and the croissant makes for a great viennoiserie. 👍🏻

23/03/2025: Myself and my husband were great fans of this spot and had eaten here several times before. We were a bit disappointed with our recent meal. The food was not up to its usual standard The starter tasted fine ( not amazing)but the portion was ridiculously big. I got fish for my main. The fish was nice but it was sitting on an enormous portion of noddles that really added nothing to the dish. If last night was my first experience here I would not be rushing back. We have had much nicer food here.
