29/07/2025: Dropped in for a snack .friendly service and the food is good too not amazing but did the job. Pizza was the highlight whereas the chip's weren't great. Reasonable prices too.

16/12/2025: Disappointing. The food is already overpriced, yet I was still charged more than the menu price for what I ordered. The quality has fallen off a cliff compared to years ago, making this an absolute rip-off. For the same money, you’d eat far better in a pub, and for less effort you’d get better food almost anywhere else. Chips tasted like they were fried in oil that hasn’t been changed in days, if not weeks. Chicken was completely tasteless. Garlic/mayo sauce was clearly not fresh. The “regular” portion is a joke—just more rice and one tiny extra piece of meat compared to a small. They’ve lost a long-time customer. If this is the direction they’re heading, it’s hard to see how the business survives.

14/12/2025: Used to be the best after pub/club kebab place in Dublin. Was in last night and the cost of food in there was always steep but now it's just extortionate. I was asked to take a seat and had the wrong order delivered to my table, then they brought my order and it was wrong twice. I say this to the guy and he loses his mind like it's my fault they didn't make what I asked for. Coming here for near on 20 years and I can't imagine I will be coming in again any time soon

28/09/2025: Very close to 5 stars! I got the curry cheese chips to go and the price is fair, my only issue was that it is very difficult to eat as the takeout box gets very messy due to the curry sauce (it spills out everywhere)—everything else is perfect! Service is mindful and kind, the shop is clean and is a relaxing place, I just hope the takeout boxes are changed

17/10/2025: If you visit Galway, Charcoal Grill is a must try, it’s very central and the food is banging!

12/10/2025: Right time, right place. And Chaka Aga was the man for the job! I had the lamb kebab and my son had the mixed kebab. We were hungry after a day of hiking the Cliffs of Moher and The Charcoal Grill did not disappoint. Thanks Shaka!

11/08/2025: I was there Sunday the 10th of August at 8.43am and the gentleman who served me, known as Lee Whelton was a brilliant worker, knows the running of the place and was so very helpful he was a star ⭐️!!

10/12/2025: I get 30 minutes for lunch and I have to drive there and back, so when they miss the seasoning for the limited edition fries that I have literally paid extra for, I don't have a chance to go back to sort. Frustrating as hell.

20/11/2025: It took an extremely long time for our food, we thought it was because we needed to customise the burger (allergy to cheese), so we could live with the wait. But when we drive off & looked in the bag, the one item that we asked to be customised was the only item not. It had everything on it. And to top it off, no straws in the bag for the drink.

21/11/2025: AWFUL!!! Ordered food at 6pm for a 45 minute delivery. They have the cheek to turn up at 8.30pm with freezing cold food. Not even a phone call to say it would be so late. Won't be going there again.

04/10/2025: Took an hour for delivery then delivered to the wrong house, bringing it back to the restaraunt making a new meal to take another hour

30/11/2025: Rebecca and staff at Sarsfields Rd. Ballinasloe were so helpful when I ordered party food for my daughters birthday party.

13/08/2025: Horrible foreign female staff member with glasses. Food horrible, no sauce in burgers or taco fries. Onion rings saturated in oil. €24 for absolute rank. Never again.

30/11/2025: Lads, during the order i asked to be called so i am not waking up the house i live in. No ph call and now you are unreachable.... for complain or sorry or explaination probably a nice chipper, but customer service in none....
