06/10/2025: One of the most central places in dublin for great food, music and pints.

27/09/2025: Mad money for a drink. The food was okay and the service was excellent. It has loads of TVs for sport but no sound. Just loud music and then live music. Not my scene but would be good for a group or for tourists.

01/10/2025: Got a pizza delivered from here. Got food poisoning the next day, from said pizza. I do not recommend.

19/09/2025: I asked security if i walked outside for a smoke if i could get back in. They directed me to the upstairs smoking are instead through the bar. The second I passed from the venue to the bar i asked another bouncer if i could go back in after a cigarette and he told me no, and i wasnt aloud back in now, leaving me separated from all my friends.

24/10/2025: Best place in the area to find great coffee and by far the best treats around Fantastic staff that are always in good form and a gorgeous atmosphere Parking can be dodgy depending on the time of day lots of parking around the corner at powercity if you can't get it right outside

14/10/2025: Luna's my go-to cafe. It's been part of my routine for a year now. I always get a mocha, because I have a sweet-tooth. Lovely atmosphere, very friendly staff and a great sense of community.

02/11/2025: My home is far away from the city centre. We went out just to have dinner at Zizzi. We booked a table (for 1/11/2025, Saturday), and we parked our car at the carpark. When we arrived on time of my booking, Zizzi was preparing to close (early), and they didn’t let us eat anything although I had the booking confirmation. This was very unappreciated. We came all the way down for nothing. I don’t think that we will ever go to Zizzi again. Very bad experience…

27/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Hidden Gem in Foxrock Village From the moment you walk through the door, you’re greeted with a warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming reception exactly what every great restaurant should have. We were shown straight to our table and given plenty of time to look over the lunch/dinner menu, which had a fantastic selection of dishes, all very reasonably priced. This was my first visit to this restaurant in Foxrock Village, and I sincerely hope it won’t be my last. I went for the goat’s cheese to start, followed by the roast beef for my main course, and finished with the apple crumble for dessert all perfectly cooked and full of flavour. The meal was beautifully complemented by a lovely bottle of red wine. From the warm welcome to the attentive service and delicious food, everything was spot on. A solid 10 out of 10.

07/10/2025: Historic pub themed on the voyages to the United States on ships during the Great Famine. You can see photos of the conditions of the voyage and the immigrants' lives. Reasonably priced pints surrounded by history.

27/10/2025: I happened into this place at the corner, thirsty for a pint and hungry for a meal. It was perfect. All I knew of Irish beer was Guinness - I wanted to try something different. The bartender was super friendly, I wish I knew her name, she helped me pick a local lager by lining up a taste of three for me and I picked the Ambush. She was great. The fish and chips were the best. Comfortable inside not too crowded not too empty friendly good music but not overpowering and it was ideal. So I came back two days later and had exactly the same, the bartender remembered me welcoming back, I sat at a table and read my book, had my meal, drank my beer - a cold rainy but perfect night in Dublin.

21/03/2025: Esta es la segunda vez que he estado en Locks... Siempre iré aquí cuando esté en Dublín. La ubicación en lo que parece ser una zona residencial tranquila cerca de un arroyo o pequeño río es agradable. El restaurante está en un espacio genial y acogedor. El menú no es enorme, pero la comida es deliciosa.

25/10/2025: Great food in an impressive ambience - but pretty overpriced for what it is. The salmon is delicious and I highly recommend. I was left pretty unimpressed with the cocktails -- I'd recommend sticking with wine or beer here. Great live music and irish dancing.

25/10/2025: A beautiful church converted into a pub. It's worth stopping in and enjoying a pint. It's not cheap, but considering it's a unique building, it's not that expensive either. Downstairs, in the cellar, there's a spectacular dining room. You'll find it in a labyrinthine hallway on the way to the restrooms.
