Murphy's

Dublin
20/05/2025: Great pint, plenty of sports tv.
07/04/2025: A pub with a perfect Irish atmosphere. The beer tastes okay too. It's a great place to watch soccer and have a quick beer because the sports are on.

The Morgue Pub

Dublin
09/06/2025: Lovely lunchtime sandwich here!
08/06/2025: Not a great experience here, mainly the staff and service was very poor, friendly staff but not consistent, food was poor, fish was undercooked, and the beef stir fry was accompanied with very bland noodles, our baby bowl was served with very hard dry bits of turkey, for the price of our final bill and not even toilet paper stocked in the already dirty bathrooms.... it all seemed very unreasonable, will not be returning in a rush

Shovelhead Pizza

Dublin
18/05/2025: Ordered a pizza for my kids …. Was waiting and they offered me a free slice which was very tasty and really nice of them

Cafe 112

Dublin
31/05/2025: Great coffee. Local coffee shop with a decent food menu for breakfast or lunch.
25/05/2025: There are no options for people with food allergies. Even the salads said they contained dairy even though one said had no cheese and the dressing was sweet chili.

The Penny Hill

Dublin
02/06/2025: The food was tasty and well priced, but the whole experience was completely ruined by the service. A waitress (didn’t catch her name) brought over an Irish coffee that was clearly overfilled – cream was spilling all down the sides, and it actually looked split. She saw it too, because she shook her fingers as she pulled away, but didn’t say a word, offer tissues or apologise. We were all in shock and sent it back. A few minutes later, a different waiter returned the same coffee, just wiped on the outside – anyone who’s had Irish coffee knows that wiping cream off a hot mug just smears it. To make it worse, my mum had eaten the biscuit that came with it, and they returned the empty wrapper and the same bit of tissue we’d sent it back with – it was laughable. My dad went to speak to the manager, who didn’t seem too concerned. We were shocked to find we were still charged for the original one, even though my dad paid for a fresh one separately (which was fine). €9 for an Irish coffee and to be served a dirty, split, overflowing mess? Absolutely shocking. Extremely disrespectful to your customers.
31/05/2025: Lovely food. Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Had the Curry with chickenwhich was lovely, bar the chicken being heavily marinated in garlic,WAY too overpowering, and i usually like garlic. It ruined an otherwise lovely dish. Love the quarts bottles of Rosè. Nicer than the other wines that come out of a tap.

The Pepper Pot

Dublin
12/05/2025: What a great and relaxed, bright space to have breakfast! Family friendly and staff were kind. I recommend this place
06/05/2025: This café was a great place to take a short break and find some peace in the middle of Dublin. We walked from the castle and found great gift shops other boutiques on our way. The atmosphere was really pleasant, and while seating depends on how busy it is, the side seats are definitely the best if you can get one. Prices are also reasonable, making it a nice and affordable stop during the day. Cute tableware as well!!

Little Lemon

Dublin
08/06/2025: Hidden gem! We managed to grab a last-minute spot at the bar, which turned out to be the perfect setting for cocktails and a bite to eat. The atmosphere was warm and lively, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. I had two of the best cocktails I’ve ever tasted – the Strawberry Fizz and Lemon Street Martini were both outstanding. The food was incredible too – ideal for a pre-night-out bite, with a menu that lets you order as much or as little as you like. Can’t wait to go back!
29/05/2025: Always a delicious dining experience and the new dishes on the menu are so good. The chicken with truffle popcorn is amazing.

This Must Be The Place

Dublin
03/03/2025: We thought we'd try something new and book the clay making class via the website. We booked as a couple which cost around €26 each. When we arrived at the building it wasn't clear where it actually was, we finally found a sign saying 'This must be the place' on one of the windows of the second level of the buildings. Once inside we were greeted by Roberta who was very warm and welcoming. We sat down in a group of 8 on two tables, Roberta then introduced the company and herself. We then began moulding clay and it was really fun! Roberta made sure we had enough biscuits, coffee and tea. I would recommend this experience to other people as I think it's a nice creative space to do something different.
14/10/2024: Lovely pottery making class with air dry clay

28/04/2025: A very nice Asian restaurant with a great atmosphere and great service. The menu offers a wide range of dishes from different Asian regions. I can highly recommend all the dishes I've had here over the last few years. On the picture: Vegetarian spring rolls, Beef with Vegetables, garlic, black pepper and noodles, Tiger beer and a soft icecream

House

Dublin
14/06/2025: I was really looking forward to trying this place, but unfortunately, it didn’t fully meet expectations. Several of my friends found their dishes overly salty, which made it hard to enjoy. I had the steak — it was actually quite good in terms of flavor and cooked well, but the portion was surprisingly small for the price. Service was decent, but overall, the value just wasn’t there. Might give it another try, but not in a hurry.
10/06/2025: First of all, you come here for the atmosphere; the restaurant is "hotel chic" with a colorful and warm interior. The staff is also warm and service-oriented. Our waitress made small talk and helped us quickly before a large group wanted to take a seat and order. Very attentive. The lunch itself was delicious!

The Flowing Tide

Dublin
18/05/2025: The best bar we've been to in Ireland. Live music, played at the table, without additional sound system, which is how it should be. The decor refers to the history of the bar and Dublin, not another copy of a place filled only with replicas of Guinness ads. I recommend it
14/05/2025: Didn't have food but craic was well below the standard for the area it's in. Wouldn't go back.
