16/06/2026: Always get Americano or fruit juice and quality is always perfect.

08/06/2026: Staff always on phones making the coffee, burnt milk, bad espresso base to start with. Almost €5 for a foamy cappuccino. All glassware is far from clean, stains on all teaspoons and seating area always messy. Very unwelcoming vibe. Very badly managed.

03/07/2026: If I could give no stars, I would. Absolutely awful service, attitude and food to top it off. Ordered online, nearly an hour later the food get delivered except it gets delivered to my neighbours who kept the food for about 15 mins before dropping it into me. I rang the chipper to complain my food was cold as it was sitting in another persons house and I was not happy, the girl on the phone hung up on me and when I tried to ring back MULTIPLE times, the phone was disconnected so I rang off another phone and miraculously got through straight away to the same girl who handed the phone to the owner or manager where he shouted down the phone at me, told me they didn’t block my number even though they definitely did. I reported them to JustEat, never got a refund. Food was STONE COLD and I was basically told ‘it’s not our problem love’ don’t call me love first of all and it is your problem. Maybe make sure food PAID for in advance gets delivered to the right house? And maybe don’t block your customers numbers from ringing to complain? Disgusting service all around.

30/06/2026: I drove 40 minutes to this chipper for Gluten Free food . When ordering my food I was reassured that it was "gluten free" & my order would take longer than the rest of the families as it was cooked completely separate 🤥 Absolutely sick as a dog after it was in bed for two days, stomach cramps & vomiting, if gluten intolerant id stay away . Would not recommend this chipper at all .

18/07/2026: horrible service, they would not except my voucher and started being aggressive and rude for no apparent reason and saying the money would be deducted from her salary 😂😂 when asked other stores they said they accept the vouchers at nomad such petty people. would not recommend.

15/07/2026: Tried the porridge twice... Second time was worse than the first ... Grey tasteless gruel.... Pity I was told it was delicious... Not my experience...pity

23/07/2026: What can I say. Please check all of the one star reviews. This is the worst McDonald's in the entire of Ireland. At least every third or fourth time they neglect to put something into the order that you have ordered. Buyer beware!!

05/05/2026: I went here for a meeting and got a latte and a croissant. First the good, the staff was very nice and the lady who took my order was smiling and helpful. The croissant was heated in the oven instead of the microwave and was lovely. The coffee however was extremely disappointing. The latte tasted like a mug of steamed milk a little of coffee flavouring mixed in with a spoon. It did not seem that the barista had touched my coffee. I knew there was a reason why I don’t visit Starbucks and the coffee today consolidated that! If coffee is the main selling point, I expect a latte to have coffee in it not to just have crossed paths with coffee on the journey to my table!

09/06/2026: The service was very attentive and friendly, can't fault it. Guinness was very tasty. Salmon was well cooked but unfortunately the dish was very under seasoned and I had to add a lot of salt and pepper to make it taste of anything. Portion size also quite small and left me still feeling hungry. Prices obviously inflated for the airport hotel location, but even then feels a few € too much for what you get.

01/08/2026: Ordered 2 fish and 2 chips.. When got home , the chips were not cooked through.and a smaller then normal portionsize .. first time ever to see chips this pale . Very disappointing...

14/07/2026: Ordered for delivery and couldn’t have been happier. I got the Quarter Pounder, battered sausage, and smoked cod, and everything arrived hot, fresh, and well packed. The burger was juicy, the battered sausage had a lovely crispy coating, and the smoked cod was cooked perfectly. You can really tell they use good ingredients. Fast delivery and great food .I’ll definitely be ordering again!

31/07/2026: Ordered a Large meal and a regular McFlurry. Collected my order and it was missing a drink so I had to let the staff know. Once I was out of the place, I realised I was given a Mini Mcflurry too. At that point I didn’t bother going back in. Waste of money

31/07/2026: Omg the The worst restaurant I've ever seen. Dirty is an understatement. The manager doesn't see anything. The food is very poor quality. Only after I pointed out that it was dirty did they start cleaning. The kitchen staff were laughing and joking, and there was no one to clean.

29/07/2026: Ordered a takeaway tonight. There was hardly any meat on the ribs. The salt and chilli chicken had far too much chilli powder. The noodles smelt bad. Its was chuncks of very overcooked noodles. The chicken balls were so greasy and mostly just batter. I've ordered from Mr. Wu plenty of times but this takeaway was definitely the last time.

05/05/2026: I ordered BBQ ribs ,4 in it , hardly any meat on any of them ,at least sometimes you might get two big ones and two small,defo not worth 8 euro,and asked for extra BBQ sauce on and they put less in than they normally would,won't be ordering again

24/07/2026: My takeaway was packed in a torn paper bag that had been repaired with tape. The sticky side of the tape was inside the bag and came into contact with my food. I raised my concerns with the restaurant, but they didn't seem interested. I was disappointed with both the food packaging and the customer service.

05/06/2026: Food is good quality though Chicken Balls a little overdone. What is noticeable is the portion sizes (even the rice!) have reduced by, I'd say 20-25%, in recent months

04/08/2026: Rude staff. Food came cold wouldn’t offer a refund told me it was my fault it came cold. Proceeded to ring me back and abuse me over the phone. Wouldn’t ever recommend ordering from here no solution to anything RUDE RUDE RUDE.

26/06/2026: The restaurant opens at 10am on Sunday morning, which is quite late to take a breakfast. We waited for it to open. The food is not fresh. We ordered a strawberry smoothie and when it finally arrived, it was brown ( most probably old and oxydised). The food quantity in the plate was small compared to the price paid. For example my partner took a breakfast with bacon and was served a mini slice of bacon. 1 only. After the meal, the whole family did not feel well ( digestive issues). The staff is ilunfriendly and careless. WiFi given for customers is not even working. Better not to offer WiFi than offer and not working. Never again.

04/06/2026: Extremely expensive. Served by a very rude worker. Asked for the WiFi code and was told it wasn't working. Food was lovely, but our 2 servers were rude. No smiles or eye contact made. Clean, but wouldn't return .
