The best restaurants in Dublin

18/07/2026: We visited this pub as a group of eight. Only two of us ordered food, while everyone else had alcoholic drinks. From the moment we arrived, the waitress made us feel unwelcome. She was unfriendly throughout our entire visit and gave us the impression that she wanted us to leave as soon as possible. The worst part was when we were asked to give up our table for another group. We completely understand that this can happen and had no issue with moving. However, the way it was communicated was incredibly rude and unprofessional. A little politeness and respect would have made all the difference. It’s a real shame because the location itself is actually quite nice. Unfortunately, the poor service completely ruined the experience. Based on how we were treated, we cannot recommend this pub and certainly won’t be coming back.

18/07/2026: Food was good but the bread was like a stone super hard but when I finished my food I called the manager and .i suggest the manager check the bread ,because it was super hard and he answered me you should eat it when it was warm , hmmm i think it is old bread , and it is just leftover reheating. It was my experinece . The beef stew was very good !!. It was just my own experience.

16/07/2026: We used to come here quite a bit, but not so much anymore. The food just isn’t as good as it was when they first opened. It used to be consistently lovely, but the quality seems to have slipped over the last while. It’s a pity because we always enjoyed coming here. Hopefully they get back to the standard they had, because we’d love to come back more often.

06/07/2026: Very fast service, lovely atmosphere and staff. Food menu is extensive and very delicious options for everyone! Prices are decent, small parking area. Enjoyed the terrace during a hot day

29/06/2026: Fab little cafe with amazing views, delicious food arrived treats. The scones with whipped butter and jam are just heaven!

22/07/2026: Loved this coffee shop, chill and relaxing atmosphere, coffee is excellent, even the cakes I got were great tasting, highly recommend it!

10/05/2026: We stayed two nights in the Brooks hotel while in Dublin. I thought the hotel was very nice and in a good location for walking to the main attractions we planned on visiting. I give them a 4 only because we arrived at the hotel after a long international flight at 11:30 am local time. We asked if they had a room available since we desperately needed a shower and short nap to recover. They said yes, but it would be $30 euro. As we were exhausted we said ok, however, it is not like they were going to give the room to someone else for 3.5 hours. This seemed like a chintzy way to treat your guests when you had the room clean already. Not a good look for such a nice hotel. It is the little things that you remember when choosing a hotel.

09/03/2026: Amazing stay! The staff were absolutely incredible—so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The room was extremely tidy and well looked after, and the beds were really comfortable which made it easy to relax after a long day. The location is also great, with easy access to the city centre, which made getting around really convenient. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

26/03/2026: We received a very warm welcome and enjoyed a delicious and, by Dublin standards, inexpensive meal. The soup came with tasty bread. They also offer a variety of soups and sandwiches. The bar is quite small, with only a few seats at a small counter. Unfortunately, we only discovered Soup Dragon on our last day. We highly recommend it and extend our sincere thanks to the two ladies for their exceptional hospitality and delicious food!

11/03/2026: This place is so delicious! Even though my English isn't great, they were so kind and answered all my questions! The Americano with milk is really delicious :) I think I'll be coming here often during my time in Ireland! (There are a lot of Irish people here!)

02/08/2026: We went back here after a funeral, for some unknown reason they stopped serving us at 8pm said there was another party on, absolutely ridiculous what was a good day ruined, I asked around tables were we been annoying or putting anyone out. A resounding no was d answer....after taking alot of our money this was absolutely disgusting.....id avoid this place altogether...

19/07/2026: Had the best time here! Unexpectedly not too busy for watching a match. Go here for the beer garden - Outdoor area and staff is so nice!

01/07/2026: My girlfriend requested to go to the restroom due to an urgent need, and they denied her entry; they showed no consideration for her plight.

11/06/2026: Didn’t eat here but stopped in for a couple pints of Guinness. The staff was very friendly and put going. When they noticed the pints almost finished at the table they came out and asked if we wanted another.

09/06/2026: Food great Beer great, plenty of room if you want to have a chat staff very friendly. There.is a room upstairs for a larger gathering, however it is not wheelchair friendly.

18/05/2026: No food. Ok pub but the servers are miserable. And the customers are so nice and they make fun of them behind their backs. That was the last straw. Also, why are you so miserable? Yeah, not interested in going back. Be kind. Won't kill yah.

24/07/2026: This has been my regular lunch spot for quite a while, and I’ve honestly tried almost everything on the menu. Every dish has been consistently good. The falafel tastes fresh and authentic, and you can really tell the food is made with care. Great flavors, friendly staff, and a place I always enjoy coming back to. Highly recommended!

18/07/2026: The Duke Dublin, I found the pub very charming, with a variety of beers, and a divine house prosecco. Pleasant atmosphere for conversation with wonderful background music.

17/07/2026: Authentic Irish pub, enjoyed a delicious Shepherd's Pie with a Guinness
