24/10/2024: I just ordered through Ubereats a cheeseburger with no pickles and no onion, I add fries, a coke, and a cheese sauce. What I received, only a cheeseburger with pickles and onion.
31/08/2024: We really enjoyed our time at rockets this evening from the amazing food to the service it couldn’t have been better. The lady who served us with curly hair and glasses was very kind and friendly and made very nice recommendations. She went out of her way to check on us to see if we needed anything more throughout.

This is my go to chipper as it delivers so convenient to me HOWEVER I must say the food has always been top notch with good portion sizes. Nicest chipper chips ever. Curry sauce is banging and I always order the double quarter bounder with cheese and its always been nasty well cooked and well seasoned. Delivered promptly food roasting hot and nice driver. What more can you ask for .
Once they never added cheese to my chips cheese curry however minor mistake that can happen .
Keep up the good work lads .

16/11/2024: Always have a good experience in Mc Donalds, Newbridge. One of the hostesses, Natalia, is wonderful in her job, friendly, recommends new products and a very pleasant person!
12/11/2024: Don't order delivery from here, I ordered at 4.45 today and at 6.12 now and still "being prepared " . They keep amending approx delivery time and at this point it will be nearer to a 3 hour wait. If I could rate a zero I would, absolutely shocking customer service, just take your money and to hell with you.

09/11/2024: Terrible service, chicken and bacon legend. With no cheese, bacon or lettuce in it. Asked for a gluten free meal for my friend and they just made a mess in a box and served it to us. Wrong drink sizes and fries where soggy. All in all terrible experience..

Edit: 11/2024 - Why did I ever go back, Still can't get orders right. Friendlier staff, just no quality. Ordered dbl Big Mac, got a single big mac in a box that literally says double Big mac... french fries are absolutely dreadful.

31/10/2024: Absolutely shocking, paid for food to take away… it NEVER came after 25 mins asked for a refund and they couldn’t put the money back on my card, offered cash instead when I said I wasn’t happy with this spent even more time trying to figure out something that should be quite simple - also had to leave the refund as I had to go to work an explain why I was late - doubt that they will read this but for the sake of it thank you for making me go hungry for a day - you are utterly utterly crap!

10/11/2024: Ordered to dine-in and food was prepped to go. Drink was served in a soggy cup and the server Tia didn't seem helpful. Anna, another server stepped in and assisted. She was fantastic!!

08/11/2024: Dont order scampi.. just lumps of fish. Lovely staff so not directed at them but ordered scampi and bits of breaded fish lumps came in the box, soggy falling apart and certainly not scampi... ridiculous and went in the bin.
24/10/2024: The nicest chipper around the food and service is second to none with a family-friendly staff always happy to provide what your looking for absolutely 10 out of 10

14/10/2024: WENT TO KFC WEST END RETAIL PARK.
THE PREMISES IS TOO SMALL EVERYONE ON TOP OF EACH OTHER.
Had to order on the touch screen..Navigating is a pain in the butt..Cannot go upto the counter like the old days..
Ordered Zinger rice box..got an origional instead.
Ordered 2 regular fries...Gave me one large fries instead and they thought that was sufficent...
Then my bank card wouldnt work so my wife had to pay..my card works fine...
Look im sure the staff are trying...no irish staff as they are to lazy to work so i respect the workers for trying but improvements must be made...
10/10/2024: Absolutely disappointed. Ordered a meal box and only got a burger and old chips (burnt and cold). No chicken piece and no cold drink. Will not be going back.

27/10/2024: Food was okay. One member of staff particularly rude, really no need for it. Other staff were pleasant but honestly wouldn’t bother going here unless you’re ready for an eye roll and someone pointing to things grunting rather than responding. You’d be better off driving for 20 minutes somewhere else for a more decent Chinese for less the price. I work in retail and i understand dealing with the public can be shite but there’s a bare minimum level of customer service you should have.
10/09/2024: Got my order wrong, food was luke warm , staff were uninterested, curry was the best bit about what I got and it was just ok 1/10

24/10/2024: Has to be in the 59 years I've been on planet earth the worse fish and chips and curry sauce I ever ate. It came with a free black hair . Curry sauce was watery with little cube of what I don't know ?? Fish was very grease the only decent thing was the chips which were average. €15.80 , What a waste

09/11/2024: Awful food, paid €15.95 for the mom’s chicken 5 strip meal and couldn’t eat it after a few bites. Waiting 15 mins, watched the workers touching all surfaces including their shoes with same gloved hands they touched food with, watched them re-fry the chips that they eventually served us - so just soaked in oil, chicken was seasoned with shop-bought herb mix and the gravy was like some kind of goo. Staff moved at a snails pace and 2 people ahead of us had to give their food back as one was given bread with mould on it (supposedly) and the other was given cold food after waiting 15 mins also. Really concerning place to eat in would never go back due to the lack of food safety standards alone
