08/10/2025: Came in during the evening and the girl serving me was lovely, great customer service and a smile on her face throughout the queue. Some people were looking for jobs and she was very accommodating. Have been here multiple times and I’ll continue to come back.

05/10/2025: Toilets not up to any standard but food ok

19/09/2025: AVOID AT ALL COSTS - as others have stated, this is not a normal McDonalds beside a service station!!, the car park has hired what can only be described as scam artists. They clamp your car even if you are visiting the restaurant with no appeal. The clampers claim if you sit on the wall, or go to the service station to purchase something, they will clamp immediately. This is a problem with Ireland's clamping laws, but this operation is targeting tourists and threatening them without access to their car unless they pay immediately (the clampers claimed they only release them when they pop in for food). As in the pictures, they illegally park themselves by the door (these are the setdown and wheelchair spaces) and literally run to put the clamp on - we turned off the car at 14:42, and the clamp photo was 14:43:02!! Don't say you weren't warned - 125 euro for stopping to eat!!

02/10/2025: Food was well, the service terrible. The order machine didn't have any paper left in the printer (2 vists in a row) and it took around 20 minutes to get an average order.

23/09/2025: Everything is great in principle. But we ordered tea with milk - they gave it without milk😅plus be prepared that the toilet does not work after 22.00 although Mac himself works until 00.00

26/06/2025: Very good and fresh fish. They were very fast. The workers and the owner are very kind and friendly. If you wanna try an original fish and chips go there.

03/05/2025: Lovely workers but I got one of the worst kebabs of my life in here. Ice Cold, I mean its like somebody took their leftovers out of the fridge from last night and gave them to me. All that I could taste in the kebab was lettuce... I cant fully even tell you what else was in there (It was a veg kebab, but jesus, I didnt order a freezing lettuce kebab).

31/08/2025: Half a poorly painted door, but since it looks like a door with its frame around it, it seems quite old, and because I like antiques, that's why I gave it 4 stars. The other day I passed by and saw everything repainted. I looked inside, everything was modern. They did a major cleaning here, and I can tell you for the better. It's a shame the kids have turned this place into a dump. There's no respect, they talk loudly, burgers fly from one side to the other. Anyway, the employees and the owner must be having a hard time. I decided to raise my rating here. Did you know that McDonald's has some of the best training in the business world? At least it did, and I think it still does. What goes on here isn't the fault of the workers or even the owner, because those who like burgers, which isn't my case, are served very well here, with politeness and organization. Congratulations on the update!!!

23/09/2025: Dinos douglas has gone to the bin! Ever since the Irish girl Sarah left the chipper, the food quality has been horrendous. The asian lady working at the store makes the worst food, it’s definitely not fresh and you could just tell that the fish, chicken and dips are stale. The quality that dinos has in other stores like Grange and Turners cross is nowhere near compared to the likes of the Douglas store. The food used to be nice but ever since the asian lady has been making the food, it has been unhygienic, dirty and will definitely give someone food poisoning. Douglas dinos is really really awful now and should be avoided at all costs.

21/12/2024: These pizzas are absolutely amazing. It really is in my top 3 in Dublin. The other night I also ordered their chicken panini. OH MY GOD.!

18/12/2024: I've just had a smoked cod and chips from Green Italia in Rathmines, I must say the chips were fresh and cooked perfectly, the smoked cod, which was really large was cooked perfectly as well,staff were very friendly and talkative, which is always a good thing, a nice touch with the free garlic sauce, there was one downside which was the six very large bones that I pulled from the cod at different intervals, smoked cod has been a staple offering in Dublins many Italian takeaways for the last fifty years and more, I have never had bones before in a chipshop takeaway, cod needs to be filleted very well due to some very large and sharp bones within, it might be an idea to have a word with whoever is doing the filleting for you, as I said earlier, the fish and chips were perfect, but, when you have to watch every mouthful you take,it does take away from an otherwise really good experience 😋noticed that the owner doesn't answer reviews, never a good sign ,will think carefully about going there again, it's never good when you don't listen to your customers,think about it, your customers are what keeps you in business,!!!

24/10/2024: I just ordered through Ubereats a cheeseburger with no pickles and no onion, I add fries, a coke, and a cheese sauce. What I received, only a cheeseburger with pickles and onion.

31/08/2024: We really enjoyed our time at rockets this evening from the amazing food to the service it couldn’t have been better. The lady who served us with curly hair and glasses was very kind and friendly and made very nice recommendations. She went out of her way to check on us to see if we needed anything more throughout.

10/07/2025: I have to say, the restaurant itself was pretty impressive. Clean, well-organized, and had a fresh vibe going on! But man, what a letdown when it came to the actual food. Everything was just... bland? Like, completely flavorless. I thought adding some sauce might help, but that made things even stranger. The so-called "sweet and sour sauce" tasted nothing like what it should have! Even the spring rolls were totally tasteless. Such a disappointment. And get this: I specifically ordered just fried chicken with rice, couldn't have been clearer about it, yet our plates came loaded with a mountain of vegetables I never asked for! I mean, what's the point of being super specific with your order if they're just going to ignore it anyway? I won’t eat here again…

08/06/2025: Go to place for good pizza. They have amazing options of pizza and you can customize your pizzas as well. You should order double deal pizza which has 2 large pizza at a stealing price. Good for a big gathering party.

20/09/2025: Place is really gone down hill. Use to eat here all the time. Bought a kabab tray and the meet taste like it was gone off.

11/10/2025: Two security guards arguing over whether I had paid for my food as the machine had run out of paper. Arrogant guard physically tried to take my order from me at 8:30 not even busy. Wouldn’t fancy it at 3am

10/10/2025: Eliska and Helder were fantastic, I couldn’t have asked for better service. They are not only asset to the WowBurger brand, but a couple of people who I’ve had the pleasure of having the chance to meet!
