31/05/2025: Found a bone in my burger! And got called at around half ten at night and questioned about it! Yesterday around 6 pm I ordered chilli bean nachos and a chicken burger through Deliveroo. The nachos were decent but while eating the chicken burger I nearly chocked on a chicken bone that was inside it. I didn’t want to cause too much fuss so went onto the Deliveroo app and selected the something else wrong option to report it and chat with an agent. I chatted with a lovely agent Bernard who wanted to make it right and gave me the option of a reorder from the restaurant, a credit to my Deliveroo account or a refund. I chose the credit to order something else another time. I got an email straight away confirming the credit and thought that was more or less the end of it but I might report it to the FSAI at another time. The bone was fairly big and looked like half of the wishbone. But then at half ten pm I received a call from the restaurant through the Deliveroo Dublin number. I was a bit surprised to be called that late and answered thinking someone I knew was in trouble or something. But no it was the restaurant. He started off saying I was a regular customer and then asking me about the credit refund request. I told him about the bone but then he wasn’t listing to me and started asking me and questioning me why the option for incorrectly cooked items was selected for the reason for the credit. I told him that was what the agent from Deliveroo selected after the bone found and anyway that’s beside the point there was literally a bone in my chicken burger I could have easily chocked on. After that he started going on about how it’s a chicken breast and there couldn’t have been a bone in it. Felt like I was being gaslight. And I told him I had a picture of it and was so confused and upset by the call. Anyway after a couple of minutes of this questioning late at night he eventually let me go and ended the call. I’m writing this review just to let people know what happened. I didn’t make too much fuss about the bone when I found it and only requested a credit for the €8.80 value of the burger but then I got a shocking reaction my integrity was questioned late at night. Anyway food there is normally decent but how I was treated after was horrible.

08/05/2025: Best Supermac's in Clare! Very clean and staff are super friendly; especially the the manager, Silvia, who's always very accommodating to make sure your experience is a positive one 😁

13/02/2025: Típicamente un lugar encantador y uno que tendría nombres de una de las mejores pizzas en corcho, pero gracias al gerente (Ciara) nunca pedirá desde aquí de nuevo. Tono grosero y terrible la comida se enfrió incluso que viven a poca distancia y no hay satisfacción solo un gerente que no conseguiría un trabajo para la peor empresa de servicios al cliente que existe

08/03/2025: Best kebab 🤤 and pizza 🍕 since first visit, friendly staff and awesome food, I try pizza in Italy 🇮🇹 I try kebab from Turkish etc but not many can compare to my favourite “Top Pizza” btw if you can’t stand waiting 10/15/20 min until your order even small will be make there’s no other place where you can literally get food you need by step in and step out ⏰ salad 🥗 meat 🥩 always fresh not like others 🤢🤮 so don’t waste money and time in any other place as that “take away” will take you another level of taste 🤤

21/04/2025: Absolute rubbish. Never get orders right. Staff couldn't care less. The orde was supposed to be a 1/4 pounder with cheese. Not sauce, no salad, nothing. Just cheese.

30/03/2025: Staff are awesome and food is amazing. Totally worth a stop if your in the area. I recommend the chicken tenders and the bacon and cheese burger. One of the best Supermacs. Thanks!!!

Their customer service is excellent, with staff who are friendly, respectful, and always welcoming. Food preparation is quick, so you never have to wait long, even during busy times. The way they deal with customers shows real professionalism and care. If you're in Kilkee and craving great pizza, Ali G Pizza is the place to go. Highly recommended!

20/04/2025: Food is just so underwhelming. Utterly tastless. A group of 8 lads who all ordered something different and none of us were satisfied. Good service, young lad behind the counter is sound but the food is utter rubbish. Chips taste like cardboard, chicken like plastic and the burger like rubber. Don’t see how they’ll last much longer

19/04/2025: Good McDonald's but there is a clear room for service improvement, the floor was full of salad 🥗 pieces and a risk of fall/slip. The staff are polite and kind.

08/06/2025: Had a great day out in McDonald's food was lovely. Very fast service was not waiting long. Two staff members Haley and Wiktoria very friendly and helpful.

27/05/2025: Very good place to eat out. The food is fresh and tasty, the chips/fries are very delicious and not soggy. The piri piri comes in different hotness options so it can be suitable for anyone. The grilled meat has a wonderful flavour and texture.
