Starbucks Swords Pavilions

04/08/2025: Love this place so much. Is my personal office, I come here almost every week to work on my computer and have a time with myself. The busy atmosphere plus the massive vertical windows from ceiling to bottom floor makes this Starbucks an immaculate place to have a breathtaking and relaxing experience. Okay, maybe too much hahaha, but I really love it for real. Also the business of the place is a plus sometimes, lively and full of joy.
22/06/2025: Why we were given the coffee we ordered in a takeaway cup Even though we clearly mentioned it's for dine in? Is it because of our skin colour?

18/08/2025: I really enjoy this place. The coffee is excellent. The view is also fantastic. And staff is very friendly. It’s a great place to relax, work, or catch up with friends.
The only downside is the cleanliness. The floors, tables, and chairs are always dirty, which take away the pleasant atmosphere.
14/06/2025: This place is very slow with staff, 4 people behind the counter doing something but couldn't figure out what exactly and me one person waiting to be noticed and served. Place extremely dirty. Papers and crumbs all over the floor and sits. Staff coming to wipe the tables put totally not paying attention to all other dirt and rubbish. Why Costa is this expensive then? What do we pay this much for ??? Definitely not coming back here, and unfortunately had very similar experiences with other different location Costa so, maybe that's their "style".

10/07/2025: When you stay at the Clayton airport at Dublin hotel you don’t really have a choice but to eat here. We had two pasta dishes each. Food was tasty and reasonably priced but bowls not full. They were only warm and had too much liquid/ water not sauce.

01/06/2025: Always get a Roxy and they made my order wrong, well it was my fault they said Becuase I didn’t saying I didn’t want ketchup even tho it said no where about a sauce on the baguette. Your one of the phone was so rude. Don’t even bother ringing if your food wrong because they blame you. Never again after the way she spoke to me.

01/11/2024: Genuinely never order from here. 1 and a half hours after i ordered i rang and asked where my order was and they claimed they had delivered to the wrong address and when i asked for a refund they stated “someone had called them and changed the address” which did not happen. They just wanted to get away with not giving a refund. Never order from here save ur money and get a Dominos
27/10/2024: This is good for takeouts/ delivery because it doesn’t have a place to dine in. The food was really nice though. I got garlic and cheese fries and asked for extra jalapeño, the garlic is very overpowering so I do not recommend if you are not a garlic person. The pizza was good, the chicken tenders were a little dry but they come with sweet chilli sauce so I guess that’s fine. The food took 15mins so that was good. Overall 7/10

Undercooked burger and absolutely terrible for something that cost me over 20euro to eat.
Staff were very loud also and I did not enjoy my time in the restaurant
05/06/2025: Not a very pleasant place tbh and staff are quite rude becaue they are in SWORDS ...my self and my daughter called in to get burger and chips ....tbh i was very disappointed it cost around 50 euro for 2 sub par burgers ,the chips were good but the burers were awful ...my daughter said that I would make better ...this wasn't the experience I was expecting and my daughter didn't eat hers .....

28/06/2025: One of their signature dishes is “Crispy Chicken Wings” with hot spicy sauce. I was not disappointed, they were great. Ordered the full portion with a side of onion rings, great snack meal.
Service was good.
03/06/2025: The food was just ok. Our fries were barely warm. My burger was flavourless. Waste of money and calories

Not sure who cleans the bathroom but they'd want to be checking them
I was told toilets at the top of the stairs, which was the mens didn't see a women's
Bursting for the loo I took my chances and entered thankfully nobody was there
The toilets 3 of them were un-useable, pubes all over the seats , now being a men's bathroom is neither here nor there, the absolute filth was shocking, needless to say I left
20/03/2025: Do not be eating this kind of horrific deli food atrocious turkey and ham is like plastic sausages are cheap mass produced look after your health stay clear

21/08/2025: Was really disappointed yesterday, delivery waiting more than 1 hour, we live nearby to Thaima. Prawn salt chili was dry, just salt nothing else. Not recommended anymore.
11/07/2025: My favourite Chinese takeaway around Ridgewood/Boroimhe/Swords. Extensive menu with some more original items and always consistently good. Staff and delivery drivers super friendly. Delivery and collection always super quick too. Can't fault them although it would be good to get a few free prawn crackers if the orders are over 25-30 euro 😉

17/05/2025: Hadn't ordered from here in over a year before tonight. I stopped because of price, not quality... The food was always excellent. Just got ribs tonight and they were as dry as the Sahara desert. Almost like they were kept warm for hours in a dry oven and just had the sauce added before collection. very disappointing and not what I expected based on past experiences. Sorry to say, but I won't be back

14/07/2025: I ordered beef fried rice from them around 10:45pm- 11pm, asking them would they be able to deliver it to my house like leave it outside as I won’t be home from work until 1am. They were very attentive and making sure about everything as well. The only thing that I think it’s not good is that the beef fried rice is a little bit bland. Other than that everything is good. Either way , I’m very grateful and thank you for doing it for me.

03/06/2025: A woman behind counter serving customer whilst banging and slamming bins shut, and cursing under her breath. I was with my little girl and the two of us were so scared that it was our turn next that we turned on our heels. She then said ARE YOU OK... so I told her I definately was not ok with her cursing in front of my child. Totally unacceptable. Everyone has bad days at work but try to conceal it next time maybe.
