09/02/2025: Unreal flavour, great value. Went in for a quick bite to eat on a Sunday, staff so friendly. Had a duck bao bun. Can't recommend more 10/10

14/03/2025: This place is awesome! The menu has a great variety of delicious food, and the cocktails are both diverse and well-made. The staff is super friendly and always around, making the service feel smooth and efficient. The wine selection is on point, and it’s a great spot for families too. Definitely one of the best places I’ve come across lately!

04/03/2025: Wow wow wow was this place good. Went here for my brothers birthday and was so fun. I ordered the pepperoni pizza and spicy chicken wings for STARTERS. Pizza was so AWSOME sauce I really enjoyed it, chicks wings were fine I’d probably order the garlic bread next time as I took some of my brother and it was so good mmm mm mmm. THE PIZZA was made just right, pepperoni on point and so cheesy. Was pretty big too so I was happy. Brought out a cake for my brothers birthday and everyone clapped was nice. Prices were sheesh high, but food very nice. Would recommend for a nice family event. 😼😼😼

10/04/2025: Beautiful Boutique Hotel. Very impressing collection of paintings. Good location to start a walking tour thru Dublin. All in all I enjoyed my stay. Hope my feedback mail found you well and will be of help. My compliments to the lady from house keeping: such a friendly person. Though hard work always open for a quick chit chat about the craìc. I wish all of your service staff (e.g. bar, reception) would have been alike. Housekeeping and breakfast service staff in the end made me a 5* service recommendation for making me feeling comfortable again. ... [Update:] what a pity no answer at all following my e-mail. :-(

09/04/2025: Great location for a few days in the lovely city of Dublin. Rooms lovely and comfortable staff are so helpful and I have to give a shout out to Katie on the front desk we had a few issues but Katie was amazing so friendly and professional couldn’t do enough for us . I also need to mention Jeni in the restaurant so kind when I wasn’t feeling well another member of staff who was warm , friendly and great with the customers both members of staff a real credit to this hotel .

03/01/2025: We enjoyed a very special brunch today - after all the busyness of Christmas. Our waiter was most attentive - and the baked egg dish and shakshouk were scrumptious alongside the delicious coffee. The atmosphere was very relaxing and we were most impressed with the gift shop afterwards with its special Irish craft offerings. It is a little oasis in the heart of the city and we will certainly be back.

03/04/2025: Looked really nice when we came in, very traditional and homely. Male staff member didnt smile once, we just ordered 2 tea’s, a lemon & coconut muffin (very dry) and a caramel crispy square (tht was nice). No milk arrived and we had to ask for it, the caramel square arrived bit it wasnt what we asked for so had to ask for it to be changed to crispy caramel slice. Just little things, not a problem and didnt spoil it for us. What spoiled it was watching the male staff member enjoying a long, and thorough exploration of his nose. This happened twice, no sign of any handwashing. Then went on to serve a family of 5 that came in (with small kids) and proceeded to serve them drinks and cakes. Sorry but as food handlers ourselves that was disgusting!!🤮

01/04/2025: The Gin Palace is run out of a very nice premises but unfortunately they have a major issue with hospitality and staff. I’ve visited a number of times over the last year or two and they are in the frequent habit of ending service very early, well before their advertised hours, and without warning - they don’t call last orders or flash the lights. We were told rudely by a lady working there that “we’re open again tomorrow”. Worse than that, she then stacked up the spare chairs at the table we were sitting at while we were trying to relax and enjoy our drinks. This was at around 11pm on a Thursday, and I’ve experienced it at the weekends and other weeknights too. We were also told by the same lady to decant our pints into plastic glasses so they could do the washing up. Really bad form and a terrible way to run a Public House. I wouldn’t usually leave a bad review but I’m hoping the owner might be unaware of these issues and things will change.

15/04/2025: One of the best hotels in dublin and the best tailored solution for your stay in the city. The staff from the top down are all very proud of the work they do and the customer focus is second to none. I would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Dublin.

14/03/2025: I've stayed here several times for work. It's a nice walk through the park to the office. The rooms, breakfast and evening meals are all pretty good. There are several pubs and restaurants close by if you fancy eating out. The air conditioning was a bit noisy on my last visit but they moved me rooms without an issue after it became clear it couldn't be quietened.

17/03/2025: Here’s your review in English: ⸻ Terrible service and complete disregard for guests! We came to this place to have a nice meal and drinks, but all we got was a ruined evening. On this particular day, there were no waiters working, and it was self-service. We chose a table and left our belongings on the table and chairs to indicate that the spot was taken. However, when we returned with our food, our table was gone! Our belongings had been thrown on the floor, and the table was given to other customers. When we tried to address the issue, the manager didn’t even bother to apologize but simply moved us to the bar counter, where it was extremely uncomfortable to eat. No apologies, no respect for guests! We will never come back. If you care about your comfort and experience, choose a different place.
