12/08/2025: El ascenso llegó justo a la hora de apertura del almuerzo, así que más o menos tenía elección de asientos. En un comedor amplio y acogedor. Precio fijo El almuerzo de 3 platos fue acogedor y todo estaba delicioso, con bebidas frescas. Terminado con café y capuchino. El personal era encantador, desde la bienvenida hasta la salida. Así que en resumen un agradable interludio.

14/12/2025: Wouldn’t recommend, came in looking for a Sunday roast. Partner and I were starving . Took about 10/15 minutes to get our order in. Decided to order some of the Guinness bread while we waited which was a good idea because it took 55 minutes for our roasts to come. During this time we weren’t offered any more drinks or our plates cleared. We also weren’t given any more cutlery with our mains my partner had to get it himself. Roast was bland. Veg was freezing. Mash tasted watery. I ate mine because I was starving partner barely touched his. Staff were all friendly and it’s not their fault as they were constantly running around but the whole experience was honestly so disappointing

21/09/2025: Service was very slow took 30 mins to get our first cocktails. Then the waiter came around with only 30 mins left on our booking so we weren't confident we would get a second round in. Felt 1h45 is too short for 2 cocktails with the slow service.

18/01/2026: I visited The Exchange Bar & Restaurant, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting – just the right place to grab a bite and relax after a day of sightseeing in Dublin. The interior is modern and stylish without being over the top, and there's a nice vibe that's perfect for a relaxed dinner or a get-together with friends. I really enjoyed the food. The menu was varied, and the quality was excellent, in my opinion. The burgers and traditional Irish dishes were particularly delicious and well-seasoned. The portions were also quite generous, so I was definitely satisfied afterward. There was also a good selection of beers, cocktails, and other drinks, which made the evening even more enjoyable. The service was friendly and attentive. Even though the restaurant was busy, we didn't have to wait long to be served. The staff took the time to answer questions about the menu and seemed very professional overall. I would definitely recommend The Exchange Bar & Restaurant. It offers good food, a pleasant atmosphere and friendly service – a nice place for a relaxing evening in Dublin.

10/01/2026: Sushi was not impressive for us, the rainbow rolls portion is quite small. But 5 star for the lovely staff, she is so gentle and attentive.

14/11/2025: A very pleasant place with a subtle and relaxed atmosphere. The food is delicious; I don't recommend the ramen as it was too dry for my taste. The rest of the dishes were very tasty, and the sake was excellent. The staff was very attentive.

04/01/2026: Delish. Amazing vegan options, so much to choose from. Quick service too. High quality vegan spice bag but I would’ve loved another piece or two or battered tofu in there.
