17/04/2025: Oh wow! This place was recommended by a friend and have to say it surpassed any expectations I had. The service was amazing from the moment I walked in through the door until I left. Now let's talk about food, I had a Chicken Shish Kebab Meal which was fabulous! Even the smell of chips was divine and delicious, portion was generous and had to battle it a little to eat it all. I will 100% return next time I travel to Dublin.

08/04/2025: Honestly my favorite coffee stop in all of Dublin, the coffee is delicious, the people are cool, I love their clear identity around sustainability (bring your own cup Mondays and Fridays and their water bottle refill spot) and coffee. They make great coffee, both drinking it and making it accessible. You can spend hours looking through all the machines they have on display (and for sale) as well as their glassware, pots, and pourover gear. Their sandwiches and pastries are also fantastic. If you want a casual place to hang out for a minute or a quick flat white to set you right for your day, this is always top of my list

07/04/2025: This review is about sustainability! Thank you so much for providing a wonderful space, with delicious coffee, and a clear commitment to creating no plastic waste in the process. It means a lot to me as a customer to be able to enjoy my meal without the guilt of contributing to the plastic pollution crisis. I love how you put out clear signage, offer obvious solutions, and encourage folks like need to bring their own cup. By 2050, there will be more plastic in the ocean than fish, and it’s great to know that your business will not be one contributing to that statistic. Keep up the awesome work, I wish more businesses would show their connection to the local ecosystem, and the global one, and the ways that you do. Love to see it!

11/04/2025: Je m’y suis rendu lors d’un voyage scolaire avec mon établissement scolaire, et entrant dedans j’ai tout de suite été très bien accueilli avec le sourie de la vendeuse qui étais déjà tout de suite très agréable et souriante. J’ai eu ensuite un soucis de carte bleu je ne pouvais payer ma commande et la gentille jeune fille me l’a offert avec le sourie et de bon cœur. Cette gentillesse m’a énormément touché la bonté de cette jeune fille étais juste magnifique et cela m’a fait tellement de bien de voir à qu’elle point elle l’a fait par pur gentillesse et sans hésiter avec un sourire exceptionnelle Je n’ai pas le nom de cette jeune fille mais son geste a été extrêmement apprécier bravo à ce genre de commerçant et à la gentillesse de certain

24/03/2025: Pour moi ceci n'est pas une attraction, c'est une boulangerie pour les inconditionnels de beignets fourrés. La vitrine est colorée et appétissante mais le personnel est juste là pour vendre.

28/03/2025: A superb experience at this restaurant! The service was impeccable, and I would particularly like to thank Aïssa, who, despite her internship, demonstrated remarkable professionalism. Smiling, attentive, and always attentive, she helped make our meal even more enjoyable. A real gem for the team! I highly recommend this restaurant and its top-notch staff.

26/03/2025: The place is quite nice, and the space is decent, but it is not adapted for children, strollers, or people with disabilities. There are too many tables for such a small area. I visited during lunchtime on a Wednesday at 1:30 PM, and it was extremely noisy—the background music was very loud. I felt like I was in a bar rather than a restaurant. It might be a low-stress environment due to the size of the place and the music. Good was GREAT! Loved my dish was spicy and delicious. Take some time to be ready I would say 20 minutes up

21/03/2025: Esta es la segunda vez que he estado en Locks... Siempre iré aquí cuando esté en Dublín. La ubicación en lo que parece ser una zona residencial tranquila cerca de un arroyo o pequeño río es agradable. El restaurante está en un espacio genial y acogedor. El menú no es enorme, pero la comida es deliciosa.

30/03/2025: Authentic Irish Pub in Howth. Very cozy, happy atmosphere, great variety of drinks and liquors. Very friendly waiters. There is a splendid terrace where you can enjoy sunny days. We recommend it, we will return.

16/04/2025: We recently visited this restaurant with the expectation of enjoying an authentic Desi Chicken Karahi, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of our expectations. The dish neither looked nor tasted like a traditional karahi. The chicken was inconsistently cooked—some pieces were partially tender, while others were noticeably tough and lacked freshness. The flavors were underwhelming and did not reflect the rich taste typically associated with this classic dish. Adding to the disappointment, the service was slow. Although we were initially told the food would arrive in about 10 minutes, it took approximately 25 minutes to be served. Regrettably, the poor quality of food and service made this visit quite unsatisfactory. Taste is the core of any dining experience, and in this case, it was severely lacking. We do not plan to return and would not recommend it to those looking for authentic Desi flavors.

12/04/2025: Had an absolutely amazing experience here! The food was bursting with authentic Indian flavors — just like home. The pomfret tava fry was a standout dish — perfectly spiced, crispy on the outside, and tender inside. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, taking the time to recommend a few dishes that turned out to be fantastic choices. The attention to detail and hospitality really added to the overall experience. We also tried the kokam sharbat and aam panha, and both were super refreshing — the perfect complement to the spicy and flavorful food. Highly recommend this place if you’re craving real Indian taste with warm service!

30/03/2025: My only take away in Dublin to go. Family business, very nice and fast service, food is just amazing, I am never disappointed. Our favourite is Hub Himalayan special, Royal Korma, definitely Saag Panner and can’t forget the amazing mo-mos and onion bhajis as a starter. Peshwari naan is delicious and we always order it as a dessert. But honestly, whatever you order, I’m sure you’ll enjoy it as much as we do! Thank you for delicious food and lovely service!

25/03/2025: I gave this place a second chance. Soggy pizza. Slow service. Expensive wine 12.50 for a tiny glass. Nice setting in powerscourt but that was the only positive.

25/03/2025: The experience at the restaurant was disappointing. The starters were nice, our pizzas were soggy, and waiters picked up drinks before they were finished, often touching the glass improperly. Half the group had their drinks handled by strangers' fingers, which was unpleasant. Despite ordering more drinks, the group was then told there was only five minutes left at the table. Overall, most of the group (7 out of 10) didn’t enjoy their meals, and the visit confirmed that the place wasn't great.

31/03/2025: 5 Stars – Unexpected Gem Inside the Hotel We walked into Wilde Restaurant, located inside the hotel, without a reservation and not expecting much—but we were blown away. The atmosphere was elegant, the food was outstanding, and the service was exceptional. Isabella, our server, was warm, attentive, and made great recommendations. Despite being casually dressed, we were treated with such care. We loved it so much, we came back the next day. A true hidden gem!

31/01/2025: We were welcomed by a wide selection of drinks and extremely friendly company. This is where we go in the evenings while we are in Dublin. Guinness on tap and Orchard Thieves rounded off our day.
