01/03/2025: Absolutely love this place. Much better lately than the others in Ballincollig. Clean, good tasting food. Fabulous battered sausage & amazing garlic cheese chips! My go to fast food when in Ballincollig. See you soon...again.

02/02/2025: Quick, professional and kind staff, delicious pizzas and sides, great value for your money. I was pleasantly surprised that they have breakfast menu as well. I'll definitely return again, and I will continue to order online from them as well

13/02/2025: Food is good but restaurant is very very bad shape compared with another outlet in the city. Atmosphere is not that great due to no proper toilet facility available, No power outlets for charging the phone. Best thing they can do is by turning it as only takeaway.

03/02/2025: Not a fancy person but this place is the worst i ever was.toilets upstairs locked,downstairs toilet wont flush,no tissue,or paper roll,sink clogged,in soap dispenser was some liquid,dont know what,door wont lock.Then,tables sitcky with dirt,the back door half open and rotten,walls full of grease,you can imagine how was under tables.Then the worst fries had a strage taste and not crisp at all,but on top of all bigmac had a fish taste i think comming from lettuce. Not sure what s going on in there we eat it anyway but for sure we ll never return in there.

11/03/2025: Service was ok. But the kitchen was a mess, food was quite bad, ENORMOUS pieces of raw onion, the red cabbage was almost whole inside my kebab. Almost 30€ for two people for lunch and the price doesn’t makes sense at all with the quality of the food.

28/03/2025: The dirtiest McDonald's restaurant I have ever seen. All tables are full of food leftovers, bags, cups.....you name it. The floor is also littered with rubbish. No one cleans, unbelievable. We took the food to our hotel, 5 minutes away. The fries were just ice cold....

19/01/2025: Food was decent, chips and curry were quite good but chips portion was way too small. People say it’s very cheap but the meal doesn’t include a drink and it was nearly €10 for 3 pieces of chicken and a tiny bit of chips, also the guy serving the food ate one of a customers chips before he served it to him, chicken was very dry but the coating and batter was delicious. Decent substitute to KFC.

15/03/2025: Passed out woman on Patrick's day was ignored by staff and especially the manager. Manager insisted that she's was okay and 999 would not respond. Took a group of people to mind and car for her . No care was given by staff or management.

17/03/2025: Paid €33 for two kebab meals with curry chips last night. Got home and when I opened the bag one of the kebabs was missing. Very disappointing. I won’t be coming back.

08/03/2025: Absolute dirt. Portions small. Over 13 euro for a kebab with chips and a drink. I think it's ridiculous for what I got. I got a BBQ chicken kebab; it was swimming in some kind of sauce. Very little chicken. I will definitely not be back.

24/12/2024: I was standing in line and waiting to be served while the girl was on the phone taking an order. Her colleague comes over and starts serving the guy behind me, and when I explain to him that I’m in fact next in the queue he ignores me and proceeds to serve the guy behind me. How is this acceptable? I ended up walking out- disappointing as I’ve been a customer here long before the new management.

06/03/2025: was passing through the monaghan shopping centre recently and seen a subway across from a mcdonald's, i was torn between the choice of the two but i eventually decided on subway, oh boy was i wrong. when i first entered the establishment my nose was met with a WAFT of piss. to be quite frankly honest it smelt like a full up dog pee pad, which is not an appropriate smell for a food establishment. the workers were incredibly rude and very stingy! ("stin-jee" i'm unsure how to spell the word) i asked for a ham, tuna and cheese sandwich, to my surprise the young girl working then turned to me and asked, "are you serious" this startled me quite a bit, i replied yes and she began to giggle and say "weird but okay" and then decided to hold her nose while scooping the tuna, behaviour and attitude is so disgusting and disrespectful. as a customer this made me feel very judged and vulnerable. not only did she make a scene about my order, she also gave me a scoop equivalent to the size of a small egg and spread it very thinly across my foot long sandwich! not nearly enough. once she added the ham it was made clear to me i would go home still hungry, 3 slices of ham ON MY FOOT LONG SANDWICH! i asked her to add more and she said "sorry, there's a limit for people like you" i thought my ears had deceived me... people like... me? what did she mean.. my brain began to spiral while i was thinking back to try and decode the meaning of this message. i asked what she meant and she laughed and said "nu uh uh! no more ham!" and smiled at me in a sinister way. then came the cheese... don't even get me started! i got 2 and a half slices of it very spread out along the surface of my bread. NOT ENOUGH! the portions were incredibly small. and when i asked her to add more she said "it'll spread out once it melts" and stuck it in the oven. once it came out, you guessed it! BURNT!!!!! (i'm guessing you guessed that) she then didn't ask if i wanted any salad or sauce, didn't ask if i wanted cookies or drinks? instead just wrapped it up and demanded money off me. disgusting service, DISGUSTING FOOD, and DISGUSTING ATTITUDE SUBWAY. will NOT be back.... should be ashamed of yourselves. APPALLED!!!!

29/01/2025: Don't waste your time. The kebab I ordered was smaller than a petrol station wrap, barely any salad or sauce. Taco chips weren't homemade, just regular fries with barely any toppings. Embarrassing.

23/08/2024: “Little” in name, but “Huge” in quality. The best fish and home-made chips we’ve had in a long, long time. They even allowed us to sit in to eat and offered some cutlery too! Highly recommended! ❤️
