The best restaurants in Dublin

24/09/2026: I don't know why I havent given this place a 5 star review yet. They may have a wide range of food to choose, but each dish is mouth watering delicious! Highly recommending their peri peri chicken and chollo kebab. Seasoned and marinated well with their middle eastern spices. Don't forget to ask for their garlic and chilli sauce to enhance that meal experience of yours! Kudos to their staff for always having that smile on their faces from when you enter until you leave.

10/09/2026: Perio’s Grill If you’re after a quick, filling meal, Perio’s Grill hits the spot. The kebabs, like chicken shish or doner, are reliably tasty, the rice is flavorful, and the naan is a nice touch. The owner is exceptionally welcoming and attentive, and the staff are polite, efficient, and genuinely on the ball.

27/08/2026: The food was absolutely delicious! The staff were so friendly, attentive, and really looked after us. The passion fruit margarita was amazing too — definitely a highlight! Would highly recommend 😊 our fav dishes were the fish tacos and marinated pork tacos and the deep fried ice cream is a must!

18/08/2026: Such a pleasant surprise! Being a fan of Japanese food, including having spent time in Japan, I can confidently say that the food served here in Midori is very good, well prepared with attention to detail and quality ingredients. Certainly deserves a higher rating. Now that I have eaten there for the first time, will definitely return.

10/05/2026: We stayed two nights in the Brooks hotel while in Dublin. I thought the hotel was very nice and in a good location for walking to the main attractions we planned on visiting. I give them a 4 only because we arrived at the hotel after a long international flight at 11:30 am local time. We asked if they had a room available since we desperately needed a shower and short nap to recover. They said yes, but it would be $30 euro. As we were exhausted we said ok, however, it is not like they were going to give the room to someone else for 3.5 hours. This seemed like a chintzy way to treat your guests when you had the room clean already. Not a good look for such a nice hotel. It is the little things that you remember when choosing a hotel.

09/03/2026: Amazing stay! The staff were absolutely incredible—so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The room was extremely tidy and well looked after, and the beds were really comfortable which made it easy to relax after a long day. The location is also great, with easy access to the city centre, which made getting around really convenient. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

13/06/2026: A beautiful hotel, with amazing rooms, and in a great location. There are restaurants and stores, as well as the dart rail within walking distance; and the rooms are spacious and immaculate inside. Customer service was amazing, and the included breakfast buffet was surprisingly good!

20/09/2026: All food tastes the same. The service is terrible, the waitress added 20% for tip when we said 10%, they didn’t provide such a good service to earn it. The worst place to eat in Dublin. Totally a Tourist tramp.

05/08/2026: If you wish to go to a restaurant with your family and have a pleasant evening DONT go here if you want to have a conversation amongst yourselves, goodness me the music blasted out and despite me asking them on 3 occasions to lower it down so we could actually hear each other they kept increasing it, we had to leave the restaurant and will never return.

22/08/2026: The pizza was 6/10 , fresh , but excessive tomato topping Veg pizza should be balanced Whole chunks of tomatoes were inside . The staff was helpful and Indian girl was very friendly in nature

29/07/2026: Really disappointed with our order. It took over an hour to arrive, and both the pizza and chicken dippers were cold. We ordered a half-and-half pizza, but the toppings were all mixed together instead of being separated. We only managed a few bites because it was that bad. Since then, both my friend and I have been vomiting and sweating all day. A terrible experience from start to finish, and we definitely won’t be ordering again.

25/09/2026: I like the food here but I feel very unsafe when I sit down to eat due to aggressive people coming in and demanding money. A disclaimer - of course I'm empathetic to their situation and what they are going through, the crisis in Dublin overall is genuinely awful, and I acknowledge it is generally a broader systemic problem. The issue is I've been intimidated by people asking for money, who sit down opposite you uninvited or stand above you while sitting down having a meal, sometimes with others. At one point I was physically approached when I stood up to leave my table. You feel vulnerable as they demand and persist from you, and there is little you can do. Like you're physically sat down in the middle of having food, you feel sort of trapped. Unfortunately it keeps happening. While till staff may eventually approach them, it's not always immediately effective. It's a shame as I like the food. But I cannot sit down here and enjoy a meal as due to the lack of security I feel unsafe.
