The best restaurants in Dublin

08/05/2025: Went to this bar last month after receiving a leaflet from one of the comedians performing. Had a lovely night full of laughs watching the comedy and the bartender behind the bar was hospitable and very friendly. Highly recommend.

08/05/2025: Absolutely loved this little gem of a pub in Dublin! The atmosphere is warm and cozy, with Pub music that perfectly complements the setting. The locals are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel like part of the community from the moment you walk in. Greetings to Ian and His Guys, from Germany! The drink prices are very reasonable, and the service is prompt and attentive. What really sets this pub apart, though, is the attention to detail in the decor - it's clear that the owners have put their heart and soul into creating a truly special place. If you're looking for an authentic Irish pub experience, look no further. Highly recommended!

14/06/2025: Arrived for 11am breakfast work meeting. We were created and seated by a very friendly and welcoming staff member. Our order was taken promptly and our tea's were brought quickly, and I was delighted to see that it was tea for two in a large teapot which was full to the top not half filled which meant the tea was nice and hot, not like in most places which send you a small teapot which only serves 1 cup of tea and is ever only half filled. The food, two small Irish breakfasts, 2 very tasty sausages, two slices of bacon, a small side of beans and a fried egg all arrived quickly. It was all piping hot and seemed like it had been freshly cooked, of course it probably wasn't but the point is that it tasted hot and fresh. All served with 2 full slices of toast. Afterwards we were offered a refill of the teapot at no extra cost. Breakfast was 12.95€ and great value in comfortable and friendly surroundings. If you wanted anything other than an Irish breakfast there were lots of choices on the menu. Highly recommended and will definitely be back again.

30/03/2025: Me and 3 friends (we are all from the uk) went to Dublin to watch the shamrock rovers vs bohemians Derby at the aviva stadium....we were looking for a Guinness or two before the match....so walking towards the stadium we came across this pub that looked closed....and then a guy that was hanging around outside asked who we supported to which we replied in an English accent that we were neutrals here to watch a game....the guy ushered us inside to a great bar full of people with a great atmosphere 👍.....really enjoyed our few hours there and would love to visit again next time I'm in Dublin

22/12/2024: A really nice cafeteria; one of the best on UCD campus in terms of quality and service. Food is cooked fresh every day, and the menu changes around weekly so always some variety and the price is affordable comparatively speaking to other food around the university. Staff are super nice, Laura and Jenny are lovely!

24/05/2025: Absolutely beautiful breakfast bap! Fresh and so so tasty! Super friendly woman serving. Definitely worth a stop off. I didn't have a coffee, but the woman in front of me commented that it was the best cappuccino she'd had in months!

20/05/2025: I love this Pub, therefore every time I am vising friends in Finglas we come here. Last and most recent visit was on Sunday when we enjoyed a really tasty and generous (portion wise), Sunday Dinner. Service is professional and friendly, and the pub so spacious that you do not even have to book in advance.

24/05/2025: Cozy little Korean food spot. There’s no bathroom, and seating is quite limited, but the setup is cute and works well for a quick bite. We tried the kimbap, beef bibimbap, Korean corndog, and spicy fries. The beef in the bibimbap was delicious – tender, flavorful, and definitely the highlight of the meal. The spicy fries had a great flavor, though they don’t come with any dipping sauce. The sausage in the corndog had a nice snap, and the cheese was perfectly stretchy, making it both fun and satisfying to eat. We also got the strawberry milk tea with lychee popping boba, which was the perfect refreshing sweet treat for the summer heat. Overall, a lovely little place with great food and vibes. Would definitely come back!

11/05/2025: I often cycle down here on a Saturday afternoon. Staff are friendly it’s comfortable, never too busy and the coffee is good.

26/01/2025: Always a great coffee from here, I have mixed it up and tried a few different ones. I’ve never had the cakes or sandwiches but they always look tempting. The ladies who work here are friendly and give a great service, even during busy times. The cafe is always spotless.

04/06/2025: Bartender was quite rude, and it seemed as if they sent home our entire group out an hour before closing only because we aren’t originally from Dublin, even though we had resided here for a month already. Decent pizza and drinks but will not return because of poor service. Very unwelcoming.

14/06/2025: This is probably the best tapas restaurant in Dublin. Interior is dark & moody, food is fairly authentic & tasty in general. Price is a bit high but you don't have much alternative for Spanish tapas in Dublin.

09/06/2025: Overpriced. Food is not fresh, the potato omelette was dry. The paella plate is tiny for the price. The place is way too dark. Bad experience overall for the price.

06/05/2025: I totally recommend this place to buy your gelato I had a cone of Lindt Lindor and it was soooo delicious, really chocolatey and rich 😍 plus it’s close to the Stephen’s green park, so you can grab your gelato and enjoy it there :) Sometimes the queue it’s really long but the staff it’s pretty quiet, anyways it won’t take that much time to wait :)

07/04/2025: Ate vegan English breakfast, which was good! The food arrived quickly, but felt something was missing at a meeting? Maybe beans, for example. But it was good tofu that made up for the lack of beans. Everyone who works here is very nice :)
