03/06/2026: I love boojum for my lunch breaks and go to this particular shop whenever I get the chance. The service is fast and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Great portions too. 10/10!

02/05/2026: Staff were lovely but we were often left waiting for a long time. It took almost 40 minutes for our drinks to come at the start. Food was very nice, especially the starters. They have a cocktail menu but were missing a few ingredients when we were there. It’s quite expensive which I was happy to spend for a celebration but I don’t think the service matched the price.
23/04/2026: 50 euro for a cury and a starter, no drinks or desert. Plus 5 euro service charge. Their set menu is a scam. Food is mediocre

04/05/2026: Lovely atmosphere Great little find, a,quiet street just off Temple Bar. It was very nice, great portion of calamari but other dishes did disappoint. I judge a great tapas by their patatas braves, unfortunately this was not very authentic and very disappointing. Croquettas were lovely though.

24/12/2025: The cleaning practices here seriously need improvement. I watched staff use the same cloth to wipe tables, chairs, and even the seating areas where people actually put the shoes on. That means whatever is on the floor is being wiped right onto the tables where people eat. This is basic hygiene and it shouldn’t be overlooked.
I can bet my money the same cloth is used to wipe counters. 🤢
15/12/2025: Great coffee and pastry shop in Smithfield!
The cardamom bun (Cardi B) is probably one of the best cardamom buns in Dublin! This pastry runs out on weekend by noon so make sure you’re there early to grab one. The cinnamon bun is also very delicious and would recommend it too.
The coffee selection at proper order is quite extensive and I appreciate the variety of options that they have to offer. The staff is very helpful and patient, and there is ample space in the cafe.

08/06/2026: Waitress served me a Pale Ale when I ordered an IPA. (Ohara's has both and both were on tap). I asked for her to change but she was pretty rude and condescending about 'what an IPA is' as I said 'IPA' not 'Session IPA', when clearly O hara's IPA meant the session IPA and I would have said Pale Ale if i wanted that.
My partner had already paid so I couldnt really do anything.
Was more her attitude was bad. Shame as Ive been to this pub at least 20 times before...but put me off coming back.
