05/09/2026: What a wonderful meal, experience, people, and place! I am vegan, and have very high expectations for taste, texture, and integrity to the planrts that are prepared. The food was scrumptious, full of flavor and balance! The service was impeccable! The atmosphere is fine, but very inviting. The dining room loos over the garden and fountain or The Merrion hotel courtyard. I highly recommend this place for vegans (and most likely no vegans)!

21/07/2026: I am honestly surprised this is not a Michelin star rated restaurant. It was far better than some I have been to! The food was wonderful and the service was exceptional. I would like to thank Timothy and Wael, you truly made our evening remarkable and memorable. I highly recommend eating here, you will not be disappointed! It was a perfect welcome to Dublin!

10/07/2026: Had a great time. In for the World Cup matches, and the tennis. Great atmosphere and plenty of TVs around the pub. Good selection of beers, and the food is lovely. Fair play to the staff. And that terrace, what a sun trap ☀️😎

15/07/2026: I didn't stay at the hotel. I visited their beer garden and pizza/BBQ area before a concert. The surroundings and atmosphere were amazing. The burger wasn't great but the pizza was very good. The outdoor pub was also decent

08/07/2026: We vistited the Sandymount on a Saturday afternoon. I have to follow a gluten free diet, and did my research (as I always do, because you have to) and saw that Sandymount had good reviews for gluten free food. We bought drinks, were given menus and were seated in the bar. When we went to order we were told there was no food being served. We went down to the restaurant, no tables available. Outside, nothing gf available at the pizza and BBQ stalls. Very disappointing for a four star hotel.

The restaurant itself is stunning. The interior design is modern, stylish, and cozy all at once, creating a fantastic atmosphere whether you are stopping by for a casual lunch or a great dinner. Superbly situated right by the water that make the dining experience even more special. Top-class service from start to finish. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome the moment we walked through the door. If you are looking for exceptional food, great vibes, and brilliant service in a beautiful setting, this spot is a absolute must-visit!

22/08/2026: Lunch stop before the theatre for 4 people.First visit to this gastro pub..First impressions were good, menu was nice and fair prices, staff friendly and attentive.Very few customers so lacked a buzz and atmosphere.Sadly the food was mediocre,The crab roll was tastless,didnt taste crab or any nice flavours from aioli or apple coleslaw, the other three friends had buttermilk chicken wraps and all agreed it was dry and bland.Chips and coffee were nice,overall we were disappointed.

23/08/2026: We came in for dinner prior to flying back to the states. Food was great. My wife had the St. Tola's Goat cheese Mousse and the 8oz fillet of beef and loved both. I had the Korean chicken burger which was great. My wife loved her Capall cocktail. Sagar took care of us and was phenomenal. We stayed at a different hotel and ubered in but will stay at the Carlton Hotel next time because of the Runway 28.

09/08/2026: We had a lovely meal at Runway 28! The ragu and hake were delicious, the cocktail menu was so cool with the Irish folklore and the service was amazing. Shout out to our waiter Sagar!

14/08/2026: The new food service team in Quinlans Clondalkin serve a fantastic menu, while the menu is not extensive the food is fantastic. A favourite would be the Korean chicken and Bao buns which was excellent. King prawn tacos, smash burger and chicken burgers were all excellent too. Service was fantastic as always.

09/08/2026: Brand new carvery today, amazing food and experience. As a trained chef, critical of food, I can say with confidence this is the best pub carvery I've ever had. The stuffing was beyond good, turkey and beef was moist. Salmon was a lovely touch. Large high walled yorkshires. Real carrots cabbage and gravy. The kids had a little natural farm ice-cream for dessert. The staff were lovely, happy and helpful. If you're considering a carvery, a Sunday roast, an authentic Irish pub experience.... Come here.

01/08/2026: Hyderabadi Kitchen, Camden – A Fantastic Taste of Indian Flavours! Hyderabadi Kitchen in Camden is just too good! If you love authentic Indian flavours and especially South Indian food, this place is definitely worth a visit. We had a really enjoyable dining experience, and almost everything we tried was full of flavour and beautifully prepared. We started with the Vada, which was absolutely delicious. It was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and packed with great flavour. The Masala Dosa was definitely the star of the meal. It was perfectly crispy, deliciously filled with masala, and served with some fantastic peanut chutneys that added an extra layer of flavour. The combination was simply too good! We also tried the chaat, and it was another highlight. The flavours, textures, and spices all came together perfectly, making it a really enjoyable dish. It had that perfect balance of sweet, tangy, spicy, and savoury flavours that makes Indian street food so addictive. Overall, Hyderabadi Kitchen offers a wonderful selection of delicious Indian dishes with authentic flavours and generous portions. From the crispy Vada to the outstanding Masala Dosa and delicious chaat, everything we tried left a great impression. If you’re in Camden and looking for tasty Indian food, especially South Indian specialities, I would definitely recommend giving Hyderabadi Kitchen a try. The food is flavourful, satisfying, and full of authentic taste. A great place for anyone who enjoys delicious Indian cuisine!

29/08/2026: My wife and I were in town from South Carolina, USA for a few days and wanted to try a local restaurant, specifically the Fish and Chips. The staff was amazing - fast, courteous and efficient. They presented the food well, but the fish and chips had zero flavor. It took tons of salt/pepper and vinegar to get any flavor. The atmosphere was basic, just small tables in a tile-walled room

31/07/2026: OVERCHARGED !! Ignores advertised collection deals— please check your receipt. I went to collect a medium pizza while an active €14 collection promotion was advertised. Instead of applying the deal, I was charged the full menu price of €19.99 for the pizza, bringing my total to €23.24 with a bottle of Coke. Overcharging customers full price during an active promotion is deceptive and sloppy. Fix your till settings or train your staff to apply advertised deals automatically at checkout.
