24/07/2025: Rude staff . One worker on his phone with some foreign music for all to hear. Dreadful place. It doesn't take much to be polite and pleasant to customers. Staff need retraining on customer service. Food was ok but charged an extra 90 cent for a quarter slice of cheese. Will not return.
09/07/2025: I went to this restaurant I said down I was waiting on my friend I looked up the word Amman his name tag said Adam he was picking up rat from the back kitchen Shaun him in a bin I feel so disgusted my friends just left their food there and start vomiting and running out of the restaurant do a lots and lots of rats running around the floor

20/08/2025: I worked here for nearly 2 years very friendly staff useless cooks never detail cleaned and left raw chicken out I complained for the 2 years only for the manager to walk out it was completely insane I went back recently to try the food and as I thought chicken was brown it gets like that after it’s left out past the time of use so annoyed because of done properly kfc is so good

01/08/2025: Late-night visit. Staff were doing their best but looked understaffed. My nuggets were hot and crispy, but the fries were cold. Dining area was clean, but bathroom wasn’t. Overall, it was okay—just felt like the quality was hit-or-miss. Not a bad experience, but not one I'd go out of my way to repeat.

17/07/2025: I got the big arch here on Monday and it was definitely the best burger I had from McDonald’s ever. I’m usually a double quarter pounder order but the big arch is next level. I’m planing another visit fairly soon to get another. Oreo McFlurry at the moment is definitely at the top of my list order for 2 😎

02/07/2025: This was only my second time coming here and honestly, never again. The staff, especially management, are unbelievably rude. No basic manners. The food was disgusting: cold, sloppy, and missing items. I don’t know how this place has good reviews because my experience was honestly atrocious. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

01/08/2025: I ordered off the McDonalds app. The delivery driver spilt our drinks everywhere and they forgot my burger. He left with the drinks bag, which had the receipt on it. It’s near impossible to contact anyone about this to get my money back.

10/05/2025: Barely edible chicken burger. Ordered the deal with drink and asked for garlic mayo. Received only the burger...no chips ordered at the time despite pointing to sign for meal deal. No prices on wall everything is 88.88
Will never darken their door again.
