02/03/2025: **Don’t waste your time and money here. Way overhyped for nothing. Terrible staff and coffee ** I ordered a coconut milk flat white, I was definitely given a soy milk flat white. I’ve had a variety of coconut milk over the years and it was soy! I spoke to one of the staff (lady with dark hair in a long ponytail and glasses), she took it out of my hand, opened the lid and literally stuck her nose into my coffee and snapped at me that it is coconut. Asked if I want a new one but snappily and rudely told me off that I WILL HAVE A LONG WAIT! Given up at that stage and I left. Never had anyone sticking their nose into my coffee before so thats a new one… Matcha was average too - my friend had that. Americano that friend had was very bitter and had a strong taste of burnt beans. Overnight oats had no taste. Very disappointing experience. Definitely not coming back here.

26/03/2025: Rooms were lovely and clean but I would be concerned about the safety aspect of the hotel. I came in at 4am and walked straight in and up the lift. Nobody checked if I had a card or was actually staying in the hotel. This is worrying as it’s in the centre of town. A more secure entrance with a key card needed for both main door and lift.

09/04/2025: Disappointing. Ordered out and food was lukewarm, usually don’t like to rail on takeaways but had to on this. Ordered two portions of chicken tenders, gave us chips instead - not a mistake as receipt clearly says chicken tenders, made us pay full price and no explanation given . Usually a nice spot ordered from a few times and was nice but this very disappointing. Order was over 50e and wouldn’t be recommending any time soon.
