02/11/2025: We had breakfast at Foodgame today and were very satisfied overall. The food was really delicious – large portions, and we had bagels and eggs, among other things, exactly as we ordered. The ingredients seemed fresh, the coffee was excellent, and you can tell they place a lot of emphasis on homemade items. The only slight drawback was the noise level: it was quite loud in the café, which made a quiet conversation a bit difficult. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a good breakfast with plenty of choices and a big appetite.

28/10/2025: Staff so friendly to our kids. We love going there at the weekend. Breakfast burrito and avocado toast two highlights. They should sell their chipotle mayo!!!

14/12/2025: The bartenders are unfriendly. I recommend to those reading to go to Temple Bar or another nearby bar.

24/10/2025: A great vegan pad Thai! There were several other vegan options that also sounded pretty good. Staff were friendly and efficient, and the place had a pretty good vibe. Worth knowing that there’s a slight discount if you pay with cash! Overall would definitely recommend.

24/11/2025: There today for lunch. Sat waiting for someone to come over but 15 mins later no sign so went over and asked for menus. Thought this would be a prompt to have an order taken but that was another 15 mins. Place was quiet at that point so wasn't a busy issue. Then the order was wrong when I clearly asked for something to be excluded. Brutal. Plus the portions were tiny. Just as well I'm on a diet

24/11/2025: We just held my son's 30th birthday party in one of the function rooms here. Beautiful room, excellent bar service, very helpful staff. Highly recommend for group gatherings. 70 people in attendance and all raving about the venue! Thanks to Trish and staff.

07/12/2025: Had a group dinner. The service was fantastic and the decor of the restaurant is amazing. The chicken lifer pate was nice and flavourful. I had a ribeye steak and it was salted a little too much for my liking but the peppercorn sauce and mash was very delicious.

22/11/2025: Cafe topolis is the best restaurant in Dublin. Period. If you dont like the food or leave a negative review you are the problem because it is 100% every single time. They never miss. Amazinf chefs Amazing pizza amazing pasta amazing staff and atmosphere.

04/10/2025: Ordered beef chow mein yesterday and it’s fair to say Íve never been so disappointed in food in my life. This is what I got: 2 small pieces of beef that seemed like they got lost in this massive block of dry noodles. I didn’t have any sauces at home but I would’ve put ketchup in there, that’s how dry the pasta tasted and how desperate I was. Lowkey killed my vibe:/

04/10/2025: We ordered take away Beef Chow Mein yesterday, and it was so so dry. We were extremely disappointed by the fact that we had been waiting about an hour and then gotten super dry noodles. There was also almost no beef in one of our orders. Won’t recommend the noodles at least.

26/09/2025: As a vegetarian i loved the roast meal without the meat. My first time having it and loved it. Also loved the passion fruit mocktail. The staff was lovely

01/12/2025: Absolute joke of a place. Each and every time you walk into the place to collect an order they act like you’re invisible. When they do eventually acknowledge you they are rude and sharp and impolite. And it gets worse. I picked up an order one evening. I could see my pizza sat there and after 10 minutes of being ignored as usual I pointed and said I think that’s mine can I have it. A little short angry man with a scruffy beard shouted at me to wait, checked it, realised it was mine. Gave it to me and I said “great customer service” and he replied with what and walked outside and up in my face trying to be threatening (which was funny he’s about 5ft) and swore and I just stood there gobsmacked and laughed and walked back to my car. Everyone who works here are awful and management is even more of a joke. After complaining they gave me 5 euro credit. Also I have more bad stories about how bad their delivery service guys were. Much of the same nonsense honestly.

19/11/2025: Terrible experience. The customer service attendant was extremely rude and acted like they had zero sense of responsibility. When I asked about the status of my order, I was met with attitude instead of answers. The whole interaction felt unprofessional and careless. The food was not even appetising. Look at it, i asked for mozzarella cheese! where is it? 25€ for this???? really?

07/12/2025: We were looking for a pub to watch NFL games, they had RedZone on every TV on a Sunday evening! Perfect!

03/12/2025: We came to have some cocktails and some food with my wife and everything was perfect. Juan from the bar and Delfina R. from the restaurant were so nice and they treated us very kind. We will come back for sure!

14/12/2025: We chose this restaurant mainly because it was near our hotel. And what a fortuitous choice. This was one of the best meals that we had in Ireland! The atmosphere is a cozy, local bistro. The food was truly excellent. Even my cocktail was surprisingly well executed. By luck, we ended up having a great experience. This place does seem quite popular - deservedly so -- because it was very busy with what seemed to be a local crowd that is already in-the-know about what a special place this is.
