05/11/2024: We (parent & child) went in on a Monday evening, looked cosy and quiet. The waitress (with differently shaped ears) looked at us like we where there to rob the place and moved on from us without seating us. So we went back out and came in through the gift shop. The lady at the till with glasses was very polite and brought us through to a nice polite lady from the kitchen staff in the restaurant, who asked the same original waitress (with the differently shaped ears) to look after us as we wanted to eat. The waitress (with differently shaped ears) still looked at us like we were armed robbers and followed the said kitchen staff into the staff area asking (loudly) what's going on?? So we just left and thanked the lady in the gift shop on way out. First and last time there. Terrible waitress service. We ate elsewhere.

20/09/2024: Disappointed with the size of fish fillet from the takeaway.The fish was ok but the batter could have been a little bit more crispy, the chips were quite average but a good amount, For €13.50 it doesn't represent good value for money.

30/10/2024: Gate 335. can someone in Dublin Airport build a walkway to these gates. An overfull shuttle bus is not my idea of getting to the gate in comfort. Surely there is a Health and Safety issue here. Despite several written complaints about these gates, to date I have not had the courtesy of any response.

20/10/2024: I think this airport terminal two has a nice vibe to it. The decor is pleasing on the eye and the toilets are clean with a machine just outside that you can rate the cleanliness on. The bar is ridiculously priced as a lot of airport bars are , however I think this is above expected prices and there's nothing special to justify them.

21/10/2024: Good prices for being inside the airport, it was most likely the same smoothie and cost the same… I took the large glass and it cost me about €6 I chose the dragon fruit flavor and I have to say that it was very delicious and recommended. I don't know if they are very healthy or not, since they add a large amount of yogurt or ice cream, I don't really know what it was. Yes, it is true that the staff could have been a little friendlier… At least waiting for the plane became more enjoyable for me 😀

19/10/2024: Juices are great. I asked no ice, got ice, asked for a spoon to remove it, girl removed it by hand 🤢 had a glove on from preparing it, but still not ok.

18/10/2024: We came to the place to buy a meal but unfortunately the manager came to us and told us in a disrespectful way that they're closed and that they will open at 4 pm for another 6 months .As we were leaving, we realised that the timetable isn't updated on the main door of the building.

28/09/2024: The worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life. Chicken is not even chicken

06/10/2024: We ordered food from here and they got the order wrong. They said the next time we ordered we could have the meal we were supposed to get. We rang to avail of what was offered by them and they said there is nothing on their system. The lady on the phone was very dismissive and rude and said she didn't care. Would never order from here again. AVOID!

28/09/2024: Used to be the best chinese takeaway in swords now, €50 takeaways doesnt get you prawn crackers with your meal.

29/10/2024: Super service, the fries aren't crispy and the burrito was overly saturated but it's a nice place to grab a bite to eat before flying.

04/10/2024: A delicious goat cheese on sourdough accompanied with Berry tea, just now Oct 4th 11:30 The 2 staff on duty just now here in The Pavilions are 6 stars, happily assisting everyone where needed. I was carrying multiple bags, so they brought everything to the table and even a hot water refill. Well worth the break, and I hope the staff receive some acknowledgement for being so good.

01/10/2024: O'Briens is a guarantee for sandwiches. Always. We use to go when we have the chance. But in the pavilion is for sure the worst we have been to. It's Tuesday and is not so busy, all the tables are dirty and full of trays with stuff. I moved stuff and cleaned myself to have a seat. And The girl at the till is absolutely unkind. I understand working with customers is hard and sometimes a challenge and we all have a day no, but this doesn't allows her to treat people with complacency.

16/10/2024: Appreciate everyone makes mistakes but last two orders wrong when I got home after collection. Food is nice but I will need to try elsewhere now.

05/10/2024: Scam artists Sticking things on the bill that weren't ordered and giving thing's that where more expensive than what was ordered All in all nice and friendly as their going through your pockets And the 3 flavour sauce is too oily Much to be done here Such a shame as it was our daughters birthday
