27/10/2024: Quick service forgot some order but fixed problem quick so happy

24/10/2024: Fed up with the service here. Staff are constantly messing up orders. They put in a fancy new drive through with 2 order bays and they are constantly taking orders out of order, letting people who just arrived order ahead of people who have been waiting for ages. And when anything is said they look like a deer in the headlights. A lot more training required for all the staff.

05/11/2024: I was extremely disappointed with what i got today. I usually order the same thing but today i got half-filled fries for which i paid 1.50€ extra, half-filled coke and a squished sandwich. Im not even gonna argue about how they spilled half of the fries in the bag as they put it on top of the cheeseburger and didnt even bother to switch them around. however, how rude the staff was today towards customers was unimaginable to me as i work in the customer service sector as well (everyone can have their bad day and i get that but the store wasnt even busy when i came and i would not mind them taking extra time to do my order correctly)... Anyway. I asked for a bag and they said its for takeaway... Therefore in a bag already. I politely asked if i could get a bag with handles since i will be carrying the drinks as well (i had a package and a backpack on me too) and after some back and forth going with the lady, she literally rolled her eyes and threw the food bag into the bigger bag with the drinks as they were (she rather squished the cups than given me a holder for two cups). Ridiculous.

05/10/2024: I ordered a Burger and I paid extra for chips and They gave me the order super fast The burger was good but the fries was horrible and cold as in the pic when I showed to the manager he wasn't happy about me complaining about it did not even Said sorry he was very unprofessional ,4oct

02/08/2024: They never allow to eat in. Chairs always on the tables. Also very grumpy staff, and they are not so busy as Marshes Dundalk staff, they are so friendly. Monaghan Subway big NO from us!

03/11/2024: The food used to be good at the Capri. But the quality now, is not good. I recently got burgers here and I had to throw them in the bin. The meat was horrible and really hard things in the meat.

10/11/2024: It was very quite when we were there at 8.30 of a Saturday night, so the food and service were quick and efficient. Staff were friendly and tje premises was very clean, typical for McDonalds, chip went cold very qui kly

10/11/2024: It's good but like any other mac Ds but the service time is quite slow.

15/11/2024: Store was quite empty when I went in, but it was very clean and the staff made sure to clean it after each customer left. Food was very nice and the chips were hot, something which most KFC’s lack sometimes. Very nice staff.

10/11/2024: Didn't go in but went I got food in the drivetru when I got a Pepsi it tasted of mildew, I changed straws and no change don't think they clean their drinks machine. Also got a Areo mint sundae except it was runny like a milkshake not a sundae. Edit: what the he11 that's your response "hope we do better next time" I tell you about a potential health hazard and instead of taking it seriously you respond with oops-a-daisy MAYBE we'll do better next time. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!!!

29/09/2024: Food was always good but they possibly changed their supplier lately for bacon ect. As its Salted bacon now and not as nice as before but having said that it's still good and the monthly special offers are great! Kids at the store bring a great atmosphere only thing is it's slightly cold sometimes and the Internet is blocked

25/08/2024: We got beautiful food here today .Compliments to the chefs.From the chips ,burgers ,nuggets ,& curry 10/ 10.The customer service is excellent & friendly .I would highly recommend The Galley Bundoran for a bite to eat 👍

07/07/2024: We went in on a Sunday afternoon and it did seem busy however it was very obvious that they were only cooking one order at a time as the person who ordered their food before us received their order and then we were informed that something we had ordered was actually out of stock. We probably waited about 30-40 minutes for our food and when it came it was nice but we probably wouldn’t go back - plenty of other chip shops that wouldn’t take as long.

06/08/2024: Ordered a Margherita pizza. It was like eating plastic and made me quite sick. Would not recommend.

10/10/2024: Shocked at the price for a basic meal. I was asked if I wanted gravy and asked if it was included as part of the already expensive meal. I was told it was included so said I'd have it. Shocked to then see I had been charged an extra €2.90 for a very tiny pot of gravy as I was eating the meal. The Pepsi with my meal was 90% water - Hardly a taste of Pepsi. I gave it to my husband to taste and he agreed. Why didn't I complain? Because I shouldn't have to. It's not worth the tension it would bring to my day. DO BETTER! I don't usually complain but in this case it's well deserved.

07/10/2024: A KFC like many others, but with a big difference. The employees go out of their way to help the customer. Our experience with KEITY and LORENA has been phenomenal. These girls have great potential and talent. God take care of them.

19/10/2024: The best chipper in Ireland. Big, hot, steamy chips portioned for the greedy. Delicious burgers, great fish and the most amazing fried chicken.
