22/04/2025: Been here a few times and had a different experience on every one. The last time was a Friday night as a couple, we probably had the last sitting but it was such a strange atmosphere. There was hardly anyone in the place and we felt a bit rushed out the door. It was eerily quiet and just plain awkward - not what you might expect of a bustling Friday night. Returned recently with kids and again, the place was practically empty and the vibe was just off. Really quiet, teenage waiter grunting at us, there was no ambience at all Even some cheesy Italian music in the background would have helped! I will say the food is good, pizzas are excellent, tiramisu excellent, but they need to rethink the garlic bread - what the hell?! Had a long wait for a bowl of plain pasta for the kids. Also, for the love of god please put chips on the menu for kids! No kids' menu, no option for even a smaller-sized pizza, so not sure how family-friendly it is.

23/05/2026: Stopped here on our way across Ireland. Coffee had decorative foam and the strength of even the decaf was perfect. Cute little place.

17/03/2026: Fantastic family run cafe in Skerries. Gorgeous home made soup and wonderful service. Lovely decor. Great vibe. I will be back.

09/08/2026: We are regulars here and I have never had a bad thing to say. From the fresh pizzas to the very friendly staff it’s one of the best pizzas around! Highly recommend

03/08/2026: I don’t like to write negative reviews on a small business. I wanted to like it so much as it’s local and I’m sick of the big chains nearby and wanted a real proper fresh Italian pizza, but the food was comparable to wetherspoons pizza or something from the freezer with thin bases and not great flavours. I checked the pics on the reviews before ordering and thought this in advance, but still gave it a shot hoping for the best. I don’t like writing this but I’m being honest. Staff were all good from the minimal interaction my order necessitated. Some drinks missing from their ordering app which are present in store, so maybe an update needed there. I unfortunately will have to travel further for my pizzas it seems. Not here to tell anyone how to run their business but if I could suggest anything it’d be less thin bases.

03/08/2026: Very good for the little ones. It’s a Carvery lunch and they can pick and chat to the chef themselves. There is water they can fill themselves and plenty of space so don’t feel bad about the noise. I’ve had a number of lovely lunches here with my kids and it’s never too expensive. €35 for an adults meal and two kids dinners. Food is good classic Irish roast, burgers, battered cod etc

16/07/2026: I ordered the medium chefs selection for take away, half was crab roll, 1/4 cucumber... 6 had tiny salmon pieces in the rolls and 4 with something unrecognisable. Seems like it must have been an unlucky order/day, since many are happy and post nice picture. Paid 40€ , service was great 😊

24/07/2026: We visited on a Sunday evening and the restaurant was fairly busy but not full. The starters are quite large, luckily we ordered a pizza between two of us and we still ended up taking some home. The food was delicious and I would definitely recommend a visit here but you would probably need to book in advance. The staff were very pleasant and service was good.

13/07/2026: Lovely spot in Skerries. We had calamari and chicken tenders for a starter and 3 different pizzas as main. Everything served in a proper order, waiting time was like couple of minutes for the starters, and we got our pizzas shortly after. Staff is on the ball all the time, atmosphere great and food was fantastic. We will definitely come back to try the rest of the menu.

12/04/2026: At a 40th birthday party here and I must say that the service , staff and atmosphere were absolutely second to none. We had food platters that were served fast and hot with more than ample quantities. An enjoyable night in a very quaint, clean public house. Toilets were spotlessly clean . Can only highly recommend.

21/08/2026: Served at the counter by a lovely girl Gianna.Smiled through out.The Ham and Cheese Toastie was amazing and did and came fast which is efficient for someone rushing for a flight🫶🏾

21/03/2026: First time trying this cafe, as every time I have passed before could not gain entry due to how popular it is 😊 Went on a quieter weekday lunch time and had ham & cheese toastie with a white coffee. My friend had veggie burrito and an iced matcha latte. Food is hearty and coffee is good . Staff friendly indoor and some outdoor seating available also. Good veggie and vegan options.

18/07/2026: Small takeaway coffee booth on Malahide's main street. Lovely people behind the counter and good coffee make for a winning formula. If you want to have a bit of a sit-down they have some tables outside on the pavement, too.

23/07/2026: One of the places you can relax after visiting Titanic centre.

17/07/2026: Just stopped in for a wine (yes, wine lol) and was treated royally. They have a front patio, inside seating and a back outdoor garden! Lots of locals and prices are great! The food looked really good but the service was amazing!!

29/06/2026: It's hideous stuck in the middle of a retail park it feels claustrophobic and cheap. Bed is comfy but if you want a nice start to your holiday don't come here. Dinner is reservation only staff are very pleasant.

12/06/2026: The half-board option was good, the room was well-designed, with a proper shower. The only downsides were the lack of luggage space and the absence of bottled water upon arrival. The restaurant was good; we were pleasantly surprised. It's very close to the airport with a shuttle service available for €3 (as of June 2026) or an Uber.
