23/05/2025: Reserved for afternoon tea - perfect for celebrating an occasion in a private and cozy yet beautiful setting. Prices are relatively high but well worth it for the amount and quality of pastries and sandwiches provided as part of the package. I must admit that upon arrival, I could sense a little disorganisation regarding our reservation as they seated us at the restaurant with the dinner menu, when we had reserved for high tea in the lounge. Nevertheless, they made up for it with the service and I still highly recommend it.

04/06/2025: We had little time on our first afternoon in Dublin and was staying at a hotel about a 20 minute walk from this place. Stopped in for a beer and what a beautiful bar! I think I heard the pub had been around for 200 years.... The staff was helpful and patient. We had drinks/beer and fish and chips. All of it was wonderful!

21/03/2025: Esta es la segunda vez que he estado en Locks... Siempre iré aquí cuando esté en Dublín. La ubicación en lo que parece ser una zona residencial tranquila cerca de un arroyo o pequeño río es agradable. El restaurante está en un espacio genial y acogedor. El menú no es enorme, pero la comida es deliciosa.

18/07/2025: A little dated now but still a good place for events and large crowds, check out the outside bar and seating area in the summer! Always great views across Dublin from here. Terrible WiFi throughout the place. They have a pickle ball club there too but don’t know if anyone can join in!

17/07/2025: The last 2 days of our 8 day trip to Ireland were spent at the Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel, and it was the perfect way to end an amazing trip. From the front desk staff, to the crew working the dining area, and let's not forget the great bar teams, it was a great experience. Watching so many people come to the hotel for the Padel Ball, to celebrate a wedding and just to bring their family out to enjoy the delicious pizza and pints was awesome. The hotel is located right next to the Oblisk on top of the Killiney Hill park, which is a great view of the area and a good workout to reach. So close to downtown Dalkey too!! We'll definitely be back!!!

19/07/2025: Not as extensive as other buffets in Dublin. But ok if you want a buffet without having to go into the city center.

17/07/2025: Where do I start?! Global Cuisine in Dundrum Centre embodies everything great about a buffet. The food selection is vast and appealing and is wonderfully presented. I came with my family for my son’s birthday and everyone had a blast! This buffet offers the three main courses ranging from starters to desserts along with a bottomless drink for an additional small fee, most definitely worth it as I love my coke. My personal favourite was the teppenyaki section, the chef was entertaining and was making everything with love! There were many new additions from the last time I came such as a ‘make your own ramen section’ and a salad section, which is thoughtful and inclusive of you ask me. There are fruits and loads of vegetarian options as well. My son’s friend who came dine with us was delighted to hear that the lamb, duck and chicken were halal, which further emphasises the inclusivity. The cleanliness of the restaurant was superb, the staff maintained high standards by keeping the place shiny, the windows, the counter tops, the floor and especially the chocolate fountain. I would be surprised if they didn’t have an ISO9001 certificate! The position of where Global Cuisine is placed is a hidden gem, a great area especially on the sunny evening we went on. It is at the top floor of the building with the cinema which means it has an overview of Dundrum road, because of this we were able to witness the golden sunset through the window which not only was beautiful but added onto the experience of my son’s birthday The service of the staff is exceptional! Everyone I communicated to when I needed help was patient and had a smile on their face! They would efficiently clean our plates and eating space when we were done eating which is amazing as it prevented our table from looking like an eye sore. As it was my son’s birthday, I paid a small fee of 5€ for a personal slice of a birthday cake that was decorated saying happy birthday, not only was that included in the price but the staff would come and sing happy birthday whilst playing the guitar!! This will definitely be a birthday my son will remember and this buffet is definitely a buffet I will visit again. Bravo Global!

11/07/2025: I ordered from Passion 4 Food through JustEat and was pleasantly surprised when they personally called me to confirm the details of my order. The gentleman I spoke to was absolutely amazing – 10 out of 10! Very professional, kind, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. It was my first time ordering from them, and I’ll definitely be a loyal customer from now on!
