19/07/2024: It used to be lovely. Gone downhill, they don't care about their customers anymore. Obviously have the business. Food and service is poor.

08/10/2024: Very disappointed. Asked if it was possible to make two white mochas with oat milk and they said yes. Proceeded to pay and waited patiently. After realizing she used dark mocha and dairy milk I was confused and asked if that was ours. The lady screamed at us and proceeded to be very rude me and my friend were quite upset we then just took the wrong ordered coffee and wished her a good day where she replied saying she had a bad day. Everyone can have a bad day you shouldn’t treat others like that.Will never come here again.

08/11/2024: Depends on what your looking for . TV can very loud and when they have had djs or a quiz also very loud. Staff ok, all friendly but lounge staff taking and bring orders to your table , forget about it very poor. The bar man / women is more likely to bring your drink to you than the table Staff . Dave head barman is very nice person and an asset to the business. Overall this place badly needs a refurbishment and appears very drab and dated. The drink is good the staff also and If you live close you'd go there but if you didn't live close there is nothing to bring you there.

02/10/2024: I have been a client since they first opened in Swords years ago and unfortunately I don’t think I will order again. While I understand prices are reviewed from time to time, it has now become very expensive for a takeaway. My last order came to 27 euros for a starter and a main. Firstly, I got the gyoza for starter and was a bit surprised to get 5 pieces instead of the 6 announced on the website. My beef main was close to 16 euros… add to that 4 euros mandatory delivery charge as you can’t pick up from Rush anymore and a cheeky 50 cents « processing » fee ( please explain what costs is that even covering). It should be called « taking the mickey » fee in my view. I also find the food quality has gone down significantly, the beef in my dish the last time tasted a bit weird and was quite chewy.

15/11/2024: Always impossible to park here due to the large number of taxi drivers that McDonald's allow to use the car park as a waiting area.

02/08/2024: I've been here twice. The first time I asked the Sette Hot Honey. All good with this, delicious. But yesterday I bought a Margherita and when they delivered it to me I realised that there was no basil in it. I told them again that there was a mistake and they said they were out of basil. Why didn't they tell me before I paid for a Margherita? Bad practice.

23/10/2024: My name is Gerard Keane. For 37 years, I was Ireland's National State Offshore Oil & Gas Certifying Engineer for exploration, development and production activities. I regularly visit the Bakers + Baristas café in the Pavilions shopping centre in Swords, County Dublin. I've come to know Ella (Manager), Ioana, Mary, Alina, Fernanda, Jasmine, Rafaela and all the team very well. This review is to record my pleasure in knowing them. They are extremely welcoming, friendly, hard-working and overall very nice ladies, with great personalities and great attitude. Regarding their work, they are a total credit to the café. They are always multi-tasking, without stop: Serving customers at the counter; Clearing vacated tables; Cleaning the floor and seats; Restocking the food and drinks cabinets, etc. Because of their efforts, the café is always in top-class condition, because they are top-class people themselves. I wish them all the very best into the future.

22/09/2024: Unfortunately had a very mediocre experience here earlier today. The girl on till/making food was amazing, but the girl making coffees couldn't have seemed less pleased to be there. Got the order wrong of the customer ahead of me and then gave me an iced caramel latte (that was €5.20!) which wasn't even full to the top and tasted rather unpleasant. She also seemed annoyed at every request, from both colleagues and customer. Wouldn't return

15/10/2024: This is a fantastic high end retail food emporium with quality food and produce. Shop in comfort with knowledgeable employees to help you find the perfect product for you. Fish, meat and vegetables are all specialty items so always worth a visit. They Sl’s have a fabulous restaurant and coffee shop attached so there is the opportunity to have a lunch or a decent coffee as you shop in peace.

28/09/2024: Went here for breakfast last thurs week. Breakfast looked good on picture. I ordered full breakfast and my wife only wanted tea and toast. Sat for about 15 min. We got a tiny pot of tea and breakfast consisting 2 streaky rashers,2 sausages and 2 eggs. No pudding, no mushrooms, no beans and no tomatoes. 2 slices of bread that was crispy but not toasted. My wife had to ask for her tea and toast. The she waited for a tiny cold pot of tea and again white toast. We hsd to ask for milk. Butter was limited and tea was cold with no top up. It was the worst breakfast ever and the ser ers didn't seem to know what they were doing,so very slow. Price was high for what we got and toilets were in back yard and pretty grotty. Never again.

29/08/2024: The food was hot fresh and delicious. The server was very friendly but there was only one duty so the post food delivery service was not as readily available as could have been. That was no fault of the young lady on duty however. The sticky toffee pudding was delicious!

01/11/2024: Genuinely never order from here. 1 and a half hours after i ordered i rang and asked where my order was and they claimed they had delivered to the wrong address and when i asked for a refund they stated “someone had called them and changed the address” which did not happen. They just wanted to get away with not giving a refund. Never order from here save ur money and get a Dominos

27/10/2024: This is good for takeouts/ delivery because it doesn’t have a place to dine in. The food was really nice though. I got garlic and cheese fries and asked for extra jalapeño, the garlic is very overpowering so I do not recommend if you are not a garlic person. The pizza was good, the chicken tenders were a little dry but they come with sweet chilli sauce so I guess that’s fine. The food took 15mins so that was good. Overall 7/10

18/09/2024: Wish I could give ZERO rating, terrible service especially with a loud unpleasant Asian lady. Food was greasy and felt like left over, not fresh at all. We ordered veg spring rolls and they served us the meat ones. There was service charge of 10% included without any notice to the customer. STAY AWAY IF YOU CARE WHAT YOU FEED YOUR BODY AND SOUL.

05/09/2024: Got a spice bag trying the restaurant for the first time on takeaway and it was just chicken and chips. Barely any spice at all quite disappointing. Ended up putting my own spices on it then throwing it out as the chicken was very tough
