03/04/2024: The most disturbing and disgusting McDonalds experience we’ve ever had. The first Mcrestaurant where we aren’t allowed to have a glimpse at the making of the food as all of that section is hidden from us. The floor is dirty, the toilets are somewhere in the attic, you have to climb a lot of stairs and get a clausrophobic feeling while doing so. The food we received smelled rotten. Avoid this place at any cost if you can!!!

12/03/2024: Excellent. Superior food in it's class . Well cooked , not pale and soggy with grease like many other places. Staff are very pleasant and will cook the food the way you like it, if specific. One of the only locations that you can still get Plaice , would highly recommend.

06/02/2024: Tried their new spicy chips mmm yummy. Always well looked after when I get there. Joe's has the best mince taco chip. Nowhere has come close. Staff are great and always friendly.

01/01/2024: I just got my order delivered and it's a joke. Over €7 for a doner, that is 10 small chunks of meat (I counted) and sprinkle of lettuce in a wrap. And it's the size one of those ready made wraps too! Chips were old and unedable. Everything got chucked. SERIOUSLY?!

20/03/2024: Wouldn't normally bother rating McD's, but our order of drinks was wrong once we left the drive through, so I went inside and it got sorted without any hesitation. 10/10 for good service on a very busy Saturday morning. Food was solid too.

Plenty of food options to choose from at very affordable prices and generous portions.

I have been ordering form this place for the past 4 years and I can say for that past 7/8 months the quality just decreased. I tonight I doderd again and I received a too soggy kebab, not much meat, the cheese I paid extra for it was almost nothing. More likely will stay away for good.
04/02/2024: Ordered online delivery and said it would arrive at 17.45. Arrived at 18.20 and food was freezing!!! Not good enough

30/03/2024: Wouldn’t recommend eating here. Ate in the evening in March and it was colder inside than outside. Half the restaurant you weren’t allowed access because it had been cleaned however the other half which had many empty tables, was not cleaned at all and staff were too busy talking and had to be summoned by person cooking to come serve, this was after the self serve went into an error at the payment time. The food was tough and very greasy and went cold quickly as the air con was blowing on full blast over the food. Overall very disappointing.
20/03/2024: Food is good, in my opinion chicken burger is better than the one in McD’s. Clean, everything good.

16/04/2024: Ordered a McCrispy from the machine at the front. Didn't get an option to add pickles.
Payed. Asked the girl at the till can I have pickles on my burger please. She said "No" so then I asked why? So she turned around and asked the other staff standing around doing nothing why cant he have pickles?
They all got annoyed and said "COS HE CANT!"
Which I think was childish behaviour and just bad service.
I Don't recommend anyone use this place in mallow.

03/11/2023: Tried the Buffalo and ranch style chicken Burger and the chicken fillet burger late at night after a rough night of drinks at 2:00 am and have to say its soo satisfying and yummy worth every bite. Quite a queue for the same , however the wait is worth it. Will certainly try the other stuff available

tasted both the Chicken Filler burger and the Fish fillet burger and oh damn it was soo freaking good soul food 10/10

27/01/2024: Frist off orderd a 9inch pizza. Then they said I would be 10 minutes 20 minutes later food still not ready 1 hour later I got kicked out for wating too long I asked why I got kicked out thay said that they would not make my pizza I said but I payed and they said I did order 2 minutes later I see a kid walking out with my food . I know it was mine because it had my name on the receipt. Never going again
