23/08/2025: Have eaten here before and the food and service has always been good but today our family went for breakfast and put in our order. After 25 mins and seeing others come in after us and receive their food I decided to approach a staff member. Turned out he forgot to send the order from his tablet and so we left and went to McDonald's Instead. Not good enough and will not return after that incident.
08/08/2025: Food was amazing, especially the chips. Staff were really kind and helpful, and we were seated quickly without booking. Beautiful restaurantđź’—

12/08/2025: Just got a Chicken Breast Sandwich meal ,Absolutely gutted with the food.Was served few chips and A Sandwich with no sauce on it .I had no choice of returning it as I live far away from Ballbrigan.Service was good overall but food quality zero .How could you serve a burger without sauce?PATHETIC!

03/06/2025: The staff is not very friendly. Today I came for a coffee, after 5 minutes of getting my coffee the staff asked me to drink my coffee and leave because the facility is closing. I had to drink coffee by force. I don't think it's done that way. It would have been much more polite to say before I ordered that I wanted the facility to close soon, because then I wouldn't have ordered at all, but would have gone somewhere else.
02/06/2025: I had an acai bowl for the first time. It was freaking insane, delicious!
The only problem is that the granola was a bit painful, sharp! đź—ˇ I suggest to be careful.
Prices are a bit high, but that's life these days

The La-La Restaurant and Cafe

08/06/2025: Poor service and unhygienic! Part of our order was missing, and when we asked about it, staff handed us food that had already been served to another family and left on their table for a while. By the time we got it, it was cold. They didn’t bother changing it. That’s unacceptable from a hygiene perspective. We didn’t bother making a fuss over another messed-up order. The staff seemed annoyed when we raised concerns, even though the place wasn’t that busy. Overall, we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. Won’t be returning.
08/06/2025: We had this week dinner with my family and i want to give a special compliment to the fish dish with cream sauce, it was incredibly tasty and creamy, all the starters and main courses were on time, perfect temperature and very tasty, the service was absolutely wonderful. We were there a little earlier and the experience was very bad, i want to tell you about this wonderful change. Well done, i recommend this place and we will definitely be back.

17/07/2025: Absolutely wonderful.Since we come to Donabate this place has been our choice.The reasons for this are by far the food and everyone who contributed to the process until we put it on our table.The owners and employees are always smiling and positive.I also had my wedding celebration dinner in this place last May and we were very happy.Our friends were from many different nationalities and Murat chef was respectful to all of them and made the menu appropriately.
Murat Abi you are the best!You have created not just a dining experience but a cozy space.
06/07/2025: Food was very good. Staff where very nice and attentive. We were told there would be a delay with the food becuase it was busy, but the service was very quick we had our meals in no time. No tipping available on card payments which should be looked at for the staffs sake.

10/08/2025: Room was comfy, spacious and clean enough for our family of four. We were on the ground floor, beach side, so it was really nice to relax in such close proximity to the sea; we just had to open the patio glass door and step outside ! Breakfast was really excellent and generously portioned, with such pretty views of the sea no matter where you sat. People were always friendly, which really helps ! Plus the location was perfect to explore Dublin and its surrounding areas.

02/09/2025: genuinely had such a bad experience regarding customer service. i had ordered my food at 18:40pm and i didn’t receive any service until 19:10pm. my brother and i were understandably growing impatient and attempted to grab a workers attention. the attitude we received from the seemingly only worker who was trained to use a cash register was highly unprofessional.
