The best restaurants in Dublin

11/12/2024: Esto realmente fue una experiencia única para nosotros. Encontramos el lugar en Google y no teníamos idea de qué esperar. Tuvimos que reservar con antelación y al llegar entendimos por qué! Fue como entrar en la cocina de alguien, unas cuantas mesas pequeñas (no coincidentes) sala para tal vez 20 personas en total, pizza en el mismo cuarto, y un propietario superamable que va más allá para hacer felices a los huéspedes. Gran pizza, buen vino, y se sentía más como visitar a la familia que un restaurante (excepto la familia no te hacen pagar ; ) ) Gran relación calidad-precio, recordaremos esta visita durante mucho tiempo!

16/11/2024: Nice hosts and cosy location but disappointing menu. There are no antipasti platters as seen on Google but okay pizzas and a choice of two salads

31/12/2024: Lovely place to grab some lunch & coffee while enjoying the views over Bull Island. Excellent food & service. Highly recommended 👍🏼

30/12/2024: We waited so long the coffee's were cold when they arrived. Half the food arrived after waiting for a long time, the other half was left on the counter. I had to go and ask for it to be brought down. There were plenty of staff but not very good at their jobs!! They need training! No toilet roll in the bathroom. I told 3 different members of staff but still no toilet paper arrived. Very very bad service and I will not return again.

30/12/2024: Great Bar for food and drinks, friendly staff, quick service. And the steak was amazing. Also UFC fans can get a photo with Conor Mcgregors Belt. Enjoyed the whole experience.

29/12/2024: I recently visited The Black Forge Inn again which is owned by Conor McGregor, with my wife and son, and we had an incredible dining experience. The atmosphere was fantastic, blending a cozy pub feel with an upscale vibe. My wife and son both ordered the Steak on the Stone, which was not only beautifully presented but cooked to perfection. They couldn’t stop raving about how tender and flavorful the steak was! I opted for the Sunday Roast, and it was simply outstanding — succulent meat with all the traditional trimmings, expertly prepared. The service was top-notch, with staff that were both friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a great family outing, and we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommended if you’re in Dublin and looking for an exceptional dining experience.

29/12/2024: We went to Balfes for brunch and it was a fantastic experience! The food was excellent – ​​fresh, creative and perfectly prepared. After brunch we treated ourselves to dessert, which was just as delicious. The service was particularly noteworthy: super friendly, attentive and warm, which made the entire experience even more pleasant. The atmosphere at Balfes is modern and inviting – a perfect spot for a relaxed brunch in Dublin. Absolutely recommended!

27/12/2024: On arrival we were told there were no seats inside the restaurant, so we had to sit at the tall tables facing the bar. Later on I went to the toilet and there were several empty tables inside the restaurant. I ordered the chicken Milanese, which costs €28 and only comes with a pile of green salad leaves. I had to borrow some chips from my fellow dinner. They are also trying to charge for tap water with the excuse that it has been filtered twice. I won't be returning to this restaurant. There are better and more affordable options in Dublin.

03/12/2024: Didn't have food but there was a lot of it being served. Staff were friendly, a good buzz about the pub.

07/12/2024: Cassidy Bar is the perfect place to relax with friends, enjoy rock and metal music or just soak up the atmosphere. I can highly recommend this bar and am looking forward to my next visit!

25/12/2024: We both love Italian food and as we were staying in Ballsbridge in Dublin , it was an easy choice. It could have gone either way, but we loved the food, atmosphere and friendly, efficient service so much, that we went back multiple times during our Dublin stay. We would definitely recommend a visit to La Boschetto when you are in Dublin.

22/12/2024: The food is good, without being excellent, and the service is attentive and efficient. But this place has lost the run of itself when it comes to pricing. €8 for a pint of lager, €22 for pizzas and €23 for pasta with processed ham. We ate here before a match nearby, and we were not surprised to see it far from full at dinnertime on a Saturday night when we passed by after the natch.

01/12/2024: The food here is not up scratch there's not a quality problem. It's a preparation and cooking problem. For the prices asked it should be better.

05/11/2024: The food is delicious and the portions are very generous, it worth the money for everything you pay for! The staff is super nice, offered to my son a coloring book, crayons and a lollipop ♡ we will be back

18/11/2024: Lovely little coffee shop outside the halfway house, friendly staff, very good coffee, quite a good selection of food too lovely little seating area in the carpark of the half way house could do with a bit more covered seating for the rainy days but does have an indoor area to sit now so very handy indeed.

11/11/2024: Great coffee, very nice staff and now opens at 6:30am 👌 Also has a sitting area attached to the adjacent public house.

12/12/2024: Overpriced kip, 8.50 for hash brown and rasher sambo, staff need some training in customer service. Absolute miserable and ignorant
