06/06/2026: Possibly the finest pint I've had in Dublin, cold Guinness glass and look at the result. Also a very budget friendly price. Served by the gorgeous bar girl Daisy. Thank you and I will be back for more.

10/08/2026: When called to order no hello or it’s pizza hot only what you want, asked question not answer just kept saying what you want. Very rude over the phone. Said on the phone order will be ready in 20 min when got there had to wait 45 minutes. Can’t complain too much about the taste but they forgot some from the order and the only thing I can say when called different person answered and they send driver to deliver missing bits. They should improve their service big time and manners.

30/06/2026: Great for a stopover- no frills. Stayed here on an overnight layover, the shuttle bus from the airport was easy to find and so helpful. The hotel itself was a bit of a maze, and rooms were just ok. Clean but barely any amenities, felt like the bare minimum. For the amount I paid per night, I expected a bit more. The showers got water all over the bathroom floor because of an odd door design, hallways were noisy with kids running around and my phone rang multiple times overnight. I did really appreciate the service, though. The check-in and check-out was a breeze, the breakfast was wonderful, and room service was incredibly quick and delicious.

15/06/2026: The staff was very attentive to our needs and questions and even offered an upgrade for our special occasion. The room was very comfortable, and quite which was surprising given the proximity to the airport. It was even close enough that after dropping off our rental car we chose to walk back to the hotel instead of waiting on the shuttle. 15 min walk tops through the airport property! We were thrilled with our stay and would recommend tis property without hesistation.

17/10/2026: Food was amazing, the service was very slow felt like they needed to have more staff on. The food was incredible.

09/10/2026: Went to the lounge to order my food ,have to say it was amazing, beautiful, 1.30 mins later ,sitting in the bar no one checked or removed plate .young bar man took away glass ignored plate .went to the bathroom through 3 servers standing chatting. Regardless whither I needed anything no one checked or if anything wrong no one checked .while food was lovely no check in no offer of another drink no offer of dessert, I would have liked dessert but I decided to go home 😋

09/09/2026: The coffee was good, but I was honestly surprised by what I saw. A guy was taking photos of the cakes outside, probably for Instagram. He kept touching and arranging one of the cakes with his bare hands to get the right photo. After he finished, a girl put the same cake back into the display case to be sold to customers. 😅 Not very hygienic!

21/07/2026: Ordered a latte. Tasted grand but half the cup was foam.

30/08/2026: The bouncer at the gate asked me very stupid questions. Where do I live? I told him I live in sords. He said " I have never seen you here". If he hasn't seen me here that means it could be my first or second time... He was racist, he used slurs, as if I was not white enough to go inside, such discrimination should be called out. Then he said go to "Old School House". It is the duty of the management to know how people are treated ..This place is disgusting, should be closed, if it cannot welcome people. Pathetic, disgraceful behavior from the bouncer. Please teach them some manners

23/08/2026: The security at this bar are a disgrace. We approached the door and before we even had a chance to show our IDs, they said with no provocation that our friend was “too drunk”, despite her showing no indication that she was. When we tried to politely say that this was not the case, the security man said “excuse me, I’m the security man, not you”. We were very cordial and tried to show our IDs regardless, and he just blatantly ignored us, letting other people in with barely a second glance, people who were very clearly more intoxicated than our friend. A shame considering the bar looked to be very lively. Our bad experience with this rude, power-tripping security will unfortunately make it unlikely that we will return.

01/10/2026: Lovely place to have fun, eat, and enjoy

12/09/2026: I went to Ruby’s yesterday and, unfortunately, it was a real disappointment. The service was good as always, but the food was simply unacceptable. I had recommended the restaurant to someone I know because I had spoken so highly of it, and I honestly felt embarrassed afterwards. The piece of meat we were served was an oddly shaped lump, full of tough gristle and extremely difficult to eat. It was simply very disappointing, especially considering the reputation of the restaurant. I really expected much better.

26/09/2026: Great atmosphere when we arrived, food was good, pizza looked great, but my penne tasted like dried pasta. I think pizza is well priced, but other dishes overpriced.

22/09/2026: The food tasted very good but the serving was small and the plate was not properly heated.

28/09/2026: This is an unpretentious little restaurant located 5 mins walk from any car parking. The menu is simple - wine list was ample. The pace is unhurried - probably, too much so. The low background music for the evening was hilariously at odds with style of place, but not a problem. Then comes the food - I went for the fish starters, the risotto and tiramisu. Presentation, quality and taste was exceptional all the way through. Definitely a recommendation for those looking for something special and not flashy.

31/08/2026: Not a bad spot, staff are friendly, food was spot on, the place could look a bit cleaner to be honest, an oul mop of the floor wouldn't go a miss but other than that everything else was spot on

05/08/2026: Having checked the reviews I made my first visit to Supermacs Donabate, about 7pm on 5th Aug 26, with trepidation! I was there as the local chippy reviews were even worse! I was pleasantly surprised. Great vibe between the manager and staff, everything clean and tidy and when we got home the food was hot, fresh and very good to eat - well done guys!

22/10/2026: Dump. Customers clearing tables. Wouldn’t give my wife a glass of water to take a tablet despite ordering food and drinks. Sent her to a water station with a plastic cup😳. A dump. Go to the Marquette. Better pints and great staff.”

20/10/2026: A bit busy during the midday, but sure it's a pub in an airport terminal, so no complaints! The cider is lovely, the room is surprisingly ample given the appearances, and the staff is quick.
