28/09/2025: Container Coffee is a lovely little find. The design is fresh and unexpected — it feels creative rather than overly styled — which gives it a relaxed, modern charm. Because of its layout and openness, it’s a great spot when the sun’s out: you can soak up the light, enjoy your drink, and feel connected to the surroundings. The location is very convenient, with easy access, making it ideal for a spontaneous stop or as a meeting point. It’s neither tucked away nor overly exposed — just the right balance. If I were visiting, I’d go especially on a bright day, take a seat where I can see and feel the light, order something simple and good, and sit back for a bit. It’s the kind of café that makes even a short stop feel a little moment of pause.

20/09/2025: So good! Food was amazing, everything fresh, delicious, I ordered chicken wing, Mac-cheese croquette and spice bag, it was delicious! Photo taken before everything was over! Incredible and surprising! Staff friendly, nice music 👌

18/08/2025: We ate here before the Oasis gig on Sunday. Not too busy so we were seated immediately. Great decor in the place. Burgers were awesome and served on strange looking black buns. Service was excellent and fast. We stayed on for a few beers afterwards.

10/09/2025: We booked a table for 6 Sunday last. The table was ready when we arrived. The Bar/restaurant is beautifully decorated. The service is top class. The Sunday food is excellent, all the meats were melt in the mouth and the sides were awesome. Thank you guys for the great food experience and the excellent service, you are a credit to the food and drinks industry. Highly recommended.

12/10/2025: Great parking. Lovely atmosphere and the open fires added to the atmosphere. No waiting for a table, a very nice efficient waitress doing everything on her own. A lovely selection on the menu. Toilets spotless. Wheelchair friendly. Location very good. Just one thing, l thought 8 euros 50 cents was a bit expensive for a hot whiskey. Well worth a visit, and look forward to returning.

17/10/2025: Had a absolute epic time with my friends thanks to Adam the barman. We came looking for a whiskey tasting and despite it not being on the menu, he conjured up a magical whiskey flight and took us through the history of whiskey making in Ireland, the whiskey of each of the various brands as well as the techniques behind each brand and what made them special. This should absolutely be offered on the menu and had it not been for Adam, we would most likely not have spent the amount of time there that we did.

18/10/2025: Had dinner upstairs at ASADOR with friends and we managed to fit 5 people comfortably at a table normally for 4. The staff were attentive and friendly from start to finish. We shared some of the breads and spreads, then each tried a main and a side—every dish was delicious, with perfectly sized portions. For dessert, we all went for the chocolate fondant with ice cream, which was a highlight. Great dining experience overall!

15/09/2025: Myself and some friends popped in there Saturday after we did the Vintage Afternoon Tea Tour on the bus, the girls had gone in here earlier before the tour for a half hour and liked it so we went back there, the place was busy so no seating inside and that was roughly at around 2.30pm so we had to sit outside in the yard which I didnt like at all because it was freezing. I did see a yard heater at the back but not where we were sitting, first off they dont take cash at the bar outside and the guy behind the bar was very smart about it so I had to go inside each time to get a drink and the bar staff there were not impressed I had cash one guy said to the girl serving " she wants a Moretti and she is paying cash " and made a face then snapped the cash out of my hand so bad manners all round. My next issue is the toilets they are unisex so when we went in there was a stink from them of urine and to use the bathrooms I had to close the toilet seat down whilst having my hand wrapped in toilet paper after a man used it and also had to wipe away urine that he had left there on the toilet !! To me that is disgusting and why women and men have to use the same bathrooms is beyond me, as the day went on the toilets just got worse and I didnt see anyone coming in to clean them. The girls serving outside were nice and we did like the glasses that the drinks were served in but for me that was the only positive, I didnt think the atmosphere was that good at all and we were there for a few hours, we left there and went to another bar for food and I dont think I will return again. I can't comment on the food as we didn't eat there, it was €7.90 for a pint of Moretti which is standard over pricing when you are in Dublin City and I am from Dublin and work in the hospitality industry.

13/10/2025: Really needed something special and Delahunt absolutely delivered. Lovely staff who were both attentive and personal. Food to die for. It's not priced at the average price of the street - but the quality of the food is twice as good. Can't wait to get back, thanks.

13/10/2025: We hadn't been in Delahunt for a few years until Saturday night. We were delighted to find the outstanding quality of food is still there as well as the warm welcoming atmosphere and knowledgeable and friendly staff. I would recommend to anyone looking for an amazing meal at a decent price. 12/09/2025: We booked a table of 12. The service is excellent! The food is really nice and high quality. The kids menu offers steak and the steak that arrived would hinestly suit an adult. The chips were a nice big size and not your usual skinny frozen ones that places use for kids. The kids burger was really big and looked delicious. My RIGATONI ALLA VODKA was really nice with generous squares of parmesan throughout. My soup of the day was really nice with a good piece of brown bread and butter. Dessert was nice and everybody was really happy with their food and the service. I picked this place for my birthday because a liunch I had previously was delicious and it was just a panini and soup. I will be back as it is a lovely place serving really nice food with a great service, thanks!

31/08/2025: It’s your typical local pub with only pizza and/or sandwiches as food, you can book an event and bring in your platters etc but it’s just an old well worn place we’re alright, the patrons know one another.
