01/02/2026: Too many chips which were soggy and tasteless. They overdid the covering of the cod. I went there a few years ago and was disappointed and nothing has changed.

08/04/2026: We’ve ordered from here regularly and always enjoyed it, but the last two orders have been really disappointing. This time we got a chicken kebab tray for €10.90 and it was very poor value – barely any chips, maybe half a chicken portion (if even), and just a small bit of sauce. It’s frustrating because we’ve been good customers, but the drop in quality and portion size is very noticeable. Unfortunately, we probably won’t be ordering again unless things improve.

24/04/2026: Extremely disappointing experience from Burger King Finglas. I ordered €45 worth of food via Uber Eats and received completely incorrect burgers. All four burgers were missing sauces, toppings, and fillings — they were basically just buns with a single chicken patty. This is unacceptable for a branded fast-food restaurant and does not match the quality expected from Burger King. For the price paid, the order was completely unsatisfactory. Very poor quality control and disappointing service. I have reported this issue further.

06/03/2026: Pita pit has some really great options. The best thing is that it has all the calorie content on the menu, which makes it easy to make an informed decision about what to eat. The food was lovely too.

02/02/2026: Ordered chicken tenders because I needed something quick. Waited 15 minutes for them to reheat two day old stale fried tenders on the grill. €10. I'd pay maybe €3 for these at a children's football concession, but this is garbage food. An extra star for lovely staff and service and the restaurant is clean, but I'm here for food. Their crisps were ok.

However, within 20 minutes, two homeless people came into the restaurant begging for food and money, which made us very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the staff didn't react, which we couldn't understand. But perhaps it's just become a habit. We would order again, but we do NOT recommend eating in.

06/05/2026: I had a really disappointing experience at McDonald’s that I feel needs to be addressed. I was served by a staff member named Naoise, who was absolutely lovely—patient, polite, and genuinely kind. She handled my request professionally when I asked for extra caramel and went to check with a supervisor or team lead named Grace. Unfortunately, that’s where the experience completely went downhill. Grace reacted in an extremely unprofessional and aggressive way. She raised her voice, slammed the caramel down on the counter with unnecessary force, and then proceeded to speak about me while I was still standing right there at the window. It was uncomfortable, disrespectful, and honestly quite shocking to witness. There was absolutely no reason for that kind of attitude over such a simple request. Customers should never be made to feel like a problem or spoken about in that manner. I left feeling disrespected and singled out, which is not acceptable in any customer service environment. Grace clearly needs further training in professionalism, communication, and basic respect when dealing with customers. On the other hand, Naoise deserves recognition for maintaining a calm and friendly attitude despite the situation. I will be escalating this to head office, as this kind of behaviour should not be overlooked.

10/01/2026: Started coming here after work as we work late locally, found ourselves become regulars due to the great food and always made feel so welcome by Josh. He always has a big smile and "well lads" regardless of how busy it is, unlike a lot of the staff here. He's a rarity in hospitality these days. Food is always spot on. Only issue i see is that they don't have security like all other takeaways in the area which does lead to a lot of undesirable sitting around you as you try to enjoy your food.

09/04/2026: CAN NOT ANSWER A PHONE HERE!! Dont think I'll order here again. Rang multiple times, no answer. Decided to go in and order then they got the order wrong, had to drive back again when I realized to change the burger they messed up then the replace burger was wrong again thankfully I checked it at the counter. The really happy lady (SARCASM) working got me a replacement then without much apology or anything even though I had to drive back into town again to change it. This place not quite as bad as the Westport shop but it sure is getting there with the staff they have at the minute!

08/02/2026: The Manger that served me was extremely friendly and helpful. (Male manager maybe mid to late 30's.) Really tasty burger. Shame they don't do Gluten free options though.

17/04/2026: Worst kebab ever Frozen chicken pieces with no flavour,no salad just small bit.of shredded lettuce and no chilli sauce .Chips were end of the bag and no salt or sauce given Absolutely terrible and poor service.Visiting the area but definitely would avoid even if desperate as I was.
