The best restaurants in Dublin

17/03/2025: Excellent and very friendly service. Food was delicious, but portion size was ridiculously small for a main course. Only 5 small pumpkin ravioli. We did query it and were told they are ordered in from Italy and are very expensive. We were then given two extra ravioli. Even at that I left hungry. Other dishes being served around us looked to be a standard size. A very bizarre explanation! Would recommend to serve a proper portion size and increase the price if you need to.

Tal vez la ayuda de la lubina, que era encantadora, podría haber sido más grande. Desde nuestra última visita se ha ido BYOB solo, que no sabíamos. Sin embargo, el propietario se fue corriendo a Centra para comprar vino para nosotros. ¡Muy buen servicio al cliente! Es un pequeño restaurante encantador, y nuestro ir a para nosotros los habitantes del norte y del sur para reunirse a medio camino. Volveremos y grazie milla Claudio

20/02/2025: I recently popped into Dunnes Stores, and I have to say, it was a pretty great experience. The store was clean, well-lit, and easy to navigate—no getting lost in endless aisles, which I really appreciated. The staff were super friendly and helpful too. One of the employees noticed I was looking for a particular item and offered to help me find it. That kind of personal touch goes a long way, and it made the whole shopping trip feel more enjoyable.

10/11/2024: I spent a night in this cozy guest house and I really loved the place. It's not very central, though; you have to take a bus, but it gets you downtown very quickly. The staff is helpful, and the breakfast, if you ask the kitchen to prepare something, is very filling. It's worth it, I highly recommend it!

06/04/2025: We ordered online for the takeaways, we ordered butter chicken and Seafood Moilee, I’m a big fan of Indian food, but the version I got from this place, butter chicken is very watery, seafood Moilee is very fishy but flavorless. I don’t think we would come back again.

Best of everything at Mehek are the lovely people who run this restaurant, you get such homely vibes, such a pleasant experience and to top it all freshly prepared home food served with a smile 😊😊

28/03/2025: Very authentic Italian restaurant with a few tables and very friendly and attentive service. The only surprise in the menu is ravioli with fish which I guess is the way to adapt to Irish taste. I had the ragu talliatelle and it was good. The first course with aubergine and it was too oily for me. The chocolate mousse for dessert was perfect.

25/02/2025: The setting is nice and very pretty, however don't get matcha from them, it's all white and they mix the matcha with a spoon and not a whisk so there are lots of lumps!

22/12/2024: This is a real old Dublin pub down on the Stawberry beds. on the banks of the liffy. I've been coming here for the best part of 50 years now playing music with old friends Claire and Donie O' Brien and their son, Gar. You'd pay to hear him play. The welcome is always great, beer quality now is first class. Lovely spot.

07/04/2025: A very good tapas style bar with a large variety of options to choose from. Service and food were good! Drury buildings gets pretty busy on weekends so make sure you make a reservation if you’re planning to be many.

29/03/2025: Had a lovely meal here - the food was great but could have been a tiny bit hotter arriving to the table! Star of the show was the focaccia and black olive tapenade!

26/03/2025: RACIST… I’ve never pulled the race card but I have also never been harassed out of a bar before! My friends and I who were visiting Ireland for work were harassed by this woman who was a friend of the owner or one of the staff. We thought she was a random drunk but when we told the waitress about her the waitress ignored us, looked at the woman, and took her order like we didn’t exist! The woman kept asking us if we were sex traffickers and when we asked her to leave she kept insulting us and saying if we aren’t careful her friends in the back would come out and talk with us. Then we saw that everyone around us was white and got the message to leave. As we left with our drinks unfinished the woman was talking to an older man who looked like the owner or manager, as though they were friends. You go and make your own judgements on the place but look around and see if you see anyone who isn’t white being served. This was just our experience and unfortunately it was horrible. 05/04/2025: Old style mill with a pub and dining area set up with multiple walkways and access for patrons. Needs more wheelchair access for toilets is the big gripe on this visit to be noticed. A filling menu and good drinks assortment for all the family.

02/04/2025: It's a good pub. The times I've visited it I ordered large spice chicken wings, it taste good and the serving is fine for the price and They have the space for family dinners

30/03/2025: Yummy food, good service and really yummy milkshakes The restaurant is clean and the bathrooms are also clean and its great. A tad bit pricey though.
