The best restaurants in Dublin

13/10/2025: Really bad food but expensive. Got a burger that was almost inedible - completely cold, but the kitchen couldn't do anything about it! There weren't many locals, which of course should have been a guide for us. I always check what others write, but I can see that the reviews are relatively old. A tourist trap!

09/10/2025: Booked to celebrate a 40th birthday for 9 of us, they were accommodating for the booking just a few days before the event. Sadly that was where the pleasantries ended, the restaurant was very dark/dull which made the menu hard to read, I asked a couple of times if the battery operated lights could be replaced as no light was coming off them - this was ignored, drinks orders need chasing up/didn’t materialise, only a single small jug was offered for water. The food was ok, nothing special and was definitely overpriced. The toilets were dirty, had no toilet paper etc. despite it being early and the place practically empty. And no recognition of the celebratory occasion. I can’t say I’ll be recommending this place to anyone.

19/10/2025: Lovely atmosphere and complementary soft serve ice cream! Our curries were scrumptious. The vegetables especially were cooked beautifully. Excellent meal!

13/08/2025: Pad thai had to send back noodles were raw. They changed for basically goreng which was good. Service was great no issues

20/10/2025: Whole family unwell after our order last night. Vomiting 4 hours later. Have enjoyed Camile previously but that’s the end of that

29/10/2025: The mixed berries scone is amazing; plus, the plant-based milk cappuccino is perfectly frothy. As for the small heated terrace out back, it's lovely 😍🤩😎 I recommend it after a stroll through the botanical garden.

24/09/2025: First time here. Lots of pastries to choose from. Was busy enough. People at the counter were lovely. Bought the lemon sponge cake for my husband's birthday. It's really good!!

23/09/2025: Fantastic place for coffee and lunch some seats outside . Great selection of cakes and homemade sandwiches. Coffee was absolutely delicious.

07/10/2025: We recently hosted a roundy birthday event at Lottie's for about 60 people. It was a bit of a wing and a prayer as we hadn't attended any event in their upstairs space before, but thought the room looked great. The evening could not have gone any better, thanks largely to their excellent team. The room looked super on arrival - it's perfect for this kind of celebration. Natasha and Geoff were great to deal with beforehand, and on the evening Sam was our touchstone and he was excellent. Guests spent the night raving about the venue and the food. The bbq buffet was delicious - great grilled meats and salads - and just that little bit different. They also happily took in and served up a birthday cake from elsewhere. The musician was happy out with his set up - and good music system in situ too. The adjoining covered outside terrace is a great facility, as it ensures against the party becoming disjointed between inside and outside people. The room is just a lovely size, you have it to yourself, and even the mixed toilets are a bit of craic. Couldn't recommend Lottie's highly enough for a private event.

19/08/2025: Wondeful experience, from the moment we walked in, we're met with great service. The food was scrumptious, we had the fish and chips and french onion soup.

18/09/2025: Restaurant is the best. 7 item's for €7.50 you also get tea and toast. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It's always packed. Would be great if there were a few wheelchair friendly tables.

12/09/2025: Fantastic pint of Guinness, they say its one of the best in Dublin, hard to disagree, staff friendly, sports on the TV. Top notch place.

07/09/2025: We celebrated two big family Birthdays here over the weekend in the beautiful new private room. The staff were fantastic and we were so well looked after, food was gorgeous and plentiful and the atmosphere is brilliant. Couldn't reccommend Martin, staff or Kennedy's enough.

14/10/2025: A lovely place in Dublin. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I had the Eggs Benedict with salmon, and they were AMAZING! Never had anything so good.
