I got a turkey and ham dinner dry tasteless the potatoes were like bricks my partner got burger with loaded fries and they ended coming out with burger chips and extra plate loads fries instead of burger with loaded fries🙄 ,burger was full of grease,
Never really write a review on food places as
They can be hit and miss but this place was one of worse food id have in long time

22/12/2025: Oh-this was such a great experience! My partner and I had some food here, we really enjoyed it. I had the fruit and yoghurt and he had the pesto, eggs and bread. So freshly prepared, the music was lovely and staff so friendly. Absolute recommend!😍
06/12/2025: Never disappoints. Great pizza (particularly the pancetta, with hot honey 👌🏻) and always a cozy village feel with great service! Would recommend.

08/01/2026: Very tasty food at reasonable prices given the cost of eating out. Service was also very good with us never having to wait for anything. It's the sort of place I would visit again.

The food in Kajjal is simply unbeatable, the staff are very attentive but also cognisant of letting you have peace as well. Cant recommend Kajjal enough and look forward to next visit.

06/12/2025: Usually we have a lovely takeaway from Jaipur, but this evening our order wasn’t warm despite us arriving 15 minutes before the allocated collection time. The food was handed over immediately, so it seems it had been sitting out for a while. Disappointing, especially given the price.
22/11/2025: Beautifully delicate Indian. It was presented really well, great interior and lovely service. Only downside no kids menu.

10/01/2026: Myself and my partner ordered 2 fish and chips last week, we were both violently sick the next day, of was the only meal we had together in the lead up and doctor confirmed it was food poisoning from here due to the timeline. When I spoke to the man (bald, early 50s) he refused to accept any responsibility and became aggressive in front of other customers in the shop.
I would avoid if I were you.

19/12/2024: We had our Christmas party for the 3rd time there! Food was good as always, but the music wasn't as good as previous years, and one of the bartenders had a bit of an attitude at some point! Overall it was a good experience, and we are looking forward to finding out what's coming next year!
P.S.: Ruaidhri was there for us every year for our Christmas parties, making sure that we are having the best experience, so we do hope that we will see him there again in the new wrights adventure!

Back in for the Ireland Portugal match and there was a great mix of people and a good atmosphere

24/12/2025: The worst take away in the village, the food is terrible. I ordered hot & spicy wings and I got home to find out they gave me some sort if manky bbq muck. The other meals are watery, tasteless & disgusting. The first & last time I'll be eating from that kip
