09/03/2025: Unidentified green sauce ,flavourless chips ,dirty tables, slow service and a ice cream counter looks like it has never been used - would recommend 👍

07/03/2025: I've just had my foooddelivered from burgermac, got exactly what I asked for it was up within 15 mins and the delivery driver was lovely, thank u.shauna is an aboutley exceptional manageress, and kiesha is an absolute pleasure to deal with as a delivery driver.

07/03/2025: Food good. Owner ? Terrible. Very rude, condescending and treats customer/ staff very badly. Seen him on many occasions scold staff and customers alike. Sir, if you're this remember you're owed nothing, without custom your business will be nothing. Much better option is Sopranos Greendale.

11/03/2025: The toy is very scary and in all happy meals there is only one, because there is no other) on the ground floor they are not allowed to go to the toilet, you need to go upstairs with the children through the entire establishment. The signature children's burger contains only a cutlet, a cucumber and a bun 👍

21/03/2025: Pedido tanto a Malahide Road como a Sutton, recogido y entregado en ambos restaurantes y pase lo que pase, sin falta, la comida está fría. ¡No vale la pena gastar el dinero!

25/02/2025: He tenido problemas antes, así que no había pedido en un tiempo. Pedido a las 7:30. Llamado a las ocho y media. Dije que serían 5 minutos. Llamé de nuevo al 845 ya que ninguna señal decía que era con el conductor y como estaba tan ocupado y pocos conductores la comida estaba tardando. Recibí el pedido 5 minutos después, bebidas todas en la bolsa con la comida por lo que la comida no estaba tan caliente como debería ser. Ya sea por problemas de retraso o bebidas inseguras. Llamando ahora para quejarme.

09/02/2025: Level of courtesy and politeness exceeds all expectations. Young man serving me took my takeaway order, brought it to where I was waiting for it, and even held the door for me. What a pleasant experience. Well done Supermack's Ennis!

20/12/2024: Just after getting 3 bags of home made chips which were non edible redone and reheated looks like ye don't change cooking oil plus the burger was like rubber paid a nice sum of money for food that was once lovely to eat .But unfortunately den Joe's are slowly going down hill .I wouldn't go inside the door ever again unless they change their stripes . It's ridiculous food safety is gone out the window

08/12/2024: The food was delicious. The staff were friendly and mannerly. The restaurant was clean and comfortable.

29/12/2024: The potatoes and pita were ok. The bowl seemed a bit dry to me. If you are going to try the pita, keep in mind that here I put a lot of greens instead of potatoes.

13/10/2024: Asked for a chicken katsu bowl, got a weird katsu pita that was missing half its ingredients and tasted of nothing. Would not get this item again.

15/02/2025: Food is actually good but the front of house staff are the worst we’ve ever come across. Rude taking the order and even worse again when collecting our order. An online ordering system and delivery only might be a better option than this place!!!

18/01/2025: Food was fantastic but they mixed up orders and we got half of what we ordered and the rest was wrong which obviously we only realised when we got home. We still ate everything and it was fantastic however 👏

23/02/2025: Ordered food through the just eat app, the food arrived cold after paying extra for delivery even though we live 10 mins away. Food itself was not great the roosters in Blackpool is much better.

22/02/2025: Was here today and was quiet busy so didn't mind the wait for food and drinks, however we received our food before drinks arrived, them we received 1 drink and when my main came out it was wrong I had ordered a double burger not a single. When I brought this to the staff attention she came down with a receipt and told me that I had only ordered a single. Even though I had asked when ordering for a double, was then told that they could put in through as a double but I would have to pay and would be waiting at least 20 min again for food if I wanted the correct burger. When I said no I'd just have the single my drink then suddenly appeared with my plate. When I went to drink from the straw I tipped the drink slightly but the top was covered in milkshake that I didn't see,and I ended up being covered all down my front in milkshake. Will not be returning here just has the feeling that no staff care here at all.

15/02/2025: Was here Friday of last week ordered a triple cheeseburger from the drive thru but when I opened it up after I was gone it was a double cheeseburger in the wrapping of a triple cheeseburger. I emailed about the issue and was given a voucher for a free triple cheeseburger meal from McDonald's mallow and when I tried to use it today I was told that it's not possible and they aren't set up to take those vouchers

08/02/2025: 3 stars because... well... McDonald's is never good. Only eat there if I have absolutely no other choice. The place also divides people into the worth eating inside and the ones not worth it. Shame

18/03/2025: This place is dead. Staff has dirty t-shirts, food is cold and a disgusting smell of burnt oil coming from the kitchen. Stay away!!!
