The best restaurants in Dublin

09/10/2025: The place is mainly take away, but oh so delicious. What I loved most was that most of the food was dairy free. Something hard to come by in Dublin. Had the pea and watercress soup and it was so very delicious. Great smooth creamy and not overly salted ! Also had the sirloin sand which and it was very tasty with the truffle mayo. Which was light in feel, I could’ve had it with less mayo but I personally just don’t love mayo. Will have to return to try their other foods.

10/05/2026: I’m new to this area. I ate here recently with my child. A big step up from your average chipper. You can eat a burger and still feel good afterwards! Lovely staff running the place. I suppose family of original location. Nice thoughtful decor too. I wish them good luck.

30/08/2025: Very traditional irish pub. Got a good Guiness for 6€. The atmosphere is good, but very local, hard to talk to people. A pub quiz was going on, very entertaining

18/05/2026: The hotel is well-located, and Dublin city center is easily accessible by bus. The bus runs very frequently. The service staff is very friendly and helpful. The food in the bar was good and plentiful. The hotel is a bit older, which is noticeable in many places, but the rooms and beds were very clean. A good hotel for a trip to Dublin.

30/04/2026: Corned Beef was top notch today 30th April. Just a super nice dinner.

31/05/2026: Quick and reliable. If you dine in, there is self service water, sweet chilli sauce and soy sauce. Staff are friendly and willing to cater spiciness if thats an issue. Sweet chilli beef was nice. Came with rice, but you definitely need to get a sauce to go with it or it will simply be too dry and bland. Pad Thai noodles were ok, nothing special, a little bland.

27/04/2026: Friendly staff and the female manger is very nice and attentive to the customers. She gave me a free soft drink because my order went a wee bit over. Very good customer service.

19/03/2026: The name says it all , Mother Reilly’s welcomes you like a mother. I made a reservation to celebrate my birthday with friends, and the manager’s attention in organising everything was impeccable and very diligent. On the day itself, the staff, Rafaella and Renan, were outstanding.The food was delicious, the pub was spotless, and the atmosphere was lively with great music. You truly feel that warm Irish welcome. The best pub in Rathmines, all my guests were absolutely delighted. Many Thanks!

I've bought everything from "tip to toe," and the level of service has never wavered. ​The staff are phenomenal first dealing with Shane & Ciaran to the last couple of years with Hugh they have consistently offered knowledgeable and supportive assistance. The online shop is very user-friendly, stocking strong, quality brands that focus on depth of quality. ​A recent experience highlights their exceptional commitment: When a package went missing after posting, the team at the canoe centre put my needs foremost and promptly dispatched a second package before the original was relocated by An Post. This kind of proactive, customer-first service is why I continue to go back. ​No matter the size of the purchase, I always feel valued and acknowledged. An absolutely stellar sales and support service. Highly recommended.

04/11/2025: Fantastic Level 2 Kayaking Course with Keith! Keith was amazing — patient, knowledgeable, and knew exactly when to push us (and when not to!). We (Carmel and Sarah) were the two oldest in the group, with one of us new to kayaking, but he made it fun, supportive, and full of laughs. The group was an added bonus — we’re now all on WhatsApp calling ourselves The Liffey Lickers! Can’t wait for our next river trip with Keith to build on everything we learned.

22/05/2026: I've been a customer of Fábio's Temple Bar for a long time and the experience is always excellent. The food is wonderful, substantial, and always very tasty. Their pão de queijo (cheese bread) is simply perfect, and as someone from Minas Gerais, I can say that I was truly satisfied. I also made a suggestion by email recently and was very happy to see that they were super responsive and took the feedback very seriously. This shows the care they have for their customers. Without a doubt, it's my favorite Brazilian restaurant in Dublin. I highly recommend it!

22/05/2026: Great great ! If you the feeling of Brazilian food, music and atmosphere this is the place to go ! Don't forget the pastel and brigadeiro a must of the Brazilian cuisine!!

04/10/2025: Hidden gem, great for a breakfast/brunch treat. Food is excellent, good menu with plenty of options, coffee is best in the area. Staff are exemplary, extremely attentive and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

02/10/2025: Second time ordering the same dish here. The breakfast salad. 1st time it was incredibly salty so said I'd try again. This time was not seasoned. The asparagus was thicker than my thumb and fibrous. Salad leaves not dressed. Eggs were very good. Children's menu is good value and child enjoyed food. Perhaps i am ordering a less popular option, however both times this was reccommend by waiting staff. After meal was delivered no follow up at all to see if the food was ok or if we needed anything. Eventually went inside to pay.
