12/11/2025: Claimed the carrot and coriander soup was vegetarian when I asked specifically and I found a massive chicken bone in it after I'd eaten half of it 😔 I don't feel they really cared either!

09/08/2025: Ordered a cappuccino for €4.20 which is quite expensive, it was cold and very weak. Lots of other coffee shops on this street, I don't recommend this one.

26/05/2025: We came to the restaurant to have a meal. They offered us a table in what seemed to be their office — there were papers everywhere and the place was dirty. The sushi we were served was sticking to the plate, and apparently they had run out of chopsticks, so we had to eat with forks. Everything was falling apart and looked more like mush than sushi. I do not recommend this place to anyone. It will ruin your mood.

19/11/2025: Definitely for those with a sweet tooth! Ube latte is amazing and like a warm hug on a cold day which is what everyone needs this week! The colour is just beautiful too. Hard not to smile when I visit. Staff are so lovely too.

06/11/2025: Absolutely amazing place! Cupcakes and Counting is hands down one of the nicest spots in Swords. The cakes are unreal — you can tell everything is made with real care and top-quality ingredients. The coffee is always perfect too. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, they really make you feel at home every time you visit. The place itself has such a cozy, calm vibe — perfect for catching up with friends or treating yourself to something sweet. Honestly, I can’t recommend it enough. Whether it’s for a custom cake or just a quick coffee and cupcake, you’ll never be disappointed here!

20/10/2025: I'm sorry but just no no no . The place looks upscale and fancy and seemed like a lovely spot for a nice warm lunch. To say I was let down is an understatement . I got a burrito wrap it was cold on the inside hot on the outside and like warm the rest of the way not even a few crisps on the outside to satisfy the extortionate price i paid for what can only be described as a small to medium sized luke warm wrap . Work colleague with me got a bowl of soup that wouldn't have fed a cat and cost hom almost 10 euro. Mine was just as similar in price i paid like 16 euro for a wrap a packet of crisps and a bottle of coke. For something that wasn't even freshly made it was plucked out of a chilled cabinet and thrown in the microwave I'd say . Lovely staff but I'd avoid it cos of the stupid prices for poor food

19/12/2025: I contacted them before posting any review and got no response. Good evening, so I don't like doing bad Google reviews without contacting a business first as I think it's unfair. I went to your mulhuddart branch this evening to grab food for the family and I'm absolutely fuming and to be honest I dread when the woman that served me this evening is there because she's the absolute definition of rude. I'm in this store weekly and normally spend between €90 and €100 but there's two of my five children away tonight hence the €62 bill. I got home and the garlic cheese chips were missing so the rest of the family ate their burgers while I went back up to get the rest of my order, I told the girl that served me what was missing and she made an absolute show of me like I would do something like this for a few chips, she questioned the other staff members if they given them to me and then states nice and loudly " huh I'll just give them to her " so she processeds to put the smallest amount of chips into the box and I explained politely I'd paid for large so she as good as called me a lier, at this stage I'm disgusted with her attitude and just wanted out of there before I lost my temper so she threw a few chips into the box along with her coworker and absolutely destroyed them with garlic sauce and the tiniest sprinkle of cheese, they were absolutely vile and ended up in the bin as they were swimming in sauce. Also while I'm here one of the burgers I'd ordered with just sauce and cheese but as usual it was fully dressed and this happens everytime this woman takes my order. Kind regards,

27/12/2025: We had a wonderful Christmas afternoon tea at Luttlrellstown Castle, and the entire experience was truly magical. From the elegant festive setting to the beautifully presented food, everything exceeded our expectations. The service was absolutely exceptional and made the afternoon feel extra special. A special mention must go to Madalina and Vladimir, who went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and well looked after. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were outstanding and really elevated the experience. It was the perfect way to enjoy a festive afternoon, and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious Christmas treat.

28/08/2025: I had my wedding here on August 14th. I cannot praise this venue enough! I booked this venue at the end of summer 2024 and was in constant communication with the events staff for a year. We had 50 guests, and it was just soooo beautiful. Our guests have said that they not only had a blast, but this was just about the nicest wedding they have ever attended. Guests stayed in the bedrooms and the gardener's cottage. The bedrooms have both a bit of history but with a modern twist so everything feels romantic yet updated. We used the salon on site for 10 women to get ready the morning of the wedding. We then headed over to the Castle around 2 PM to get ready and wait for guests to arrive at 3 PM. The salon was great. Breakfast and lunch was provided (part of the wedding package). Bathroom and bluetooth speaker are in the salon, so there wasn't much else that was needed for us women! Food was amazing at the Castle. We were given a large menu to choose everything from before hand (months in advance). We opted for oysters and charcuterie for guest arrival, along with appetizers after the ceremony (ceremony was held in the Castle). The appetizers were part of our wedding package (oysters were not). Dinner service was fantastic and included in the wedding package. No one had a single complaint. We hired acoustic musicians for the daytime, and a band and DJ for the evening. However, Luttrellstown also had whatever genre of music we wanted playing in the background of the Castle the entire time. Luttrellstown actually coordinated with all of our vendors for us, so that was really nice to have one less thing to worry about when planning a wedding overseas. We partied until 4AM - and there was something for everyone to be satisfied with. I hired a bus to take everyone back to the city at noon the following day (about 25 minute drive). Some guests had taken morning walks along the beautiful grounds the morning after the wedding. Some even rode bicycles that are placed in the front of the Castle for use. My mother walked and saw the birds and falcons the following morning. It was gorgeous, overall. SERVICE. I never had such great service! And everything went so smoothly. You can tell the staff are professional and have experience with weddings because they were ready for everything! This leads me to giving credit to the events manager at Luttrellstown who my husband and I worked with all of 2025 to prepare for the wedding. Paulina Vasiljevaite. Paulina met with us on video call several times. She is by far one of the most pleasant and kind people you will ever meet. I think she may have been destined to manage weddings because she seems to love her job. This woman deserves a raise because she made sure EVERYTHING was perfect. I cannot say enough about Luttrellstown. It is the best service you will ever get. And your guests will love every room, every piece of the outdoors, and will likely talk about their experience for years to come. My family cannot stop saying enough about how beautiful the wedding was and how so much attention was given to our guests. We thank you SO MUCH Luttrellstown!

13/12/2025: Got fillet steak ,was dry tasteless and bad texture. The manager said he tasted my steak, ...after i ate it ,and he said it was fine.! He suggested I was wrong and he was right. Very unacceptable. No suggestion of a compensation and full bill charged. Very unusual for him to taste my remaining food, and was very dismissive. Not Good.

07/12/2025: Lovely Italian restaurant. Good choice of food and wine options. Early bird menu is best value. Lovely, friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Best seats have a window view of New Street. Reasonably priced for Malahide. Recommended.

18/10/2025: I enjoy coming here mostly for coffee, but sadly none of the staff are barista trained. Would be a lot nicer if the coffee was being made to a better standard.

17/10/2025: The worst breakfast ever laid on front of me, within 5 minutes of ordering. Eggs benedict, most likey sat under a heat lamp for god knows how long, yolk was like rubber. Same with the eggs my partner had with the full Irish breakfast. You've too much on the menu and obviously can't handle the variety, so everything is made and heated up, either that or your chef hates their job. The young waistress was nice and shouldn't have to apologise for someone else's crap work. Wouldn't go near the place again if you paid me. Edit- seen as I can't reply to your response. My partner sent his eggs back, what he got back was the exact same! Rubber eggs. Have you read how many reviews complain about your eggs? And I've had 20+ years in retail, not one single complaint, down to my knowledge and experience of customer service, that you clearly lack. Your 'chef' can't make eggs, simple as that. You haven't scolded anyone else regarding their 1 star review, so I either hit a nerve or you got up on the wrong side of the bed. Anyway, good luck with your business.

21/12/2025: Great place lovely staff, decent food we always loved look mam we’ve been to every location they have. The one in Balbriggan when it was up at Dunnes was fab the atmosphere amazing and a wonderful female boss her name escapes me. She was made for that job.
