02/09/2025: Beautiful venue we celebrated a friend's 80th there. Private function room and the service food and staff were top class. Highly recommend

02/09/2025: Well maintained and challenging parkland golf course. Prefer links courses in the greater Dublin area but definitely worth playing.

22/10/2025: Handy for staying after a late flight arrival, very expensive to not have breakfast included. Room smelled very musty and of stale cigarettes, not ideal.

22/10/2025: Arrived late after a long flight and went straight to bed then found in the morning the toilet didn’t flush. If we hadn’t had this issue then the hotel is fine for a short stay close to the airport.

13/08/2025: I have been to Honey Honey many times in the past and it is always very nice. I came for an acai bowl today at 3:25 and was told the kitchen was closed. Their own social media states their hours as 7:30 - 4 on weekdays. What’s the point in being “open” if you don’t serve customers for an extended time before “closing”? Especially considering what I ordered doesn’t even have to be cooked. I’ll think twice before making the journey back to Portmarnock for food here again.

12/10/2025: Loved everything, had the seafood chowder, absolutely delicious and heartwarming. Also had the Burger, mmmmmmmmm tasty. Staff were really friendly.

22/09/2025: I didn't have high expectations, for some reason I had convinced myself this place would just be average. How wrong I was. Absolutely gorgeous, friendly staff, amazing views and food that came quickly and was really delicious. A bit more family focused than I like personally, but that's not a criticism, just personal preference.

02/11/2025: Worst service ever ordered on the app . And waited in the mobile pickup area stood there for 6min before I was able to get a girls attention. I showed her my order and she grabbed it from above the area where they make there chips. She then went to a freezer and pulled out the chicken nuggets for my order to cook them . No gloves mind you . Then I stood there for 10min know calling me or getting my order ready I managed to get the same girl . Who had brought out aleast 5 ordered at this stage . And never ones clean her hands . And she asked what my order was. i told her i told you my order 10min ago . And then watched her with the same unclean hands pull out chicken nuggets out of the freezer on lead that they use to cover the sauces which she did the first time . I called her and added why she putting nuggets on again . She said someone had taken the ones she made for me earlier. And no point was there a apology for leaving me waiting. And when I asked for a manager. The manager said your food will be ready in 2min. And agian no apology. I didn't wait and said I want a refund. I will not give me money to someone who doesnt have basic manners to treat customers right . Im a store manager myself and would do this to.anyone

20/09/2025: Food was very expensive and really bad. My spinach roll was 7.50 and It was so tough I couldn't cut it apart with a knife and fork. Edit: just ate a chia blueberry scone and it was really bad lmao

18/08/2025: Had a stunning meal in Rugged Lane over the weekend. James and all the staff made it a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The venue, the atmosphere and of course the food were all exceptional. Looking forward to our next meal there. 5/5

22/08/2025: We came in for a quick drink and I needed the bathroom. What an absolute disgusting room I was in shock at the state of the 1 toilet which could only be accessed by a code. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. We left immediately

05/03/2025: If you are a true Indian/Pakistani food connoisseur, you wouldn't like the food at all. It was the only halal place open that Sunday. I wouldn't go there again, nor would I recommend it to family or friends. It was a bit pricey, too.

03/08/2025: We often go to 'Cafe Provence' for brunch and have loved it there every time. The food is absolutely delicious and we can genuinely say that about every single thing we tried off their 'Specials' menu. Their desserts are also very fresh delicious. The service is literally second to none with us never having to wait for anything too long. Having worked as a waiter myself, ai can say that the service is of top notch for what the place is. We will keep coming back as it is definitely worth a drive from Rush.
