25/02/2025: The Spice bag gave me the runs and I missed a day of work, don't order from this kip. You'll see soon enough that they are rat infested I'd say.
06/02/2025: Excellent food.. lots of options. friendly owners as well. The food is packed in a nice insulated bag which is a good touch. Free prawn crackers as well with the order. What else can we ask for?

15/01/2025: Honestly, really used to enjoy ordering from this place. It's very unfortunate that I have to avoid it now. Last time we ordered from here we found multiple hairs in the beef dish. Very unhygienic. Seems to have deteriorated quickly in recent months as we used to order frequently.

13/03/2025: Small spice bag, overcooked chips and popcorn sized chicken mostly batter and little if any peppers and onions. €9.50 with water plus card charge €0.50. Waste of a tenner and won’t be going back again.
23/02/2025: Used to be good. Very poor food, chips soggy, vegetables don’t exist and no seasoning on food.
They just serving anything anyhow hoping you won’t come back and complain.

14/02/2025: I called them for delivery and they were not helpful at all. As we all know nowadays everyone use card instead of cash
The person who answered the phone asked me to order online as I wanted to pay by card.
When I tried to order online the poxy app wouldn't let me pay for some reasons. So I called them again and said I'll order and pay by card on the phone but they didn't want to....so ended up without food.
*I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THE ONE STAR IF I DIDN'T HAVE TO CLICK ON IT TO POST THAT REVIEW*

19/02/2025: Staff are clueless and ignorant in equal measure. How can a customer walk into a store and be glanced at and ignored for 5 minutes by 5 different staff members?
23 minutes to make a small pizza and one side order placed online. Pizza wasn't worth the wait.
18/01/2025: Ordered delivery off website. Food took over an hour but that was not the problem. Was missing chips from order so rang up and politely informed Rachel who was working on the counter. She was very rude and clearly not happy. She didn’t ask us the order number so just rang to give the adress as we didn’t know if she knew it or not and got a snappy reply that it was on its way. Wasn’t too happy with this but I assume she was busy and had a long day but what arrived was actually crazy. €5 for a handful of cold and clearly old chips which were forgotten from the order is actually ridiculous. I get it we all make mistakes and I’m not blaming anyone but that is unacceptable.

17/03/2025: We ordered the food, they didn’t tell us they was here. Left the food at reception for anyone to take and by the time we called to ask where our food was it was freezing cold sitting downstairs. When I rang and questioned this the lady told me I need a new phone??? Like what? I had no missed calls, tested my phone it works. They NEVER contacted me. Weird service from them.
09/03/2025: My new favourite Chinese in Swords. The food is really nice. I go for the Healthy Option, which is chicken and mixed veg and S&S sauce. It's really tasty and not super salty, which I find off putting. Not keen on the green peppers but the y are always happy not to add them to my order. Staff are super nice. While this business runs as a takeaway, there is limited seating. Cheaper than LinnKee, and lovely food. Recommended. (Parking is a pain though!)

12/04/2025: Disaster… placed an order waited 25min and just asked for refund as the food was nowhere near ready… this is badly managed and organised, letting hundreds of people order at the kiosk but just unable to keep up… if you’re under time pressure do not order. Not even a bit of care for customer and poor staff that’s stressed out to the limit.

Butter Chicken was so sweet and chicken hard.
Lamb garlic masala turned out to be chicken and just too salty to eat.
Bhaji was okay. There was a customer who was trying to return food as bag had split and was told not my problem.

18/12/2024: Third time getting Ginos in lusk and it will be my last asked for a double burger meal and the burger that was handed out was a disgrace phoned up and one of the staff they do 2 double burger meals a kids one and a salad double burger with everything on it considering it was a 40 year old ordering the meal not where the confusion was two meals previous where shocking aswell just terrible service not giving a shit when I phoned up and complained
12/10/2024: The pizza from the young man was top notch, best pizza I’ve ever had in Dublin bar none! Excellent Gluten Free options as well if needed!

21/11/2024: Iv orderd a few times, my son perfers here, well not anymore ..they tryed to tell me I ordered for collection even tho I had the delivery payment to prove.food was 2 hours late and they still asked for another 3.50 at the door and gave us the food absolutely freezing. Couldnt even reheat it , was already like bricks in a bag. All went in the bin,such a waste.Been sitting there the 2 hours. Never never ever again. I'd give no stars if I could.
