18/10/2025: I enjoy coming here mostly for coffee, but sadly none of the staff are barista trained. Would be a lot nicer if the coffee was being made to a better standard.

17/10/2025: The worst breakfast ever laid on front of me, within 5 minutes of ordering. Eggs benedict, most likey sat under a heat lamp for god knows how long, yolk was like rubber. Same with the eggs my partner had with the full Irish breakfast. You've too much on the menu and obviously can't handle the variety, so everything is made and heated up, either that or your chef hates their job. The young waistress was nice and shouldn't have to apologise for someone else's crap work. Wouldn't go near the place again if you paid me. Edit- seen as I can't reply to your response. My partner sent his eggs back, what he got back was the exact same! Rubber eggs. Have you read how many reviews complain about your eggs? And I've had 20+ years in retail, not one single complaint, down to my knowledge and experience of customer service, that you clearly lack. Your 'chef' can't make eggs, simple as that. You haven't scolded anyone else regarding their 1 star review, so I either hit a nerve or you got up on the wrong side of the bed. Anyway, good luck with your business.

02/03/2025: 5 Stars across the board. Tried Paddy's Pizza Pies for the first time in Malahide and I wish I could give them a higher rating than the maximum of 5. The service was outstanding, really welcoming and friendly. My son had a blast and even got a sticker (he loves it so much, he is still wearing it today). Then we get to the Pizzas, these are to die for. The highest quality and at a reasonable price, brought me straight back to Napoli, dare I say, they were even better! Paddy, your goats cheese pizza is a masterpiece. Keep up the outstanding service, will be back to you soon.

23/08/2025: Have eaten here before and the food and service has always been good but today our family went for breakfast and put in our order. After 25 mins and seeing others come in after us and receive their food I decided to approach a staff member. Turned out he forgot to send the order from his tablet and so we left and went to McDonald's Instead. Not good enough and will not return after that incident.

18/09/2025: This place is great shout if you’re in swords. The value for money is competitive for the area and I loved the atmosphere of the place. The layout was well spaced and felt open. Our service was great and our server was attentive. Will be back for sure!

06/12/2025: I had a great time at KFC today! The food was fresh, hot, and super delicious. The chicken was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and full of flavour. The staff were friendly, quick, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. The place was clean, and service was fast even during busy hours.

21/08/2025: Soggy and mushy burgers. They look like delivery guy was siting on them. Portion of chips soggy as well and literally 15 pieces for 5 euro.

23/10/2025: I went through several other reviews before writing this, and it seems my experience wasn’t unique. The manager’s behavior came across as quite rude and dismissive. It appeared that service quality varied depending on how much he thought a customer might spend or tip, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. We were also disappointed to find that there were no vegan options available. During the ordering process, the manager repeatedly mentioned a “15 euros per person” order minimum, which felt unnecessary and disrespectful. When we expressed concern about how we were being treated, there was no apology or effort to improve the interaction. I believe all customers deserve respectful and consistent service regardless of what they order. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving communication and customer service. Replying to your Reply on my Review: If a person is trying to order and is looking for options, as a manager, one is supposed to be polite and wait for one to finish the order. We hadn’t finished ordering. For a person who is still looking for options, they don’t want to continually hear about policies and instead be greeted with options. Hopefully some day you guys are able to be unbiased and provide actual quality service.

21/10/2025: Always an excellent experience dining here. Authentic Chinese Thai and Malaysian food, good prices, excellent service, and a lovely atmosphere. One of the best restaurants in malahide without a doubt!

16/09/2025: Good place to grab a coffee and potentially sit in if there’s a free space. Speciality coffee and some nice sweet treats available. Price is standard. We really liked the almond financiers, just very very tasty.

07/09/2025: I went in this coffee shop for an espresso, and it didn’t start well: when I ordered my single shot espresso they flag me that a single shot or a double shot would cost the same, which I can’t figure out why, but I had to agree. When they served me my single shot espresso they had it in a cappuccino cup, again it doesn’t make any sense. When I asked why they served the espresso in a cappuccino cup, the barista said it was their standard. I call bs, but what do I know. The coffee itself was bad on so many levels: it was cold, as the cappuccino cup was not warmed up, the coffee was extremely sour and acid. Even with the sugar was not pleasant.
