The best restaurantsof fast food

25/07/2026: Had to change this after 2 horrible experience there. The quality and the service dropped massively. Not be able to order anything aside a small set menu, even after we explained our allergies. Very awful service We went over tonight as a group and we got a very limited menu choice (not the usual one) which included a very small selection of not so great choices.. The only thing that was somehow decent was the hamburger, but unfortunately it contained a strong airborne allergen for my wife and couldn't order. We were not offered any alternative, no other burger or anything from the normal menu... so I told the server that unfortunately there was no option and we were not going to order food.... and we didn't. Got 2 pack of crisps because we were starving and as soon the rest of the group finished we went somewhere else for food. Ah on top of it, in the group there was a kid with severe issues with food due to neurodivergency... the father informed them day before and asked for garlic bread if possible (which is availablein the normal menu... ) they refused to bring that initially because not part of their set small menu..... manage to get after many protests... Sorry, I loved the place before, but now I will go somewhere else. So if you are so busy you will have not to worry about this costumer

24/07/2026: I entered the Dark Horse Bar & Kitchen around 2:30 pm. There was only a few people enjoying their meal and drink. It gave me the opportunity to see the upstairs and return downstairs to eat and drink. I chose the Fish and Chips with a Guinness. The upstairs has pool tables and darts. An eight minute walk to the Athlone Town Bridge. Vhuntermassage LLC

21/07/2026: Been going to this chipper since I was a child, I love it! The staff are always so lovely and the food is top notch, it would definitely be my favourite chipper. Portion sizes are great too.

03/05/2026: Lovely chips made from real potatoes. The fresh cod was nice but was in the chiller first so would have been even better if it was freshly dipped in the batter then fried to have a crispy batter.

07/07/2026: It's. Great place to stop. There is everything needed- self service insomnia coffee. Also sit in and take away insomnia coffee. Supermacs, subway. Petrol station of course. The best 99cone and ice creams with toppings. Basically something for everyone in the family. We always stop there as it's so many options until one roof

05/04/2026: Staff member at the drive thru this evening, Easter Sunday, cannot count. Told me I was a €1 short, then told me I was €0.10 short. I told him to count it again, for a third time, as it was correct.
