05/03/2024: Service from Josh was 10/10 although he had accidentally charged 5€ too much (which is an understandable mistake as I was using the app) to my suprise the manager beraded Josh infront of myself and other customers for this, this type of behavior undoubtedly made myself and others feel uncomfortable and as if we were in a hostile environment I can only imagine how Josh and other staff feel working with her! Food was lovely and made very quickly. Manager was polite to me when I asked for sauce but to be a manger you need to be polite to staff and customers alike. Fantastic service from Josh who handled the situation well.

31/01/2024: awful experience to say the least. my dad who is an immigrant has trouble with english sometimes bc it’s his second language. he was trying to order a burger deal and asked if he could get the chicken substituted to beef. the lady who was takin our order was so incredibly rude, was rolling her eyes, making faces and proceeded to say “can u read”. i was literally apauled. she was so so disrespectful and rude. i asked to another worker who the manager was so i could complain but the lady who took our order was the manager.

22/03/2024: More flavour in a puddle of water

21/03/2024: I was hungry after visiting the art museum, and this store was a good place to get some quick fixes. Spicy fried rice and 3-in-1 (chicken nuggets, noodles) were delicious😋👍🏻 I think it's value for money at €16 for both menus.

03/04/2024: 3 rude incompetent women at the pay desk including the manager. Staff took 25 minutes to get trough 2 customer. I then ask for a refund and they give me cash after using my card. I then get told I’m rude even though I’m calm and collected and just want my refund on my card. The staff there including manager are challenged and have no understanding of reasoning.

03/04/2024: Food is always cold here, teenagers just hanging out messing around and throwing stuff, no where to stand while waiting if you self order and no one on the till to take an order. Whole process is very messy

20/12/2023: Wasn’t great , about 7 chips in the bag, never even asked if I wanted salt and vinegar. Chips are similar to Chinese style chips, I went the hamburger bar after and threw your ‘bag’ of chips in the bin 😂

29/08/2023: Wouldn’t request this place to anyone . Asked for curry sauce got cat food. Asked a waiter directions to the toilet and she showed me the front door step. Wouldn’t bring my dogs aswell the food is embarrassing . When I finally got to the toilet I opened the door and it fell off the hinges absolutely apauling!!!😡

30/08/2023: We shared one Mexican salad with extra veggies and it was pretty good and good value. The size was ok 👍 the dressing was ok not great. Maybe chopped too much? That was my impression.

29/03/2024: Was told piss out on the street, 12.20 and no chicken, for an established that is renowned for it's chicken. It used to be one of the best in killarney for as long as I can I remember but stay away at all cost. DISGUSTING. Absolutely disappointing
