24/09/2026: Always great service with a good varied menu which is value for money

17/09/2026: Menu is simple. I ordered the steak sandwich rare and they did bring a rare steak sandwich, which in itself is rare. Restaurants rarely do the steak rare properly. The deserts are very good too. Would come back.

31/08/2026: Got takeaway out Giulios Baldoyle today 29/08/2026 , Breakfast Bagette two battered Sausage Chips and Chicken nuggets, a simple order took it home. I opened the Breakfast Bagette and oh my God the smell of what only could be described as shit hit the back of my throat and the mess in the roll I could not describe, it went straight out to the seagulls, this was followed by their battered sausages that were horrible and the reheated chips followed. Nothing worse then chewy Hard chips. Put me right off my food and ruined what should be an enjoyable take away experience paid with your hard earned cash, the bill for this shocking onslaught of horriable food was 24 euros. Will not be back ....

03/08/2026: I don’t like leaving bad reviews but feel this one deserves it. The worst chips out of a chipper I can remember. Just pure grease. Ended up throwing them in the bin. Will never go back.

23/09/2026: Ok place, food nice but small. Tacos. Sat on sofa in back area, full of dust, lights v high, not cozy at all. Had to get up and order a new drink. There is many better places for the money.

03/07/2026: Very disappointing meal. The prices are very high & the portions are tiny - a poor combination. It's not like the dishes were so exquisite that small portions are part of the deal. Just mean portions & overpriced food - welcome to Dublin. I've eaten high quality food in Dublin many times, but Oliveto is trying to be something it's not.

26/03/2026: We received a very warm welcome and enjoyed a delicious and, by Dublin standards, inexpensive meal. The soup came with tasty bread. They also offer a variety of soups and sandwiches. The bar is quite small, with only a few seats at a small counter. Unfortunately, we only discovered Soup Dragon on our last day. We highly recommend it and extend our sincere thanks to the two ladies for their exceptional hospitality and delicious food!

11/03/2026: This place is so delicious! Even though my English isn't great, they were so kind and answered all my questions! The Americano with milk is really delicious :) I think I'll be coming here often during my time in Ireland! (There are a lot of Irish people here!)

19/09/2026: A lovely place to stop and relax in Ballsbridge. I enjoyed a latte, an Americano and a delicious almond cake. Everything was fresh and tasty, making it a perfect little spot for a relaxing coffee break.

04/09/2026: It’s just crazy. 9 euros for a very small bretzel with one sheet of salad and a small sheet of farmed salmon. People must be very rich around to accept such prices. When I visit other countries I am just shocked about the prices here.

08/09/2026: Came here on a Sunday evening and found the waitress was very helpful and accommodating, seated us outside as we had a dog with us. Got pizzas and shared prawns, pizzas were grand, perfectly acceptable and the prawns were tasty albeit very expensive for 5 of them at 17 quid. Nice fews from location, a pleasant experience

03/08/2026: Siam Thai Rathmines is one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Dublin. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly, making us feel looked after throughout the evening. The décor is absolutely stunning, creating a stylish and relaxing atmosphere that’s perfect for any occasion. Their cocktail menu is fantastic, and I highly recommend the Emerald Bloom—it was beautifully presented, light, refreshing, and one of the nicest cocktails I’ve had. The beef satay skewers and duck tamarind were definite highlights. Not only were they absolutely delicious, but the presentation was exceptional and really made the dishes stand out. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into every detail, from the food to the drinks. The combination of exceptional service, gorgeous surroundings, beautifully presented food, and amazing cocktails made for a brilliant evening. I can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend Siam Thai Rathmines to anyone looking for a memorable meal. Five stars

22/09/2026: The brisket was so tender. Normally I don't eat the fatty portion but the bark was so delicious that I couldn’t resist. And free ice cream afterwards…score

29/08/2026: Terrible food!!!!! The prawns crackers were stale. The beef fried rice was nothing like Chinese food. The satay had plain chewy bland chicken What a shame to call that Chinese food!! Total disappointment!!!;

06/09/2026: Super venue in the heart of Drumcondra. First time visit. Food was fantastic and the value was good.. They were busy.

04/09/2026: Expensive for the terrible level of service. Enjoyed meals here in the past but today when I brought my family of five out for dinner, I ordered the €41 steak and requested a simple substitution: swapping the onion side for mixed vegetables. I was informed my the manager that they don't accommodate swaps and that I would be charged the full €6.85 for an additional side dish. I even offered to pay the €1 price difference between the items, but this was also declined. At this price point, a basic level of flexibility and customer service is to be expected. Refusing a minor request so rigidly felt incredibly unwelcoming and won't have me returning.

24/08/2026: I get food from Summer Inn Artane most weekends and their spice bag is the best I’ve had around tbh. I’ve tried a few others around including Golden City which is very good too, but Summer Inn Artane wins for me. The chicken is great, the chips are great, and it’s full of flavour and seasoning. Very tasty. Can’t recommend it enough.
