24/08/2026: The course is in poor condition, the greens are awful, with multiple types of grass, the tee boxes are uneven and bare in places and the driving range wasn't very level either. The place looks very tired at the moment. Its been a hard summer for many golf courses, but i've played a lot of golf courses charging similar prices and this place is bottom of the pile in terms of conditions. It used to be so much better. Oh and as another reviewer said.. some questionable pin positions. On slopes, 2 paces on the green.

14/07/2026: Was here for a private event, and was left disappointed. We were upstairs on the rooftop, and the heat was sickening. No fans or A/C in the middle of a heatwave, the poor staff. We sat outside in the only bit of shade for the duration of the day. The mocktails options were dreadful; only two on the menu! We don’t all drink. The food was awful. The fish was nearly undercooked and bland, the portions were tiny. Very disheartening to know how much it costs here compared to the competition in the area; this is definitely subpar I certainly won’t be back.

02/09/2026: Cosy little coffeeshop in Skerries with charming interior and lovely staff. The menu offers varieties of açai bowls and porridges as well as toasties and pastries. It's all held together by truly good coffee and a relaxing vibe that makes it feel like somebody's living room and the village hangout. Don't miss this one when in Skerries!

17/03/2026: Fantastic family run cafe in Skerries. Gorgeous home made soup and wonderful service. Lovely decor. Great vibe. I will be back.

20/10/2026: Absolutely abysmal food. Pure robbery. Avoid by all means. Over priced to an unfathomable degree. We got chicken caeser salad which was 19.95€ each. It was an utter disgrace to bring portions like these to a customer. My 3 year old grandson would have cried with the miserable portion of chicken. We both got 3 small pieces of chicken in a coating. One was all coating with a sliver of chicken and all 3 no longer or wider than your little finger. We asked for the manager and she was very understanding and we took her offer of a refund of one of them because I had decided because I wasn’t hungry anyway that I could eat mine. It was like a starter but even smaller amount of chicken than a starter portion. We will never consider eating there again and advise anyone to avoid the waste of their hard earned money. There was another man getting refunded at the same time as us, so that tells you everything. Never again!’

20/10/2026: Good food, airport prices, clean and chill atmosphere. I had the vegetarian option for breakfast, it was filling - great portion!

04/09/2026: Eddie Rockets is a classic but I'd be lying if I said it hasn't fallen from its grace. Got the nachos here and they were really measly and loq quality. 3 stars for nostalgia and potential but the quality of the food has gotten really rough :/

30/08/2026: The good, the bad and the ugly! We were there after 6pm on a Friday. It was busy, but we got a booth straight away. The bad- the seat is very torn, right in the most used spot. It looks like it's been like this for a long while. The good- service was efficient, and our food was really fresh when it arrived, very tasty. The ugly- the toilets are in a poor state. There are three narrow cubicles. The one for gents is out of order- there's a hand written sign to say "out of order- sorry!" and another sign on one of the ladies cublicles to designate it for gents. The single remaining loo for ladies is in poor condition. The toilet seat is broken, and sitting badly. The entire bathroom area needs a renovation, and some redecoration. The public areas of the premises have a sad, uncared for feeling, where the management are taking a "it'll do" attitude. They did put in a very stylish silver door between the dining and bathroom areas which looks well, but the rest of the areas- seating, tables (lots of damaged spots on the tables) torn seating, bad paintwork - very noticable in the bathroom areas, all make it look like they want to pack in the customers but not offer them a decent area in which to eat. The staff kept the area clean despite the deficit in the furniture. It's a pity, because there were lots of customers, and a nice atmosphere, and good food. As customers, we deserve a better offering.

12/04/2026: At a 40th birthday party here and I must say that the service , staff and atmosphere were absolutely second to none. We had food platters that were served fast and hot with more than ample quantities. An enjoyable night in a very quaint, clean public house. Toilets were spotlessly clean . Can only highly recommend.
