21/07/2024: Really impressed by my recent visit here. Service was impeccable and they even checked in to make sure that we were enjoying our meal which is more than you get in some fine dining establishements! Also love that they do veggie and vegan options so something for everyone! 10/10

21/09/2024: Great spot near the coast. Staff were helpful but line was really long. After about ten minutes when me and all of my friends had gone to the toilet we could finally order. Amazing milkshakes. Definitely recommend one. Prices were reasonable. Food was also nice enough. Not enough tables for all of the people that were there. Probably wouldn't recommend it if you're in a rush.
24/07/2024: I took 3 football teams in for dinner and the food and more importantly the service was brilliant! Thank you for accommodating 30 of us so well and quickly.

18/09/2024: I always bought it, but the last time, my order come wrong, and I asked the manager of Tower Street answered me super badly, asked me for the proof, passed me his WhatsApp I sent my request and he shouted at me on the phone, said that I did not know how to ask, that I was going to do myself a favor in sending another just because he wanted to, I ordered without pepper because I am allergic and he was more rude to me, to the point of screaming on the phone, I totally lost the urge to eat.
28/06/2024: This is a great place to get a take away staff are lovely and the food is delicious and great value food for the price and filling I would recommend everyone, theres variety of food for everyone

Oh and the junkies tapping at the door aren't the worst but still a bit annoying so it really is impressive that this place has such good ratings.
20/07/2024: Chicken burger dry, chips warm, gravy warm,1 piece chicken on the bone warm,nothing hot and can of coke warm . Tenders were fresh though and hot.

02/11/2024: Absolutely shocking and awful behaviour of the manager jenny and Helen towards staff, customers and uber eats driver, was there to have break fast around 10.30am. They were shouting and roaring on staff and uber eats drivers literally felt uncomfortable and having watching bare knuckle fights. My wife and kids wanted to leave half way in the breakfast as younger son burst into cries in the buggy, Once Jenny roars on someone over the window for serving wrong order. Place Absolutely deserve someone from crescent or jetland those 2 place are absolutely credible management. Castletroy never again. Zero star horrible place

07/11/2024: Great food I'd recommend the waffle fries and you get refills from the staff if you pay for the refill option. Didn't get dessert, not much variety for the dessert menu.
29/10/2024: Food is brilliant, the service is good but the guys could use a couple extra hands on busy times, the atmosphere gets noisy and very loud sometimes but to expect with large groups dining in.

15/11/2024: walked in and 2 minutes after sitting down the security guard threw me and my companions out. when i asked why we are being asked to leave they refused to tell us why and resulted in calling the guards. they have also multiple times have gotten are order wrong i donβt recommend going there
02/11/2024: This has to be the worst McDonald's in Ireland, no sign of our food, went to the counter and they didn't know where my order was, they said it was lost, then another girl said she's on break, someone else will look after you? Terrible customer service, terrible staff, I wasn't the only one looking for an order?

26/08/2024: Myself the good lady wife and daughter use this beach as we are about 30 mins away.
Hadn't really stopped for food here before but wow since the first time been a couple more because the pizzas are lovely and we enjoy a bag of really tasty chips to share.
Staff are lovely and you get a buzzer which is handy when waiting outside .
Cant comment on any other food as not tried but highly recommend what we've had.
16/08/2024: Best food we had all week on holidays. Friendly attentive staff, very clean, and outside enclosed seating area with kids play area. We'll be coming back next year. Phenomenal pizza chips kebab tray π
