05/03/2025: If you are a true Indian/Pakistani food connoisseur, you wouldn't like the food at all. It was the only halal place open that Sunday. I wouldn't go there again, nor would I recommend it to family or friends. It was a bit pricey, too.

13/01/2026: We recently had our daughter’s christening party in the Shoreline. Their reception and foyer area with sea views was a perfect spot and great for the extended family and kids. It was relaxed and Mary looked after us so well. The food platters were more than enough and everything was liked by all. Staff, especially Mary couldn’t have been more attentive. We will be sure to consider the Shoreline for more family occasions.

04/01/2026: Great location, but very disappointing dining experience. Food was overcooked and greasy, and half of the chips served were stone cold. Won't be returning.

01/11/2025: Lovely gent made my coffee today was very friendly and accommodating even though it was busy and I could see him and another girl was flat out working behind the counter, it put a big smile on my face as the little things go a long way! 🥰 Thanks king

06/12/2025: I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at this store. Although the products are excellent and the selection is wide, the overall environment and the lack of customer care from the staff were very disappointing. There were not enough staff available, and I had to wait an unreasonably long time for assistance at the self-checkout. As a result, I was charged significantly more than the amount displayed on the price tag. I scanned a yellow reduced-price label, but the system charged me the full regular price. I waited for approximately 15 minutes, yet no one attended to me. This made shopping at your store quite discouraging.

13/12/2025: Got fillet steak ,was dry tasteless and bad texture. The manager said he tasted my steak, ...after i ate it ,and he said it was fine.! He suggested I was wrong and he was right. Very unacceptable. No suggestion of a compensation and full bill charged. Very unusual for him to taste my remaining food, and was very dismissive. Not Good.

07/12/2025: Lovely Italian restaurant. Good choice of food and wine options. Early bird menu is best value. Lovely, friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Best seats have a window view of New Street. Reasonably priced for Malahide. Recommended.

11/01/2026: Went here after a bad experience in the Gulliver’s retail park location. Completely different experience here. Sub was very fresh and the man behind the counter was polite and efficient.

25/08/2025: A very nice place directly at sea but unfortunately our food wasn't very good. The fries were soft and not salted enough, the burger was dry and it was only meat and cheese, no vegetables whatsoever, the pepper sauce for the steak was way to thick but the steak was decent, good meat and cooked just right. The staff was very nice!

18/10/2025: I enjoy coming here mostly for coffee, but sadly none of the staff are barista trained. Would be a lot nicer if the coffee was being made to a better standard.

17/10/2025: The worst breakfast ever laid on front of me, within 5 minutes of ordering. Eggs benedict, most likey sat under a heat lamp for god knows how long, yolk was like rubber. Same with the eggs my partner had with the full Irish breakfast. You've too much on the menu and obviously can't handle the variety, so everything is made and heated up, either that or your chef hates their job. The young waistress was nice and shouldn't have to apologise for someone else's crap work. Wouldn't go near the place again if you paid me. Edit- seen as I can't reply to your response. My partner sent his eggs back, what he got back was the exact same! Rubber eggs. Have you read how many reviews complain about your eggs? And I've had 20+ years in retail, not one single complaint, down to my knowledge and experience of customer service, that you clearly lack. Your 'chef' can't make eggs, simple as that. You haven't scolded anyone else regarding their 1 star review, so I either hit a nerve or you got up on the wrong side of the bed. Anyway, good luck with your business.

12/11/2025: Claimed the carrot and coriander soup was vegetarian when I asked specifically and I found a massive chicken bone in it after I'd eaten half of it 😔 I don't feel they really cared either!

09/08/2025: Ordered a cappuccino for €4.20 which is quite expensive, it was cold and very weak. Lots of other coffee shops on this street, I don't recommend this one.
