The best restaurants in Dublin

11/07/2026: The friendliest and most accomodating staff, genuinely so so kind. The ladies who served us, Vera and a lady with dark red hair whose name I didn’t get, were amazing. Cannot recommend this place enough.

06/07/2026: We recently had a small family wedding at Dublin City Hall and booked a prosecco reception following our ceremony. We were looking for a caterer to provide food to accompany the drinks and we're so glad we chose Lovin Catering. Lovin Catering provided a selection of sandwiches and canapés for our drinks reception. The food was incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. Our family were raving about the food. From our initial enquiries through to the day of the wedding, the team were professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend Lovin Catering for weddings or any special event.

06/07/2026: Lovely little cafe close by Saint Stephens green handy for my hotel. It was beautiful morning sun was shining had to sit outside Staff very friendly very inviting lots of chat Menu was perfect I went for scrambled eggs and toast with bacon. It came with a couple of roasted tomatoes on the side it was delicious washed down with a pot of tea. Great spot to start the day and do some people watching 😍

06/07/2026: If you're ever in Dublin, come to this little gem. Excellent service and food. We sat outside during brilliant weather. We love Ireland and haven't gone to a place that has disappointed us yet, but this place has all the marks of a great restaurant with reasonable prices!

29/06/2026: The price gauging on food and drink is ridiculous €9 50 for bottle of Bulmers, €8 for pint of lager. €23 for bland tagliatelle pasta, €4.50 for a coke. I know its going on everywhere but this is a hotel chain and its not this expensive around the country. I great looking bar with about 15 tvs spread around but a dublin match on TV and can't put on commentary is a bit disappointing, would help to create an atmosphere. Bar didn't open til 3 and no residents bar at all. Rooms clean and tidy, very good shower, bed comfortable. €200 for a Sunday night just a little excessive. Buffet breakfast was nice, good selection, rashers overdone, OJ wasn't great.

11/06/2026: Great location, Staff was very professional and available. The room was spacious, well designed and clean. Their breakfast was fantastic and also their bar and dinner services. Overall, I will continue to come here every time I’m in Dublin

05/07/2026: Shay ( the owner ) is only interested in celebrities and who he can get in a picture with. Dark, depressing, void of any real atmosphere and dingy. Far better options in the local area. A watering hole that sold out for the trappings of so called fame. A pretentious and egotistical owner sealed it's fate. Surprisingly it's still open, just about. Best avoided.

11/07/2026: Adorable shore-side trailer, with a view of the bay and delightful baristas! Try the açai bowl (especially if you are visiting from big US cities - fresh fruits you will not find back home!)

14/07/2026: I have eaten here a few times. Food is tasty. My experience with staff has been 50/50. I’m giving 3 stars because they allow vaping indoors and staff do not care. I don’t mind if it’s in the smoking area but not right next to me when I’m trying to eat. The waitress I mentioned it to couldn’t have cared less. She seemed confused why it bothered me and said nothing to them.

20/07/2026: Came for a takeaway and got my food in less than 5 minutes. Thomas that works there is a nice and friendly guy and the food was delicious.

06/07/2026: The claypot rice is very authentic! The rice noodle rolls and stir-fried rice noodles are also good; it's worth coming back often.

22/07/2026: I visited with my 3 daughters 21,11 & 7 wanted to charge me adult price for my 11 year daughter I asked to speak to the manger to discuss pricing, manger refused to speak to me and charged me teen price for my 11 year old. Charged €103 absolutely disgusting. Staff member had horrible attitude. Will never visit again. Waiter kept sweeping beside us as we were eating felt deliberate. The only reason I paid and stayed because we were celebrating and my daughter really liked global.

18/07/2026: Excellent cappuccino and a friendly Italian owner. The café is pleasantly lively but not crowded – a lovely, relaxed atmosphere right in the heart of Dublin. Highly recommended! Grazie mille per il delizioso cappuccino! ☕🇮🇹

03/08/2026: Years in Dublin and I've never eaten such a delicious buffet, the feijão tropeiro (Brazilian bean stew) was wonderful, the garlic bread was tasty, not to mention the service from the staff which was very relaxed, the boys who served the meats were very friendly. The blonde woman passing by asking if the food was good was also very comforting. It's difficult to find all-you-can-eat food at this fair price in Dublin. Oh, and we can't forget the pineapple with cinnamon on the grill, very good, 100/10. PEOPLE, THIS IS NOT AN AD, I share things when I like something. I loved it, keep it up.
