10/11/2024: This place does really good food 🥘 The Pizza in Papa John’s is really nice 👍 The only gripe I might have is the food is a little bit pricey but inside the decor is nice. Plenty of seating too. The Chicken Burger in Supermac’s is very nice and the sauce on the Burger is beautiful. 🍔

05/11/2024: Well it was packed with people which is a good sign. The lads didn't leave a thing, which is a good sign.

03/11/2024: Rude staff working at the drive thru. No thanks or goodbye, just slam the window in your face. Seems to be mostly kids working there that don't understand basic manners. The food was cold and the box of fries was half empty. Head office really needs to check on the Shannon location.

31/10/2024: Went in for breakfast. My daughter ordered pancakes, a McDonald's speciality. They had no syrup or butter but didn't mention it when they handed it over. She went to the counter as she thought they'd missed it out and they had none at all. What was the point? If she'd known she'd have ordered something else. Who eats dry pancakes? Disappointed.

29/10/2024: Very busy chipper with good reason.Called here on a monday evening and it was non stop busy.Counted 6 staff all flat out yet were very nice to deal with.Chips were top class i must say.Only negative is its too pricey for what it is.I had small chips,2 plain sausages and a tanora,it was €11.

27/10/2024: Im only leaving a star so I can post a review. Left waiting for a bag of chips for 15 minutes until I ended leaving this hole without anything.. 5 customers came in after me and all left before me.. when the place was empty I was left standing there while the staff blatantly ignored me.. I had not been in this place in years none of the staff knows me my mind boggles to what the problem was.. here's hoping they do it to the wrong person and the place becomes a write off

17/09/2024: Never again, this review doesn't make a difference to the amount of people that go into this place. But for my own sake I just wouldn't waste my time with the special needs staff that work there or at least that's what I think they are considering the way they treat customers. The food tastes like road kill and the chips are average and sometimes they get the order right.

27/10/2024: Good stop to eat some kebab or hamburger at reasonable prices in the center of town. Very small tables. Very well located in the center.

22/10/2024: Asked for a hot dog with no mustard. Tasted like they just scraped the mustard off the roll. So spicy my throat is still burning. Got crunchie mess ice cream expected it to be the same size as a Knickerbocker glory as it was the same price €7. It was much smaller like a screwball ice cream. WILL NEVER RETURN. I told the server that I didn't like the hot dog and she asked me why

16/05/2024: Really good fish and chips. Friendly guys working there. Best in town, where a lot of locals go.

03/08/2024: The burger and goujans were lovely the chips were a small portion watery curry bland and it's the price of them afterwards I looked at the receipt and couldn't believe they were that expensive. Their chips are definitely not worth it but I can't slate the rest of their food it was lovely and fresh.

13/07/2024: Me and my hubby are new in the area and decided to have a take away today. We have been very warm welcomed by Joe and his team. The food was delicious, very big portions and served extremely fast. Thank you guys, as I said you have gained now two more regular customers.

16/10/2024: Was driving through the town and fancied a bag of chips, pulled in and they were amazing. Crispy outside and soft inside.

08/10/2024: Excellent tourist area full of pubs where you can drink a good Guinness while listening to live Irish music. If you come to Ireland for tourism, a visit to this neighbourhood is a must.

29/10/2024: I am very disappointed in McDonalds, I was looking forward to a nice oreo mcflurry all day just to be told the ice cream machine was broken . As you can tell I was extremely shocked and distraught when I heard the news about the ice cream machine not working as I was no longer able to get a mcflurry. I would like to start a petition to have inspections of McDonalds ice cream machines weekly so no other customer should have to go through this emotional rollercoaster i have went through today. I will be sending a very strongly worded letter to Mr. Mcdonalds aswell to express my experience

21/10/2024: I ordered a wrap and i only got lettuce and chicken in it when that wasn’t what i ordered in the wrap. I was waiting for 30 MINUTES and didnt even get what i wanted, im very annoyed.

16/09/2024: terrible service new lady forgot my order then accused me for not paying she was forgetting multiple people's orders in line too. Didnt seem trained shouldnt be left alone in the stall to mess up everyones orders

30/08/2024: We need this chippie where I live. Fast, cheap, convenient and very very tasty. Best fish & chips in a very long time. The lady who served us was very accommodating and the nicest. Cod & chips and bread & butter on a bench watching the sea. Wonderful

09/11/2024: Very disappointed in many levels. After long road trip I stopped by with the family to get some food. Food not as taste as in other Supermac's, hair in the burger, place was filthy, had to clean the table myself, floor was covered with leftovers. Toddler chairs were sticky with the amount of dirt on it. Service was very disappointing, not welcoming atmosphere either. Was waiting for the food quite long, there was family that arrived after us and got food served before us. It wasn't busy. Eight staff working on the floor at the front and have the state of the restaurant at this level it's just shocking, looked like everyone was working there as had no other choice and been dragged to work by the hair. Not recommending at all, won't stop by, even if I got paid to do so.
