19/05/2025: Fast food place in the city center. We ordered a chicken roll, which, just for presentation, left a lot to be desired. The tomato was on one side, the meat on the other, and the lettuce was missing... The taste was okay. The worst part was the taco/kebab, which tasted only average. They brought us the cheese, cold and unmelted, no joke at all. We asked if they could heat it up for us, but they told us they didn't have an oven. After 10 minutes, the waitress came out and asked what was wrong. We explained, and she asked if we wanted her to flatten it with the grill to melt the cheese, and we said yes. After more than 5 minutes, she gave us the COLD taco. The funniest thing was that it didn't have any CHEESE!!! It was supposed to be melted, but it wasn't. I assure you there was no cheese at all, just too much sauce. We won't go back to this place again; maybe to another one, because the food tasted good.

25/03/2025: Absolute rip off . Chose a bacon cheese burger. The cheese was a teaspoon of cheese sauce, tastless, and the bacon was so miniscule you could have sold it to a vegitarian. Never again.

02/06/2025: Not sure what the staff’s problem was, but I called at 4:49 today to place an order for collection. The guy who answered sounded like he didn’t want to be there. I started giving my order item by item, but he stayed completely silent — it felt like I was talking to empty air. I asked, “Sorry, did you get that?” and he just snapped, “YES,” in a really rude tone. I then asked him to repeat the order, because from my own experience working in restaurants, I had a feeling he’d gotten something wrong — and sure enough, he had missed an item. Before I could even ask to pay, he hung up. I called back and was told to just pay on collection, even though I’ve always paid over the phone (usually with the friendly girl who works there), as my housemate usually goes to collect it. At that point, he called out “Christy!” — presumably his colleague — and I just hung up before he came back on the line. If you hate your job that much, maybe it’s time to leave. Hey Capri owner(s), it might be worth checking in on what’s happening with your staff/standards. Based on recent reviews and experiences like this, you’re at risk of losing loyal customers.

16/05/2025: I went to burger king today with my family. We had 1 medium whopper meal with cheesy jalapeno fries with a sprite. 1 medium chicken bacon burger meal with an americano and 1 kids meal with an orange juice. It was euro 30.10. I thought it was expensive for fast food. The fries with the meals were tiny too. I've noticed I er the past few years that fast food is packaged to look cheap but in reality it's not. Like so many food places these days the value for money just isn't there. If I was to guess I'd say it costs burger king 3 euro to make a meal and they are charging 11 or 12 euro for it. Good for them if they can get it. I'm not going to be a customer any longer. Also the girl behind the counter today handing out the orders wasn't the most pleasant.

15/05/2025: We get takeaway from here regularly (for the last 2 years) and I often leave wondering why. It’s one of the few options when you’re in a hurry and by the time you realise they’ve messed up your order you’re halfway up the road and it’s too late. They have about a 50% success rate getting our order right. Usually an item is missing or we get the wrong item. Today, the double cheeseburger I ordered wasn’t dressed. Most of the time, the burgers are lukewarm (today was bo exception). Two weeks back the burgers weren’t even warm and had to go in the bin. The fries tend to be hot a little more often, but they’re also cold and soggy more often than they should be, It’s fast food. Not eocket science. But for whatever reason, this McDonalds just can’t get their act together,

The lady who served us with curly hair and glasses was very kind and friendly and made very nice recommendations. She went out of her way to check on us to see if we needed anything more throughout.
