05/08/2025: A hidden gem in Rosslare. I had a fish goujon box - amazing fish and chips. Came with tartar sauce, mushy peas and a wedge of lemon.

19/07/2025: We ate at Tuskar takeaway on our recent family holiday to Wexford. The food is absolutely outstanding… we ordered a double quarter pounder, chicken kebab, kids burger box, kids poppin chicken box and kids fish goujons box. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the food was ready when they said it would be. We sat outside at the picnic tables and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their dinner. The portions were very generous and the fish in particular was exceptional. Total bill came to €45 which worked out at under €10pp They also had a little water caddy for dogs which our pup was delighted with. All in all 5 stars 🌟 not to be missed

08/08/2025: I was a bit disappointed. I really wanted to love the fish and chips there as it was supposed to be the best in Ireland, but the batter wasn't exceptional and not crispy at all. They were also out of smoked haddock and other types of fish. It was still an excellent and fresh fish, hence the four stars.

05/08/2025: Nice little fish shop, a classic fish shop. The fish was fantastic, but the chips could have been a bit crispier for our taste. The tartar sauce was delicious, and the young employee was very friendly.

16/07/2025: The shawarma was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The chicken was juicy, the garlic sauce was tasty, and the wrap held together well. Great for a quick bite , would definitely get it again.

27/06/2025: I was in Dublin on Sunday and wanted to have a quick snack. I bought some chicken wings and they were so good that I ordered more. Best chicken wings I have tried so far. And staff was really nice. I will be back again when I am back in Dublin.

02/08/2025: Very good takeaway doing proper homemade burgers. A bit dissapointed they had no veggie burger offering as they were out of stock. The good news was the lack of vegetarian alternatives led me to try the mango curry and chips which I otherwise wouldn't have gone near. It was fantastic. The premise is cash only which is a bit of a rarity these days. Very good high quality takeaway.

30/07/2025: For a small shop, they are very quick and very tasty. The portion was as shocking as the price. If you need something quick and on the go, I would give this place a try. For the price, they cannot be beaten if you want noodles.

26/07/2025: EDIT: this review is over 8 years old, Pablo picante is terrible now, overcooked rice portion size is smaller and they don’t take cash. The staff who used to work there were in the main Mexican, now it’s a bunch of Europeans. Very friendly europeans but Europeans that can’t cook. This place is now on par with boojum another great place that has lowered the quality of their product. Better off looking for authentic Mexican establishments. Old review: Great place great food and friendly staff...only downside is they close at 6 pm :( (Pablos tortas that is)

20/07/2025: Una experiencia decepcionante en Dall’Italia Pastabar – Dublín Me encontré con este restaurante por casualidad mientras buscaba un lugar en el centro de Dublín que sirviera auténtica pasta Italiano. Desde fuera, parecía prometedor, así que mi amigo y yo decidimos intentarlo. Pedimos una carbonara, una pasta de cuatro quesos y dos Aperol Spritz. Nos sentamos afuera y rápidamente notamos que solo una persona estaba trabajando: cocinaba, servía y preparaba bebidas solo. Esto me pareció muy poco profesional, especialmente para un restaurante que tiene como objetivo ofrecer una experiencia Italiana. Cuando una persona tiene que hacer todo, la calidad inevitablemente se resiente. Cuando llegó la comida, por error me dieron cuatro pastas de queso en lugar de la carbonara que pedí. Por cortesía, no dije nada y acepté el plato. Lamentablemente, distaba mucho de ser bueno. La salsa sabía a crema de cocina y parmesano rallado, soso, pesado y sin rastros de quesos Italianos. El plato parecía y sabía a comida barata de cafetería, sin cuidado por la receta o presentación. Pagué casi 24 € por persona por esta experiencia, que es indignante teniendo en cuenta la mala calidad y el servicio. Para empeorar las cosas, poco después de llegar a casa comencé a sentirme mal – mareos, náuseas y, finalmente, vómitos. No puedo decir con certeza que la pasta lo causó, pero fue lo único nuevo que comí ese día. Una de las peores experiencias gastronómicas que he tenido en Dublín. Definitivamente no volveré, y no lo recomendaría a nadie que busque comida Italiana genuina o incluso solo un plato de pasta decente.

08/06/2025: Had the classic. Great home made sausage with just the right spices. Roll held together till the end. Onions and peppers were tender and fresh.

04/06/2025: Contained in the huge English Market SC ,this place stands out from all the other exceptional vendors. Just a small stall with usually only 3 workers, it can turn out food to die for. All sandwiches are make rite on the spot. You can customize or order any of the house specials. Grab a special, find a quiet spot, (not possible) and enjoy.

21/07/2025: I ordered a burger and a soft drink and decided to sit in. They threw more than afew free chips which is a lovely touch and will make me come back. The chips are thick and almost have the consistency of double fried chips. Easily the best chipper chips in Dublin. They have a crunch on the outside and are super soft and fluffy inside. The burger had fresh ingredients, plenty moist with sauces, onion and cheese.

20/07/2025: Came in today very disappointed. This is not an authentic Mexican restaurant at all. Very Americanized restaurant. The food was so blend and the tacos look and taste dry. We definitely need an authentic Mexican restaurant in Sligo. This one is sadly not it!
