18/08/2025: First time here today. The food was quite good but the restaurant is a little untidy. Tables not cleared and no one checked in at any stage during my visit to ensure everything was okay. I think they should pay more attention to customer service and be more ‘present’. For now, based on the food today, I’ll come back again.

27/07/2025: I ordered a vegan pizza takeaway and it arrived with regular dairy cheese. When I called, they said they’d run out of vegan cheese and just used normal cheese, without informing me. That’s completely irresponsible, especially for people with allergies. A few weeks earlier, I ordered a vegan tortilla (clearly labeled) and it also came with dairy cheese. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that time, assuming it was a one-off mistake. But this second incident shows they’re not reliable for vegans or anyone with dietary needs, despite having a dedicated plant-based menu section.

25/07/2025: Waitress is lovely. The coffee cake was amazing and the pizza to sit in or collect beats the bus bar at nearly half the price

26/07/2025: Would not recommend very rude staff they definitely don’t want to be there couldn’t wait to get us out of the place, taking plates away when we hadn’t finished taking glasses away with drinks in them. Giving the bill without asking if we were finished. Food was average over priced and small portions. Really surprised that the staff had the attitude that they had and will not be returning.

21/08/2025: Had a full irish breakfast here today. Really fresh and tasty with a decent mug of Barry's tea. Highly recommended. The girls serving were very efficient, polite and friendly. Will be back

15/07/2025: We ended up stopping here for dinner by chance and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. The menu is impressively varied, offering something for every taste, and the atmosphere is warm, cozy, and intimate, perfect for a relaxed evening. Everything was exceptional, from the attentive, friendly service to the delicious, beautifully presented food. It’s easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Dublin. Highly recommend.

20/05/2025: First time we visited the service was amazing. We visited recently and unfortunately the service was not up to standard. We were also charged 6€ for a bottle of water. Very expensive. 24€ for aain dish excluding a side. We will be looking for another place . Sad because the food is lovely

24/08/2025: Went here for breakfast awhile back was decent but went this week and standards must have dropped or somting ordered a breakfast took couple bits off and ask could an extra hash brown be added. We were told no they don't like substations but if paid extra they could do it, right ok no problem breakfast came out 3 out of 4 hash browns where very cold no just cooled down you would think they were taken out of the fridge/freezer full breakfast was taken back and changed and came out missing items. Ordered pancakes and out of the 3 on the plate 1 was warm and othes where cold weren't great either, son got sausages, no suprise they were just about warm, ran out of milk for tea so went to counter were there was 5 staff behind and asked for milk was told they would drop it down, 5 mins later no sign so went back up and got some, by time I got some the tea was cold so left. For the price of food there the service and food doesn't match

11/08/2025: Really delicious breakfast! A number of gluten free options, gluten free bread is ok. Lovely selection on the menu including a veggie breakfast and a full or mini irish breakfast. Recommend!

01/08/2025: From the moment we arrived we loved everything. We enjoyed some fabulous food with calamari, flatbread, arancini, scallops all Washed down with a. Beautiful bottle of Duoro and Grace was a lovely friendly front of house who was happy to make recommendations. We will be back for more 😍🍾

31/07/2025: Had a brilliant date night at Harry’s of Malahide, easily one of the best restaurants in North Dublin for tapas and pasta, wine, and atmosphere. The vibe was relaxed but had a real buzz, perfect for a night out without feeling too formal. Staff were genuinely welcoming, and the service was spot on. We had the risotto and prawns, both absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. If you’re looking for a romantic spot in Malahide or just great food, I’d highly recommend it. Can’t wait to go back.

28/08/2025: I had my wedding here on August 14th. I cannot praise this venue enough! I booked this venue at the end of summer 2024 and was in constant communication with the events staff for a year. We had 50 guests, and it was just soooo beautiful. Our guests have said that they not only had a blast, but this was just about the nicest wedding they have ever attended. Guests stayed in the bedrooms and the gardener's cottage. The bedrooms have both a bit of history but with a modern twist so everything feels romantic yet updated. We used the salon on site for 10 women to get ready the morning of the wedding. We then headed over to the Castle around 2 PM to get ready and wait for guests to arrive at 3 PM. The salon was great. Breakfast and lunch was provided (part of the wedding package). Bathroom and bluetooth speaker are in the salon, so there wasn't much else that was needed for us women! Food was amazing at the Castle. We were given a large menu to choose everything from before hand (months in advance). We opted for oysters and charcuterie for guest arrival, along with appetizers after the ceremony (ceremony was held in the Castle). The appetizers were part of our wedding package (oysters were not). Dinner service was fantastic and included in the wedding package. No one had a single complaint. We hired acoustic musicians for the daytime, and a band and DJ for the evening. However, Luttrellstown also had whatever genre of music we wanted playing in the background of the Castle the entire time. Luttrellstown actually coordinated with all of our vendors for us, so that was really nice to have one less thing to worry about when planning a wedding overseas. We partied until 4AM - and there was something for everyone to be satisfied with. I hired a bus to take everyone back to the city at noon the following day (about 25 minute drive). Some guests had taken morning walks along the beautiful grounds the morning after the wedding. Some even rode bicycles that are placed in the front of the Castle for use. My mother walked and saw the birds and falcons the following morning. It was gorgeous, overall. SERVICE. I never had such great service! And everything went so smoothly. You can tell the staff are professional and have experience with weddings because they were ready for everything! This leads me to giving credit to the events manager at Luttrellstown who my husband and I worked with all of 2025 to prepare for the wedding. Paulina Vasiljevaite. Paulina met with us on video call several times. She is by far one of the most pleasant and kind people you will ever meet. I think she may have been destined to manage weddings because she seems to love her job. This woman deserves a raise because she made sure EVERYTHING was perfect. I cannot say enough about Luttrellstown. It is the best service you will ever get. And your guests will love every room, every piece of the outdoors, and will likely talk about their experience for years to come. My family cannot stop saying enough about how beautiful the wedding was and how so much attention was given to our guests. We thank you SO MUCH Luttrellstown!

29/04/2025: My first and last time , I went today afternoon for a coffee with my mother .accidentally I spilled my coffee ,the waiter ran she said nicely it is OK don't worry I told my mom how nice she is . She came back with a new one I told her thanks a lot .she told me you have to pay again I told her you didn't tell me when u took the cup of my hand she said my manager refused to give u new one for free. First I never ask myself for new one second she didn't tell me I will replace it for u, third how stingy is that manager. 4:50 euro Is nothing for me but that disrespectful, stingy behaviour from the club house.

24/08/2025: Excellent coffee and great service

11/08/2025: Yesterday around midday, I went in for a breakfast option. I specifically ordered and paid for a roll, but I was given a burrito instead. When I saw the staff member preparing it, I mentioned that I had ordered a roll, but she replied that it was already made and handed it to me anyway. Even though the food itself was nice, it’s very frustrating to pay for one thing and be given something completely different. It’s not acceptable to tell the customer to take what the staff decides, especially when it’s not the customer’s order. The worst part is that the order wasn’t even for me, so it was wasted. This kind of service leaves a bad impression, no matter how good the food is.

15/10/2024: They have served me food here that's inedible. They have screwed up my orders. They have embarrassed me with an overly loud argument in front of everyone. They have even flirted inappropriately with my partner. Sure, it looks the part... but I live in Portmarnock and I don't even consider this place as an option anymore.
