21/03/2025: Amazing platter for 2. Steak, fish, prawns, slow cooked beef all delicious. So so tasty, water jug not refilled a few times, had to get up & find someone. No coeliac bread offered. Could do with some kind of window covering at front during bright sun. It’s a fancy diner - not sure of prices as was a guest & no prices on the menu!

10/03/2025: An Unpleasant Dining Experience The restaurant we visited had nothing particularly special about its dishes, apart from the fact that they were quite expensive. However, some of the waitstaff provided good service, which was a positive aspect. As we all know, most restaurants tend to be noisy, and on the day we dined there, the atmosphere was especially loud. There were around five occupied tables, including customers celebrating birthdays and gatherings with lively conversations. The noise level was extremely high, yet we did not complain. While waiting for our food, my son, feeling a bit bored, was watching something on his phone. By then, most of the customers had already left, and only two tables remained occupied—ours and another table with children. As we were about to pay the bill, I noticed a waiter talking to a man. Shortly after, this man approached us and told my son that his phone volume was a bit loud. This interaction left me feeling quite uncomfortable. Considering how noisy the restaurant had been earlier, it seemed unfair and impolite to single out my son’s phone volume when the place had just been filled with loud conversations and celebrations.

09/04/2025: A lovely place for breakfast. We were staying in the area for a short holiday ( first time in Ireland) and went to Kennedy’s for breakfast. I absolutely fell in love with white pudding and bread. Menu is very variable and can suite any preferences including picky children. Staff very friendly. This place has lovely atmosphere and as I noticed is loved by locals.

08/04/2025: Our brunch was super tasty and fresh. All the service people are incredibly nice. Prices are the same as in Germany. The chai latte was perfect!

06/04/2025: Unfortunately the service was kind of rude. We had breakfast and sat for max. an hour, but the waitress was constantly coming to the table wanting to take plates we didn’t finish yet, then asked us if „we want“ to pay now several times, then coming to bill us without us asking for it while we still didn’t finish our drinks. Nice place and food, but unfortunately this was not a nice experience nevertheless.

15/02/2025: I had one of the worst experiences of my life at this place with one of the employees. First, I went to order a pizza and I asked for the number of the table I was at and supposedly I should have asked for the number that was marked on the reservation board, but how is it possible to guess that if there is a number on the table? Anyway, they threw the pizza at my table as if we were a dog. I touched this same employee to ask for a drink and she started yelling at me just for touching me. She was right behind me. Anyway, the waiter who speaks Spanish was incredible, as was the food, but this Brazilian employee was terrible. I had one of the worst experiences of my life in this place with one of the employees first I went to order a pizza and ordered with the numbering of the table I was and prominently I should have ordered by the numbering that was marked on the scheduling sign but how is it possible to guess this if there is a number on the table, finally they threw the pizza on my table as if we were a dog, I touched this person to order a drink and she started yelling at me just for touching, she was exactly behind me, anyway the waiter who spoke Spanish it was amazing as well as the food but this Brazilian employee was terrible

09/02/2025: the place is not bad, there are tables outside and inside. the pizzas are ok, other things like chips or rolls nothing special. fast and friendly service. all in all a nice place to spend a couple of hours

17/03/2025: Julian was a great host and looked after us for the day, there was never a time when I waited for anything, we asked to change seats two times as we had some difficult guest with us and he accommodated us every time, and asked to change the rugby game twice and he did, we had a great night and have come back many times since. Thank you Julian can’t wait to come back again

13/04/2025: Stop looking for the best restaurant in town, I've found it for you! The dining room is incredibly beautiful, tastefully decorated and the chairs/banquettes are ultra-comfortable. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive, without being too stuffy... in short, everything you'd want in a restaurant. Finally, the food is delicious, concocted by the chef with quality ingredients and very well executed. The seasonings are surprisingly accurate! I recommend that you take your pick from the menu and try as many of the tapas-style dishes placed in the middle of the table as possible. Individual main courses are also available. Exceptional value for money !!! Thank you so much for a wonderful evening temps🫶🏻

22/03/2025: We’re regular customers since 3 years ago, is the first time that they told us that we had 15 minutes to finish our food. We arrive 15 minutes before the time closing and they always wait until you finished the food. The waitress with tattoos wasn’t friendly at all.

08/04/2025: We had our small wedding reception here last Wednesday, and it was fantastic! The staff was super friendly and made sure everything went smoothly, which wasn’t the easiest task since most of our group didn’t speak English. That wasn’t a problem for them at all though! The food was amazing. It was the perfect spot for our special day. Big thanks to everyone at Toscana for making it memorable! Will definitely be back.

15/04/2025: Very nice venue, lots to see and do on student day which was a heap of fun. Felt comfortable, safe and welcomed by all staff throughout the day despite putting my bank account into overdraft and losing everything. Drinks are a tad bit expensive but understandable with all things considered. Will be visiting again once I financially recover and learn how to bet properly!!
