The best restaurants in Dublin

09/01/2026: Went for drinks with some colleagues this Friday evening. It wasn’t busy at all. Staff member weren’t friendly and seems like we were bothering them to request the drinks giving us attitude. Have to give a W for the waitress in white for the friendly willingness. But not for the other two floor staff.

05/01/2026: Slider are a chicken nugget essentially in a bun. Overpriced considering the quality of the food.

01/01/2026: incredibly bad customer service, burnt pizza, inappropriate staff conduct, overall horrible. i despise this place and will NOT be coming back. keep your young kids away from terrible place.

21/09/2025: Not the best milk quality which affects the coffee taste. Also do something about the lids please as they do not hold at all. Not a bad spot though.

07/01/2026: Restaurant very loud. Toilets smelly and not clean. Won't eat here again. I usually go to the Kilkenny City Establishment and it is so much nicer! Didn't recognise it at all here in Dublin.

04/01/2026: Very poor customer service. Told me item I ordered was no longer in stock/now sold out (and week after I placed order). I then asked to cancel order entirely if that was case as it had not yet been dispatched, which they would not do. Order arrived almost 2 weeks after it was placed in the end (despite 5-7 day advertised when purchased). Didn't even arrive on time for me to use for Christmas gifts as initially planned and customer service most unhelpful at request to return parcel. Extremely disappointing customer service - would not recommend

22/12/2025: Really nice spot. Great beer selection and top quality food. Right next to the luas too so easy to get to and from without needing to drive. We opted for the fish tacos to start to share which were delicious and I got the beef for my main which was perfectly cooked. Service was excellent and food was very reasonably priced. Staff always super nice too.

17/11/2024: I was tonight in the restaurant to order and collect my food for takeaway. I did order the cannelloni with ricotta and spinach and also pacchero alla Norcina and I have to say…. It’s the best pasta we had in the Island for sure. 1000% recommended

14/01/2026: Really good place to to and eat our beloved brasilian food. Was there with 2 german friends wich also loved it. Definitely try the pastel and the coxinha, they are delicious. The market in the shop also has a lot of other things, worth taking a looking when there.

06/01/2026: 5 adults and a child had drinks and were charged a service charge of 12.5%. We were not advised re SC beforehand. The pub had only a few people there. In contrast The dropping well was packed the same day with no service charge.

20/12/2025: We’d ordered several times through Deliveroo and decided to try the restaurant in person for the first time. We arrived Saturday at noon and placed our order right away. (We were the 1st customer in the bar). The waitress was kind, but after 40min she came to apologize, saying our meals were still being prepared. 20min later - an hour in total - we still hadn’t received anything, so we decided left. Between 12 and 1pm, not a single dish came out of the kitchen, even though at least five tables were waiting. It seems the chefs show up after noon (we saw them going straight away in the kitchen), which made no sense since prep should’ve been done earlier. I’ve never experienced such a long wait - it felt like something out of “Kitchen Nightmares.” We left without eating after waiting an hour, and honestly, I expected much more from that place. Very desapointing. Edit - Decreasing to 1 star. I contacted Todd by email after seeing his reply here - He never comes back to me.
