16/12/2024: This was my second time to eat from this place and it was even worse than the previous. Food is shocking, I was sitting at the counter observing the chefs, and I was shocked at how lazy, indifferent, and poor their attitude was. The burger was dry, and bacon was burnt. It's truly terrible. The only light was the very pleasent front of house staff.

02/11/2024: Use to be every nice but then they took away the authentic Italian pasta and replaced it with burgers. Would definitely go back to order from them if they bring back the pasta there are enough burger establishments around.

26/12/2024: Disappointed with Greek Gyros - Not Worth the Hype I had heard a lot about Greek Gyros and decided to give it a try, expecting a delicious, authentic meal. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. From the food quality to the customer service, everything about my visit was disappointing. This place may have a good reputation, but it certainly didn’t live up to the hype. To start, the service was incredibly slow and unprofessional. When I walked in, the staff barely acknowledged my presence, even though the restaurant was not busy. It took a long time for anyone to take my order, and when they finally did, they seemed rushed and uninterested. There was no warmth or hospitality, which is something I typically associate with Greek cuisine. Instead, I felt like an inconvenience. The food was another major letdown. I ordered a classic gyro and a side of fries, expecting flavorful, freshly prepared ingredients. What I received was anything but. The gyro meat was dry and overcooked, lacking the juicy tenderness that is essential for a good gyro. The pita bread was stale and tough, and the tzatziki sauce tasted bland and watery. It was clear that no effort had gone into preparing the meal. The fries were soggy and greasy, and I could tell they had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long. Moreover, the portions were smaller than expected, especially for the price. Greek Gyros markets itself as offering authentic and hearty meals, but what I got felt more like a fast-food imitation. For the amount I paid, I could have gone to a proper Greek restaurant and received a much better experience. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also concerning. The tables were not properly cleaned, and there were crumbs and grease marks everywhere. The floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped in days, and the overall atmosphere was uninviting. It’s hard to enjoy a meal when the environment feels neglected and unsanitary. To make matters worse, when I raised my concerns with the staff, they were dismissive and unapologetic. I politely pointed out the issues with my meal, hoping for some acknowledgment or a resolution, but they brushed it off as if it didn’t matter. This lack of accountability was incredibly frustrating and made the experience even worse. In summary, my visit to Greek Gyros was a complete disappointment. The food was subpar, the service was poor, and the overall atmosphere was lacking in every way. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for quality Greek food. There are plenty of other establishments that offer better food, better service, and a more pleasant dining experience. Save your money and go somewhere else. If Greek Gyros wants to keep its customers, it needs to seriously improve its food quality, customer service, and cleanliness. Until then, I won’t be returning, and I’ll be advising others to avoid this place as well. What a waste of time and money.

15/12/2024: We recently had a big family gathering to celebrate a birthday here in the restaurant. I can honestly say the staff went above and beyond to make the day special. Everyone that attended haven’t stopped saying how nice the food was. The quality and portion size you get for your money won’t be beaten. Highly recommend and we all can’t wait to go back.

15/12/2024: The churros had raw dough inside. Which is explained by their wrong shape. They're shaped like a thin sausage so the centre is too thick from the surface. You need to change the shape to have deep ridges so it's fully cooked through. Otherwise you have disgusting raw dough in the centre. We threw away the churros.
