24/02/2025: I am a regular at this hotel, the reception staff are the best I've ever encountered, they make the guests feel so welcome and make me smile every time, there is one particular lady on reception who's name I don't know, she is brilliant and very friendly and helpful

01/04/2025: Handy spot for breakfast or lunch. Lunchtimes are the busiest. They do a porridge a coffee deal which is good though they've increased the price a lot recently. It went from 6.50e to 7e in October 2024 to then 7.50 in March 2025, less than half-a-year later. Those increases are bigger than wages & inflation, it definitely makes me consider cutting back on how often I'd splurge.
07/02/2025: Great food , especially cesar salad. The service is amazing and a great place for families. Overall everything is amazing and great atmosphere.

12/04/2025: We had a fantastic dining experience at the hotel’s restaurant. The service was truly spectacular—staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. From the moment we sat down, we felt well taken care of.
The food? Delicious. We especially loved the appetizers—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every bite felt thoughtful, and the friendly atmosphere only added to the enjoyment.
06/04/2025: Selección de menú muy limitada (para el almuerzo) y nada extraordinario. El servicio era correcto, pero estábamos solos en el restaurante. Precio/calidad un poco desequilibrado en nuestra opinión. Nos esforzamos por venir aquí y preguntarnos si valía la pena.

04/03/2025: Great spot with a warm and cozy atmosphere. Perfect pints of Guinness. Beer garden out back with blankets if you need! Will definitely be back.
20/02/2025: Great spot to watch any sporting event staff are the best in Dublin and so friendly and helpful and they also make great toasties would recommend to anyone around the Sandymount area to stop in

13/03/2025: Extremely disappointing service at the Lord Mayors lounge for afternoon tea - rushed us out the door before our allocated time was finished wanted payment before we were finished, rude staff - when I brought it to hotels attention they brushed it off - won’t be returning and was a regular customer - service has gone downhill. It’s a pity as food and decor are fabulous

Ninguna palabra puede describir una de las mejores experiencias en té alto, donde la atención al detalle, el excelente servicio al cliente, el excelente té, los sándwiches y los dulces se mezclan en una experiencia. Lo recomendaría encarecidamente a cualquiera que se aloje en el Shelbourne o trate de hacer su estancia extra especial en Dublín. No solo se encuentra en un hotel precioso e histórico, sino que la habitación y las vistas de Stephen's Green valen la pena. Recomiendo hacer reservas con antelación y que funcione en su itinerario!

26/01/2025: Always a great coffee from here, I have mixed it up and tried a few different ones. I’ve never had the cakes or sandwiches but they always look tempting. The ladies who work here are friendly and give a great service, even during busy times. The cafe is always spotless.
06/12/2024: Lovely local coffee shop, real gem in the area. The two ladies are always so welcoming and pleasant and they can produce excellent coffee very quickly. Cakes look great although I haven't tried them (yet!)
Cafe is always clean and tidy and has a decent number of tables.
