09/04/2026: CAN NOT ANSWER A PHONE HERE!! Dont think I'll order here again. Rang multiple times, no answer. Decided to go in and order then they got the order wrong, had to drive back again when I realized to change the burger they messed up then the replace burger was wrong again thankfully I checked it at the counter. The really happy lady (SARCASM) working got me a replacement then without much apology or anything even though I had to drive back into town again to change it. This place not quite as bad as the Westport shop but it sure is getting there with the staff they have at the minute!

06/05/2026: I had a really disappointing experience at McDonald’s that I feel needs to be addressed. I was served by a staff member named Naoise, who was absolutely lovely—patient, polite, and genuinely kind. She handled my request professionally when I asked for extra caramel and went to check with a supervisor or team lead named Grace. Unfortunately, that’s where the experience completely went downhill. Grace reacted in an extremely unprofessional and aggressive way. She raised her voice, slammed the caramel down on the counter with unnecessary force, and then proceeded to speak about me while I was still standing right there at the window. It was uncomfortable, disrespectful, and honestly quite shocking to witness. There was absolutely no reason for that kind of attitude over such a simple request. Customers should never be made to feel like a problem or spoken about in that manner. I left feeling disrespected and singled out, which is not acceptable in any customer service environment. Grace clearly needs further training in professionalism, communication, and basic respect when dealing with customers. On the other hand, Naoise deserves recognition for maintaining a calm and friendly attitude despite the situation. I will be escalating this to head office, as this kind of behaviour should not be overlooked.

02/05/2026: Very Disappointed. Last night I ordered a cheeseburger with additional bacon medium meal and a chicken burger meal. I have attached a pic of the Cheese burger. Seriously!!! A 5.5 inch bundy and a 3 inch patty!. The fact that someone put this together and thought it was OK to give to a customer is shocking. I will think twice before using this branch again.

17/04/2026: Fantastic staff , helpful and efficient & professional 👏. I was expecting cold burger & chips because The food was prepared so fast. But in fairness that wasn't an issue. I visited mid to late lunchtime, and no que. To be honest my only disappointment was the very small portion of fries 🍟 ( please see photo ).

24/05/2026: Tasteless chicken burger, buns absolutely soaked in grease. Chips soggy, clumped together, no texture, and dripping oil. Delivery was quick, but the food was horrible.

03/05/2026: Look at the bloody instructions!!! Why bother forcing people to use the machine to order then don’t follow the instructions! I’ve gotten a taxi home with chips full of vinegar when I specifically asked to have none. You’ve ruined my food it’ll now go straight in the bin and it’s not the first time you’ve ruined my order! Honestly so frustrating! Won’t be returning!

05/04/2026: Just got home and realised they left out an entire burger, a Double Big Mac. That’s not a simple mistake; it’s being charged for something I never received. I have no tolerance for poorly run franchises with no customer service, no quality control, and no accountability.

05/05/2026: for a mcdonald’s, it’s extremely under par. i struggle to understand what change in management means you must wait in a bay for three saver menu burgers. on top of that, i haven’t received a dip in the last 10+ orders regardless of if i order one, or am supposed to get one with the nuggets i order. ultimately, this is poor and it makes the drive to antrim mcdonald’s from ballymena more worth it in the end.
