26/08/2026: Very confusing at the ordinary screen, photos of meals notting like what we got. Also had to ask staff for the same thing 5 times and then go and point at it because none of them could understand me. Would not recommend. No value for money either 😕 staff look miserable

08/08/2026: Ordered online, food missing a few times, i thought nothing if it. I couldn't contact the restaurant, no contact details available besides an email. My order today was not delivered, noone called me and it was marked complete. Dead silence from the dysfunctional restaurant that i will definitely not be ordering from again.

14/07/2026: The first time a few weeks back I ordered a philly steak sandwich n chips the steak was tougher than old.boots and I mean that every piece was inedible..the chips was well worn out looking and they too was 3 chips and the rest in the bin..
Absolutely not a place I would recommend..in fairness how can you pass out that kinda food at a prime time like 6pm in the evening
22/06/2026: Unfortunately, our experience didn't match the many positive reviews. We ordered two burger meals, a 9" pepperoni pizza, chips and drink for €43.50, but it was poor value for money.
The pizza box was dripping with grease, the burger and bacon meat quality was very poor, and the chips were, overcooked, hard, tasteless.
The toilet facility also needed attention, no soap available and the toilet seat cover completely missing.
On a positive note, the staff were polite. We won't return.

08/09/2026: We're never informed that roosters had changed ownership and we were in there last week and my wife ate what she loves there but did not know that they had changed there ingredients and my wife has been sick since because she suffers from ulcer collinitis and has to be careful what she eats and we have been going to roosters in douglas for 4 to 5 years and never had a problem
20/08/2026: Disappointing portion sizes
Ordered the chicken wrap meal with mashed potatoes. As you can see from the photos, the mash barely filled a third of the container — basically two spoons of food. The wrap was alright, but the side portions are unacceptable for the price.

I was extremely satisfied with everything, from the delivery speed and the attractive packaging to the deliciousness of the food. It's rare to find such an affordable and delicious restaurant; a big thumbs up to the owner!

29/07/2026: All the takeaways in this town run and worked by non-nationals BUT Yvonnes is owned and run by local IRISH people and their burgers etc are lovely. Definitely the best place in Ennis for takeaway food
08/04/2026: I asked for fresh fish, and it very clearly wasn’t. There was the thinnest piece of fish and it was mostly batter the whole way through so in the end wss totally inedible to me. The chips were ok. Ordered some chicken goujons which were the only redeeming part. I started to read the reviews after I had ordered - so I regretted my decision fairy fast!

04/08/2026: Absolutely shocking experience today. Ordered specific items and got given cheaper burgers instead, lost me out on 4€. Also asked for extras on their hamburgers and got a patty in buns. The receipt & labels on the burgers said what I ordered but it wasn’t the product I ordered in the packaging. Absolutely shocking.
