12/06/2026: This place makes you feel like you are part of the family. We had an amazing experience. The food was great, the staff was extremely friendly and share great recommendations. The dessert was perfect. I had the bread and butter pudding...wow!!!

03/06/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After completing a 20km run around North London, I was craving a good bowl of ramen and stumbled across Midori Japanese Restaurant. What an absolute gem. My phone was on 1% battery after tracking the run, and before I had even taken a seat, the staff kindly offered to charge it for me. It’s the small things like that which make a lasting impression. Despite being only a couple of minutes away from closing, the waiter and staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. There was no sense of being rushed, just genuine hospitality from start to finish. I ordered the chilli beef ramen as my main, along with tempura prawns and an octopus starter. Everything was beautifully presented, packed with flavour, and arrived surprisingly quickly. The ramen was exactly what I needed after a long run. The ambience gave a real authentic Japanese feel, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. What stood out most, however, was the customer service. Even after closing, they allowed me to enjoy my meal at my own pace without any pressure to leave. A fantastic dining experience all round. Great food, great atmosphere, and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be back for more. Highly recommended. 🍜🏃🏾‍♂️🇯🇵✨

03/06/2026: While the food is good the wait is too long for it too be delivered. And when it does come it comes a plate at a time. They don’t have enough staff (only one) and had taken on too many takeaways so can not service the restaurant. It’s a shame as they are vey nice but totally not appropriate for a quick mid week dinner.

18/05/2026: Went for food with my family. Everyone totally enjoyed the food. Reasonable priced .nobody went home hungry. Great large sized portions..Staff are very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back

19/10/2025: I had the opportunity to try the Charlemont Bar during my stay at the Hilton Hotel for an official YouTube and Google event. The breakfast was quite varied and of good quality, and I especially appreciated the cappuccino, which was really well-made! The desserts were also quite good. Finally, I'd like to point out that I found the breakfast quality to be above average for 4-star hotels!

23/08/2025: Anytime I get to visit Dalkey, I head to Pepperlaine for the best cappuccino and tasty treat to fuel me up for the day browsing around this lively village. I’m looking forward to popping in over the Lobster festival for my caffeine fix and the chance to pick up a great locally sourced gift for an upcoming birthday while I’m there.

14/12/2025: Went here for a xmas party and it was honestly really good. Has a good vibe to the place which is nice, all the staff super friendly. We were up the top near a fire and it was amazing felt like we were at home. Decor great. The guy who was singing was really good. The food was okay, I ordered tenders and I just felt they were a bit over done but my colleagues all loved what they got. The chips were amazing and tasty. I would definitely go back.

27/05/2026: We were there yesterday, there was no live music that evening (it was a Tuesday night) and the pub was rather empty. The pub is definitely even better with live music! Nevertheless, we had a wonderful evening and stayed for about five hours. The bartender was very friendly, approachable, always ready with a joke, and told us lots of things and explained a great deal. We also met other tourists, and it was a truly fantastic evening that we will certainly remember forever! Many thanks to the staff! ❤️

17/05/2026: The bartender took my drink order and then set down a Guinness (which is what I ordered) right in front of me. A random man BEHIND me came up to me and said "hey that's mine" to which I responded "oh, sorry, are you sure?" he said"yes". I (as a woman) looked to the bartender (also a woman) and said "Sorry, is this his or mine?" she responded "His"... I think? (it was very very loud in there). I said "sorry what?" to which she responded "It. is. his.", in a very rude and exacerbated tone. I said "Sorry I didn't know, just wanted to confirm" . She continued to patronize me and I again said "I'm sorry it was his, I just wanted to make sure" she rolled her eyes at me and continued to talk down to me, over-explaining how I should know it is someone else's drink when I was shoulder to shoulder with other people at the bar in an atmosphere where I had to yell to the person next to me in order for them to hear me . She continued to say how I should know it was his and I said "How was I supposed to know that?" I apologized to the man behind me and he said "no worries, it's all good" (the bar tender saw all of this). I apologized to him again. Bartender looked at me and said "obviously it's his because I wouldn't make your beer that fast, it has to set first" and then a few seconds later slammed my beer down in front of me.

18/12/2025: Avoid this pub at all costs. The drinks are very expensive, and the beer was completely weak. The burgers, whether you order chicken or beef, both taste equally bad. The toilets were dirty and clogged. Plus, it's very expensive for what they offer. There are much better places in Dublin to enjoy a good pint and decent food. The worst experience I've had as a tourist in the city.

18/12/2025: Nice atmosphere, Nice live music, we enjoyed a lot. Staff are friendly thank you
